现在，让我们来研究一下“技巧”。

再者，让我们继续来探讨“其它”因素。

运气不好，没有机遇，是人们为失败最容易找到的借口。偶尔一次运气，当然归功于运气，然而成功仅靠一次运气远远不够，因为靠这一次运气而成功，但十有八九会因为没有下一次运气而失败。成功需要持续的好“运气”，而持续的运气肯定不是“运气”的本身在起作用，恰恰是因为积极主动去准备、创造“运气”的态度与把握“运气”的能力。

the story not only caters to everyones inward yearning for success, but also emphasizes the inseparability of the process and the result. the reward of success will be much amplified if the path leading towards it is treacherous, and vice versa. if a person inherits his fathers millions and leads an easy life, he is not a successful person even in material terms, because there are no difficulties involved in his achieving affluence. the term "success", to be sure. will not sit still for easy definition. but as i understand it, the true meaning of success entails a combination of both the process and the satisfactory result of an endeavor. to clarify my view, let me give another analogy.

1)讨厌日本人。这类人多数为中老年人与其他涉世不深的年轻人与孩童。这一类人往往对提本人存在偏见，无法原谅日本人在中国的种种暴行。一看到“日本”儿子便马上想到“小日本”三个字。面对部分日本人对中国友好的行为嗤之以鼻。有些严重的甚至一心希望日本成为阶下囚。

往往这类人缺乏理性的判别能力，特别是敏感话题。一想到自己敏感的东西就头脑发昏，把他们的一切都与南京大屠杀等罪行联系起来。轻的说他们有问题，重的说他们应株连九族。事实上这类人往往比较爱国，并同样以此爱国，但他们大部分由于缺乏理性教育与认知，他们同时也是比较自私自负的一类人。往往会刚愎自用，不但对待日本人如此，只要有任何东西损害其利益，立马对这个东西产生不满厌恶的心情。永远不会真正的深思熟虑。

2)喜欢日本人。他们大多数为青年女性，由于受到日本动漫与日本帅哥的影响而导致全方面的倾向。在这里我称其为“品牌效应”(本人编撰如有雷同纯属巧合).所谓”品牌效应“就是只不看内容，只看品牌。通俗点就是这这类人要看某个节目，他们不看节目内容，只要节目中有自己喜欢的主持或明星就喜欢上了这档节目。这就是“品牌效应”。同样，喜欢日本的这类人实际上并不了解日本，而且大部分都没去过日本。从客观的角度来讲他就是是“爱屋及乌”。喜欢日本所产的动漫与明星就觉得整个日本都是动漫的天堂，所有的日本人都是帅哥美女。

这听起来似乎很傻但这就是娱乐圈的“魅力”。往往这类人都缺乏理性思考的能力。对于喜爱日本明星的人就是追星族。对于“追星族”的定义与概念我在这里就不再多说了，凡是能够理性看待这篇文章看待我的“不理性”的人都应对其有所了解。但对于动漫迷们喜爱动漫本身没有问题，个人喜好而已。但我所说的这一类人却很有问题。他们同样多为女性，并且有很多在青春期中，但他们很多都不是坏小孩，有部分也是“好好学生”，够得上是“品学兼优”的所谓的优秀分子。而这类人其实在某些方面已有“啃老族”与“好过族”的特征了。有些为人老实却相当肤浅，这称为书呆。也有的看似比较叛逆但同样肤浅，我称其为傻帽。(注：书呆、傻帽等仅为修饰用语并无贬低之意)而其他的就属于追星族了。凡是娱乐消遣低俗的玩意都能使他狂热地痴迷。比如当代流行的“言情小说”、“韩剧”等等之类的“肥皂泡沫型”电视剧。当然把他们当成消遣我个人认为没有问题，在这里我指的是那些沉迷于此，以至于希望自己也化身其中的那一类人。

3)无视日本人。无视在这里只没感觉，如果解释为看不起，那一属于第一种了。这类人对日本人如何完全没有任何看法，日本的生死存亡与自己没有关系，无视日本的一切。

明白人其实用不着解释就知道他们是属于那种类型的人了。当然他们也不会是隐士。因为他们没有愤世嫉俗不必隐居。在这里就忽略而过了。

4)平等日本人。这类人大都具有较强的理性分析能力，关键是这类人学会从日本的角度看待中国，就是“换位思考”。如果有人做到了这点并以此感触生活那他就会惊奇地发现世俗许多所谓的烦恼忧愁都只是自己的一时偏见。当然能够平等对待日本并非仅仅理性者所能，也有相当一部分是通过长辈的教导或通过博览群书所得到理解到的。

这类人大都具有较高的修养和自我辨别能力。如果能认知到这点，实属不易。因为能够平等对待日本，从本质上讲，他们也就能平带对待生活的一切。然而尽管平等对待日本人，但是个人理解不可能相同，但毋庸置疑的一点是这类人如果你问他对日本人看法怎么样他是肯定不会跟你说喜欢或者讨厌的。

或许有人会问我我属于哪一类，作为90后的初中生，能认知到这点更加不易。但我并非自吹自擂，在我周围所认识的同学属于第一与第二中的多数，而许多我接触过的青年也同样。

因此我在这里不得不质疑，是什么使一个连90后初中生都想到的问题却迷惑了一大批青年人甚至是所谓的高材生!

我在寻找一种态度，一种对待错误的正确态度。曾经我相信沉默是金，我信仰“宠辱不惊，看庭前花开花落;去留无意，任天空云卷云舒”。青春有多锋利?骄傲与自尊阻断了许多在错误面前低头的可能。

just as is revealed in the pictures above, people are generally classified into two types: the pessimistic and the optimistic. we can see in one picture some people, long-faced and downhearted, are counting the nights by the shadows while in the other picture the happy-go-lucky people are enjoying the starry nights. what a contrastive view! remember, it is not the bad thing that determines our state of mind but the way we look at it matters.

an example that comes to mind is sars crisis that has recently torn apart and ravaged most of china. admittedly, it has cost us quite a lot. some people suffered from health damage and still some even lost their lives. and our economy suffers a temporary setback and a slowdown.

however, we still have learnt and benefited a lot from it. first things first, we are more concerned than never before with our health, and the environment we live in. additionally, we tried and bettered and are still bettering our mechanism to respond to unexpected crises. these and other lessons at the expense of blood, tear, toil and sweat are benefiting and continue to benefit us and generations of chinese to come.

the best way to overcome the frustrations brought about crises is to always take a positive outlook on life. just as a well-known ancient chinese notion goes, the past lessons if not forgotten are good teachers for us all. if we can bear in mind sufferings and ordeals we have experienced, then our sufferings will not go unrewarded.

开始上课时，为提醒同学们集中注意力，我们使用拍掌三下的形式。因为拍掌所以必须停下手中的小动作，而且注意力会被拍掌所吸引。发现这种方式挺管用的。拍掌还是一种积极的提示，因为掌声通常表示的是鼓励。

教学生学习致谢，为同学为你做的小小的事情而致谢，加强了同学之间的感情。让学生们学会关注事件本身，事情是怎样的，他或她为我做了什么。孩子们是可爱的，除了极少数的孩子不太能够融入交流，大部分同学都很容易感觉到其他同学的善意。或许该给那少部分不能融入的孩子，创造机会，让大家来注意到他们，并且感谢他们。每个人都得学会感谢：别人所做的事，对他人的帮助，任何让人感觉好的事情。都可以。这是一种加强归属感的活动。期待孩子们喜欢，努力力去寻找，给予和接受正面的致谢。

说小声话的问题，讨论了两次，为什么几个人同时说话是不尊重的？为什么打断别人的话是不尊重的？为什么在别人说话时应注意听？

老师的态度和技巧也很重要，当我开始放弃控制，邀请孩子们合作时，课堂变得有趣多了。比如我要求学生用手势去提醒旁边的同学不说话，他们这样做的时候，让我的心情很好。而大部分被提醒的同学都会及时地改正。课堂上个别管不住自己的孩子，被我给予他冷静期：自己站到后面去冷静一下，觉得自己能好好上课，再悄悄坐下来。一开始我以为孩子会无所谓，没想到孩子在站了一会儿之后，在我都没有注意到的情况下，安静地回到了座位，并且整节课，再也没有让我操心过。果然，老师让孩子感觉到尊重，真是一个好的办法。
