August 12,2012 Friday Today, I did housework for grandmother. She is not very healthy and I decide to do housework for her more frequently. And she will feel happy and become better. Suddenly, an idea hit me that it’s terrible to grow old becuase you have to worry about both your health and others’ opinions. Once again, I make a decision to be a good girl.

Today is my busy day.Let me tell you the plan of me .In the morning,I must  get up very eariy to  makes breakfast for my family . They have  breakfast at about 7:00.  Then will I play badminton outside with my goodfriend at 8:00.In the noon,I should back home and make lunch for   them .After having lunch ,I will wash the dish.Then I will take part in  a gathering of friends after 2:00.At 7:00pm,I should make supper.At night,I  should cieal the room and do some homework.I think I will  be  tired.what a busy day of me !

I had finished trainning in army for 8 days.Though this trainning I can learn a lot of things without schooling.I made many new good friends as well.

I never finished a whole work myself before this trainning. Because of this, I failed the most important exam. The drillmaster taught us that we must often say "never give up"in our life.Only in this way, we can succeed. I felt bloody lonely after I graduated from school.By mean of this trainning,I have new friendiness.We often talked about our favourite things as football,basketball and so on.... liu hua is my best friend. she is less tall than i, but of stronger constitution. she looks more like a boy than a girl and is strong willed. at college, we spent a lot of time together reading, talking,singing and laughing. whenever we were together we feel happy and carefree.

we have much in common regarding ow education, background, interests and hobbies. we often help each other andlearn from each other. once,when she was in the hospital for an operation on her appendix, i took care of her in every way possible, which made xiang song (the young teacher who shared the ward with her) envy our friendship. when i was preparing for put graduate exams, she did the cooking and urged others to help me. after graduation we parted. she went to argentine. i was still in ustc. we promised to meet in the united states. so we both worked hard at our lessons.

true friendship lasts a long time. hard work is rewarding and three years later, we me again. true to our word, we met at the place where we promised to see each other the united states of america. i received an asslstantship in ncsu and she earned enough money in argentine to support herself and work her way through college.

There is always a pile of smelly rubbish in front of the building we live. Everyone has to cover his nose with his hand while he passes by. 今年是201x年，祖国母亲的地61个生日，我们还沉浸在60年大国的喜悦中，60多年中，祖国经历了多少坎坷，又迎来了多少次辉煌！

我出生于xxxx年，正值祖国50华诞。听妈妈和爸爸说我特别幸运，国庆节我“登”上了天安门城楼，当然我是被抱上去的，而且被妈妈抱着的我就坐在江泽民主席曾坐的位置，而那时我才5个多月，我是多么幸运呀！

20xx年是祖国60年的生日，我刚好10岁，宏大壮观的阅兵让我大开眼界。

201x年10月1日，20岁的我同大学同学作为学生代表，坐着“国庆专用列车”来到天安门广场观看国庆庆典。

下午2点，我们已在城楼旁等候了。不过听说从早8点就有群众入场了。

2点半左右，领导们陆续乘着扶梯上了天安门城楼。其中有党的国家的主席，副主席，委员和各界代表们。

我们终于见到了主席，心里有一种说不清的喜悦。握手后，一个机器人摄像师拿着一台摄像机来到了主席旁，把它放在了主席台边上的一个架子上。

在雄壮而有力的国歌声中，主席台和边上的护栏连同主席一起升到了空中。那台摄像机也升了上去。只听主席大声宣布：“中华人民共和国70年大庆庆典现在开始！”

这庄严而又雄伟的声音让全场几十万人一齐鼓起掌来，随后主席又从半空中回到了城楼。

接着是升国旗。只见主席一按手中按钮，五星红旗就在热气球的帮助下从城楼后升到了群众队伍的上空，好似国旗自己飘了起来。人群中一阵惊呼，随后是震耳欲聋贯彻北京城的掌声。

然后是代表讲话。学生代表讲述了对建设祖国的决心，随后是工人代表，农民代表，教师代表，教师代表，商界代表……其中令我印象最深的要数机器人代表，它是中国第一个为人服务的机器人！

在最后一位代表将完话完毕后，70们大炮齐发，一共28响。这些大炮不仅发出了惊天动地的响声，还在空中打出了一行字：热烈庆祝祖国七十寿辰！炮声中天安门广场沸腾了！全国人民沸腾了！全世界的华人沸腾了！

炮声后是庄严阅兵仪式。解放军的队伍在嘹亮的《中国人民解放军进行曲》的乐声中，由东往西缓缓进场。

走在最前面的是海军两个连，他们头戴海军帽，身穿海军装，站在水陆两用的“隐形战斗艇”上向主席问好。接着是炮兵一个师，野战炮，山炮，榴弹炮，火箭炮，闪光炮，定位炮，定时炮……还有好多我都叫不出名字呢！接着是一个战车师，这些战车、装甲车以及坦克车等，都引用了定位、定时、瞄准、防弹等功能。接着又是一个骑兵师，除了以前的“红马连”“白马连”以外，还有新的“机械骑兵连”和“机械马连”。还有很多各式各样的队伍，都以相等的距离和相同的速度经过主席台。这时空军的飞机也一队排成人字形，飞过天空。在飞机飞过处天空留下几个大字：热烈庆祝新中国成立70周年！大屏幕上也播放着从海南传来的海陆空三用舰艇试运行的情况。只见舰艇在陆地上行进了30来米后成功地飞上了天空，然后又飞向水底……看着这成功的一刻，人们都禁不住大声欢呼起来！

3个多小时的检阅，令人们连续拍了3个小时的手，但谁也不觉得累。

不知不觉到了傍晚，彩车从广场东部开了进来。每辆彩车都别具一格，每一盏灯都“隐藏”着一个科技。所有彩灯都是太阳能的，所有彩车没有一点尾气。

晚上十点，庆典慢慢拉下了帷幕，大家渐渐散去，但是全国人民的心依然凝聚在一起。

My day is simple.

The Dragon Boat Festival is a traditional festival of the han. It is a very important festival in our hometown, so every year the Dragon Boat Festival is very busy.

The Dragon Boat Festival is the most indispensable, nature is zongzi, every year the grandmother of the Dragon Boat Festival and everyone will pack hundreds of big dumplings! 端午节是汉族的传统节日。在我们的家乡算得上是个特别重要的节日，所以每年的端午节都过得异常热闹。

端午节最不可少的，自然是粽子，每年端午节外婆和大家都会包上几百个大粽子呢!包粽子虽然有很多种，比如芦苇叶、竹笋叶、菰叶、藕叶等。但我们的家乡是芦苇比较多，所以大多都用芦苇叶包了。首先，外婆“率兵”去采芦苇叶。采芦苇叶时，一大家子听着外婆的劳动号子：“加油!一个粽子三片叶子!上百个粽子几千片，嘿哟，加油!”听了“将军”的鼓劲，“小兵”们更加卖力了!采完芦苇叶，现在只要将它们暴晒就行了。但准备材料可没有这么简单哟，还得去集市上买来上好的红豆、猪肉、花生、板粟、蜜枣与糯米，还要买红线呢!

当然，最好玩的时候还是包粽子的时候。包粽子时，男人负责把肉切成不大不小的块儿;女人负责洗红豆、糯米之类的;小孩负责把大盆洗干净，再把大人加工好的东西装在大盆里;而老人们则负责指挥。一切准备好之后，就开始包粽子了。大人们干得格外卖力，而小孩们呢?却在一旁玩着，总是在大人们不注意时，偷一两颗蜜枣往嘴里塞，表面上似乎一点儿事都没做，可心里却暗暗自喜——因为蜜枣太好吃了!

最后一步就是煮粽子，烧火的外公总是把火候把握的很好，味道很香、很浓，如果在第一时间内吃粽子，你看到的肉粽子总是嫩地流油，看到的蜜枣粽子总是金黄柔嫩;看到的八宝粽子总是很可口，我们可爱吃了。

去年，要不是为了去盐城替舅舅、舅妈照顾表哥，外公外婆可能在包粽子哩。我突然有些“厌恶”舅舅、舅妈，他们家的经济条件不错，为什么不找个保姆?把我的欢乐端午节和粽子都“夺走了”，我好生气呀!也好怀念那味香色美的粽子呀!
