As Chinese traditional virtue, helping others and taking care of each other

are the basic virtue of a person. We are lucky that we are born to be a healthy

person, while some persons are not that lucky, they may be born to be a disable

man or get hurt by accidents. Out of the basic virtue, it is not right to laugh

at them, we need to help each other, showing our love to them. December 3rd,

2013 is World Disabled Day, the day reminds people of the care about disable

men. The disable often ignored by us, since they are special group, we should

take care of them, give them our hands. We can do something for them, like

helping them when cross the road. We can help them from small things, helping

each other makes the world more beautiful.

Before I entered the middle school, I felt so worried about the life in

middle school, because my cousin told me that I would have to compete with so

many excellent students. Now I get used to the life, I learn many subjects from

Monday to Friday. Though I always meet the difficulties in learning the new

knowledge, I get help from my teachers and classmates. I am not afraid of the

middle school life again, I am so excited to learn new things every day. In the

future days, I will meet many challenges, I believe I can get over them. Life in

有一天中午，天上下起了鹅毛大雪，午饭过后同学们纷纷来到了学校，操场上满地都是厚厚的积雪，我看见大部分人都在玩儿打雪仗，我也便迅速加入到了这场“战斗”中。我们分成了两队，我和李自鸣等人这边驻守西边，张庭浩等“敌人”驻守东边。

“战斗”打响了，我们双方打的不可开交，我一个“黄金爆头”正好打中了张庭浩的头，接着，我又把目标转向了何成龙，我猛地一扔，他一个侧身躲了过去。就在这时，刘博杰拿着“子弹”向我扔来，还没等我反应过来，“子弹”就已经打到我的身上了，就在我准备反击的时候，我突然发现我们“阵地”的“子弹”少了许多，而“敌人”的“子弹”却绰绰有余，这是为什么呢?哦，原来他们一直在补充“子弹”，所以，我决定和李自鸣一起去小花园搬“子弹”，我俩刚跑到大厅，由于跑的太快，呲溜一声，都摔了个狗啃泥，“咱们俩真是太倒霉了!”我俩不约而同地说。顾不上疼痛，我俩迅速爬起来又向小花园跑去，“雪好多呀!”我俩赞叹道，我俩迅速搬起“子弹”向我们的“阵地”冲去。过了一会儿我又发现，“敌人”并不是去小花园搬“子弹”，而是来我们这儿“偷”“子弹”，我将计就计，埋伏在“子弹库”旁，等“敌人”的“内奸”一来，把他们一网打尽，功夫不负有心人，偷“子弹”的果然来了，就在这是，“铃铃铃”上课铃声响了，我们恋恋不舍地丢下手中的“子弹”向教室跑去。那个“偷”“子弹”的人算是躲过了一劫，在铃声中这场“战斗”终于结束了。

这件有趣的事，会一直记在我的心里。

紧张的急奏

不得不说，初中生活就像一曲紧张的急奏

每次月考前，紧张的气氛充满了整个教室，令人有点儿透不过气来。同学们个个把头埋在试卷和复习资料里，拼命地复习，以换来称心的成绩……直到月考结束，这一轮急奏才到了尾声，而下一轮急奏又接着而来。啊!初中生活真是紧张的急奏

欢快的小调

I went to the Peoples Park with my family today. We had picnic in the park.

My mother and grandparents were preparing food, father was playing badminton

with his friend while I was reading under a tree.

The food in Shanghai disagree me. I think the food in Beijing is the most

delicious. Seafood in Beijing is very fresh. Prawns in restaurant are all alive.

And there are many food that you can’t see in other cities. It is very cheap

that you eat seafood in Beijing. The less money you pay, the more enjoyable you

are. Maybe my stomach is ill. Whatever food I eat, I am still thin. And I am too

thin, I want to be a litter fatter. So I must eat more.

食物在上海不赞同我。我觉得食物在北京是最美味的。海鲜在北京是很新鲜。大虾在餐厅都活着。而且有很多的食物，你不能看到其他城市推广。你吃海鲜在北京是很便宜的。你付出的更少的钱，更多的愉快你。也许我的胃就是生病。我吃什么食物，我还是薄。而我太瘦了，我想成为一个垃圾箱腰包。所以我必须多吃。

我的太阳“番”船

以前，我们家都是爷爷烧饭，每次我都会幻想：“要是我也能上一次锅，当一次大厨该多好啊!”今天，机会来了，我亲自下厨，做了一道我最喜欢吃的番茄炒鸡蛋。

所谓“巧妇难为无米之炊”，首先得准备好新鲜的食材。我精心挑选了两个又大又红的番茄和三个草鸡蛋，一切准备就绪，开工啦!

首先，我把两个番茄洗干净，切成一小块一小块的，装进一个碗里。再把三个鸡蛋打进另一个碗里，搅匀。之后，往锅里倒上一点金灿灿的油，放1/8勺的盐，再开火，把搅匀的鸡蛋倒进锅里，只听“吱”的一声，鸡蛋立马就膨胀了起来，大约过20秒钟，把鸡蛋翻过去，再等20秒钟，把鸡蛋弄成一小块一小块，装进盘子中。这时，往锅里再倒些油，把番茄倒进锅里，“噼里啪啦!噼里啪啦!”，你听，番茄正愤怒地吼叫着，仿佛在说：“喂，干嘛把我放进锅里呀?烫死我了!”炒好后，把鸡蛋再倒进锅里，放点水，合起来炒炒，美味的番茄炒鸡蛋就出锅啦!

但是好事多磨，在炒菜的过程中，我进行的也不太顺利。有时会搅蛋搅不匀，有时会把油溅到身上，有时还会把菜炒到外面……这让我明白平时爷爷做饭是多么辛苦，而我有时还挑食，说爷爷烧的菜不好吃，所以，我想对爷爷说一声：“对不起!”

每次在饭店吃饭，我都会看见菜单上有一些奇特的菜名，比如：“蚂蚁上树”、“松鼠桂鱼”……其实都只不过是一道普通的菜。所以我也给我的菜取了个好名字，叫“太阳番船”。我把鸡蛋铺在盘子上，把番茄堆成圆柱形，放在鸡蛋上，这样看起来就像是一艘红色的船航行在金色的海洋上，在太阳的照耀下熠熠生辉。

HOW TO KEEP HEALTHY

As a middle school student,keeping healthy is very important.If we dont

pay attention to keep healthy,we cant study well.But most of the students dont

know how to do it.Do you know the ways to keep healthy?Now,let me give you some

advice.

Firstly,we should eat more fresh vegetables and fruits instead of eating

the food with fats and sugar.By this we wont be fat.We should also drink less

alcohol and drinks.And we shouldnt smoke.Secondly,we ought to have a goog

living habit.Getting up early and going to bed early can help us keep

healthy.Besides this,we can take regular exercise to have a healthy

body.Thirdly,we shouldnt be too tired.Its bad for our health.

今天作为初中的学生要到一个对于自己来说崭新的初中学校报道了，虽然内心对一些未知的新鲜事物多少有点慌张，更多的却是对初中学校的好奇，所以我去报道的时间很早，我以为我会是前几个是报道的，等我去学校的时候，都已经有不少的家长陪着孩子到了，看来也不是只有我一个人对完成陌生的初中校园有好奇心了。

I have a great time during the winter holiday, because I enjoy myself as

well as focus on my study. As it’s known to all, the Spring Festival is the most

important in winter holiday that would occupy much time to celebrate it.

Therefore, I finished my homework first, so that it won’t bother my enjoyment

during the festival. I finished my home work in one week. And I went shopping

with my parents. We bought a lot of things, especially snacks and fruits. Then,

it was the Spring Festival. We had a big dinner on the New Year’s Eve. My

parents prepared the big dinner and I could only act as assistant. The dinner

was so delicious that I ate so full. In the next several days, my parents and I

Yesterday was Jacks shopping day. He went shopping with his mother.

They went to the Happy Shop . They bought some pieces of candy. They are 4

yuan. They bought a roll of toilet paper. They bought a carton of ice cream at

This morning is cool.I am going to play basketball.After play basketball,I

feel tired,but I am very happy.Because basketball is my favourite sport.My body

my father. They always live in Beijing. They must get up early. Because they
