statesman who is said to have committed suicide by drowning himself in a

The most important activity of this festival is the Dragon Boat races. It

symbolizes people‘s attempts to rescue Qu Yuan. In the current period， these

Besides， the festival has also been marked by eating zong zi (glutinous

rice). Zongzi is made of glutinous rice stuffed with different fillings and

protection from evil and disease for the rest of year. People will hang healthy

2.28星期二晴

今天是实习授课的第二天，我早早地准备好今天讲课的内容，但真的要上课时，我心里却不免有点紧张，因为昨天是我第一次上讲台用自己的方式去向学生传授知识啊!今天在上新课之前，我必须先要把昨天的内容

简单复习一下，这可正是对我教的好坏一个全面的检验......上课了，我表面上镇定自如地走上了讲台。一些常规的课堂程序之后，我开始了课堂复习步骤，出乎意料的是学生们反应迅速，对答如流。说真心话，看到这我心里真的感到无比喜悦。

晚上回到家，想起白天上课的情景，我感慨颇多，我想我真正体味到了劳动并享受着劳动后的成果的愉悦了。当然，在物欲横流的现代社会，这个观念也许会显得有些陈旧和俗套，但它却有着与生俱来的独特的古朴、风韵和精华。我们不能将快乐简单地理解为物质利益的获得和某种非精神意味的享受，快乐与否在于我们自身、我们的付出和我们的感受。由此我想到现在的学习，很长的一段时间，我都因没有进入理想的学府而怨天尤人，失却快乐。其实不断的学习便是一种快乐，奋进着永不放弃，需要不断体验快乐来支撑。不久的将来，我会成为一名人民教师，我会辛勤地工作，用心地去教书育人，我相信我一定能在平凡、艰苦中感受到欣慰和快乐。

野炊终于开始了。我们小组的人都把带来的东西一一放在桌子上，地上，等待组长发令。首先我们发煤炉，再不会发的情况下，我们搞的乱七八糟，好在有位老爷爷，不然就发不着了。火渐渐地旺起来了，我和苗苗等人，用扇子拼命地扇，终于煤炉发好了。我们开始做菜，一些人做水果沙拉，一些人做炸薯条，忙得没空说话。在全组人的努力下，第一盘菜出锅了。我们尝了一下，味道可真好。最让我激动的是别人来品尝我们的菜。我们端着菜找人品尝。当品尝者打上A时，我们的心被提了起来；当品尝者打上A以下的等级时，我们的心又掉下来。这样不知掉了几回。我们做了“金牛报喜”、“桂花圆子”、“糖炒栗子”。到现在，终于该我当大厨了。我在锅里放上油，等油热了时，我又把肉放了进去，用铲子翻炒，当时我好高兴，因为这是我第一次做菜。我心里一直想：这肉一定要好吃，不然太伤我自尊心了。想着想着，肉就熟了，在组长的帮助下，肉出锅了。接下来是找人品尝，看着他们打上一个个A时，我好高兴，像吃了蜜糖一样。我又自己尝了一下，啊，真好吃。这是自己劳动的成果，所以我觉得真好吃，相信你们吃到自己劳动的成果也这样吧。

时间飞逝，接近野炊的尾声了，在茅老师的催促下，我们只好狂吃东西。搞卫生是一项艰巨的工程，要搬桌子、扫地…… 比做饭还累。搞完一切，我们爬上楼梯，都两腿发软两眼冒金星了。

愉快的心情无法在心中压制，每个人身上脏了，但心里一定是甜的。我爱野炊！
