Im just writing to let you know that were all well, and I hope you are, too. Unfortunately, Ive got some rather bad news for you: Im afraid I made a bit of a mess of Johns car. Anyway, heres what happened.

We were on our way to Carols after a long party, and I suppose it must have been about eleven o’clock. Well, the last few miles back home were really dark and deserted. 吃完饭，我们一边用泉水泡工夫茶，吃水果。我把鞋子脱掉，把脚放在水里泡，可舒服了。我们还打起了水仗，欢乐的笑声传遍山谷。这里风景如画，蓝蓝的天空倒映在泉水里，我多么想再多玩一会。

在回来的路上，回想山上的景物，我这次去三叠泉收获满满，也很有意思，这次山里之行没白去。这个国庆节过得真快乐!
