年幼的高尔基过早地感受到人间的痛苦和丑恶，小小的心灵也因此受到许多打击。而让他承受这些打击的力量，正是外祖母和那些如外祖母般的众人，所给予高尔基的保护和支持。

该小说生动形象地展示了一个充满残酷、野蛮、愚昧、污秽得令人窒息的生活，让我们深深体会到沙皇专制制度时的腐败，还有丑恶，体会到当时老百姓们身处黑暗而不知奴性和麻木，以及年轻一代反抗黑暗、奴役，追求光明和自由的艰苦过程。

和高尔基的童年相比，我们的童年是美好的、灿烂的，是无忧无虑毫无压力的。为什么孩子还是认为自己的童年是痛苦的，是黑白的呢?这，或许就是因为他们并不知道，还有许多人的童年，比他们还要悲惨吧……

就拿高尔基的童年和我们的相比吧。高尔基从小就失去了父母，还在外祖父的打骂下生活。而我们呢?天天都在父母的宠爱之下生活：自己想要什么，就给你买什么。如果自己和别人打架，父母肯定会先问你有没有受伤，然后再训斥那个和你打架的人。

光用这几个例子来做对比，就已经可以看出父母对你的爱，你所过的生活十分幸福，还有你的童年如此美好。为何我们不愿珍惜这般美好的童年呢?

来，用你的双眼，看见童年的色彩;用你的双手，捧起、拥抱童年，感受剩余的童年时光，珍惜那所剩无几的美好童年!

“戚而能谐，婉而多讽”，鲁迅先生这样评价“儒林外史”，指出了《儒林外史》在讽刺艺术上的高度成就。大多数人评价《儒林外史》，都说这是一部承载了厚重文化内涵的小说。在我看来，又有不同理解，它就像是个别有洞天的世界。

《儒林外史》给我印象最深的就是它所描述的人物以及那些“戚而能谐，婉而多讽”的语言。一段段的语言描写，神态描写将人物雕刻得栩栩如生，在吴敬梓的笔下让我看到了真儒生和假儒生，真情义和假道义，一个世界存在那么多那么多的不同。

还记得严监生这个人物，他快死去时说的话，做的事。他嘴里不停的咕嚷着，手上不停地比划着“2”的手势，怕是谁也想不到他竟是要掐掉那煤油灯里的其中一支灯芯。吴敬梓没有一句描写提到小气、鄙夷这些带有贬义的词汇，却处处体现出此人的极其爱财。可他终究也是为了自己家人的生活。虽吝啬到了极点，但探其根本，也是源于“爱”。另一人物—匡超人，记得他曾是个在深夜一边照顾卧病在床的父亲，一边捧书苦读的人。我曾多么希望在后续的故事里他能过上好的生活。可是他变了，变得不在拥有孝心，不知道义，心里满是权利富贵，多可悲呀!

严监生的一念是爱，虽吝啬但可敬。匡超人的一念是欲，欲望左右了他。由穷儒到富官，就在这一念之间。王冕，家境贫寒的善学者。因擅画荷花，得到衙门老爷的赏识，这时他本可应邀做个富官，但他没有，几次躲避，最终归隐。他的一念始终坚定，虽是穷儒，但是我心中最可敬的人。

士人是本书中的描述重点。吴敬梓通过描写当时读书人的遭遇表现出当时的社会风气，社会形态。出现数次最多的无非就是科举，八股文禁锢了文人的思想，八股取仕却是当时读书人出人头地的唯一途径。

范进，最具代表性的人物，参加科举可以说是他竭尽一生做的唯一一件事。他希望功成名就，希望得到财富和地位，但若不是遇到周进这位伯乐，怕是一生也碌碌无为，无权无势无财。一念穷儒，一念富官，但这一念，不是范进的，而是周进他心中的一念，命运掌握在他人手中，实在有些可悲。

读完《儒林外史》后，我常想，还好我没有出生在那个时代;现如今，我拥有自己的思想和可自控的人生，这是一件多幸运的事啊!

读《儒林外史》虽只是粗略的浏览，但我心中对书有了新的理解，也有更深的感悟。正因读过，而学会懂得。也因时代境遇的反差，所以珍惜。

Transportation has been greatly changed in the past few years. In ancient

days, people used to travel by horse or carriage. The journey was often tiring

and tedious. Then people had buses, trains and ships, which could shorten the

time of the long-distance trip. Now we have not only more private cars, but also

planes and high-speed rails. All of these modern transports could offer us a

quick and pleasant travel. Thus, more and more people enjoy traveling very much

these days. In conclusion, modern transportation has completely changed our

life. Thanks to modern transportation, our world is becoming smaller and

smaller.

I enjoy singing very much. While singing, my heart as well as my body is

joyful. When Im happy, I often sing out to share my happiness with others. I

also sing out to pour out my bad feelings when Im upset.

I like pop music most, because I want to follow the trend. I prefer soft

music to rock music. Since we may be very tired after a long days work, we need

a rest very much. Perhaps soft music is the best recreation for us. My favorite

pop stars are JJ and Jay Chou. They always make a wonderful performance on the

stage. Their songs are so charming. I admire them very much.

In my spare time, I often sing a song to others. Everyone is so happy to be

my listener, because Im very brave and confident. Even though I couldnt be a

professional singer, I can still get a lot of good fun from singing. Because of

singing, my life becomes more colorful.

《老人与海》一本拥有哲理的书。故事中的主人公一位“硬汉”老人——圣地亚哥常说的话“人可以被打败，但不能被毁灭。”一个人并不是生来就要被打败的“就正是作者海明威想告诉我们的一种永不言败的精神!

故事中已经84天仍然一无所获的圣地亚哥并没有放弃捕鱼，在第85天他带着小男孩的祝福下海了。那一次他竟然出乎意料地遇到了一条巨大无比的大马林鱼，经过几天几夜的坚持，老人杀死了大马林鱼。可就在老人带着马林鱼回来的路上他们碰到了鲨鱼，老人又与他们进行了一番殊死搏斗，可马林鱼还是被鲨鱼咬的只剩骨头了。最后带回去的也只是那巨骨头。虽然老人没有得到马林鱼，但其实一个人只要为自己追求的去奋斗过，努力过那就足够了，不在乎结果如何，因为他已经成功了。老人就是这样一个敢于挑战的胜利者。因为他从来就没有向他面前的困难低头，无论是马林鱼还是鲨鱼。

反过来，再想想自己，自己想要如何如何，但没过几天就不想干了。在遇到麻烦一点的，很累的事就坚持不下去，选择放弃。以后如果在遇到这样的情况我一定会问问自己，连一位渔夫都知道凡事都要坚持下去，要想”硬汉“圣地亚哥学习，做一个无论遇到什么事都不会轻言放弃的人。让自己拥有一颗自信勇敢顽强的心去面对自己未来的一切，一条困难，漫长，坎坷的路。

老人用自己的信念，毅力最终战胜了自己，做了一个没有被打败的人，超越了最难被打败的自己。让我们做一个不被困难打败的人，一个最终的胜利者!
