我在寻找一种态度，一种对待错误的正确态度。爱上文字，爱上文字里似错非错的语言。白居易一首“人间四月芳菲尽，山寺桃花始盛开。长恨春归无觅处，不知转入此山中”被沈括讽刺道：“既然四月芳菲尽，怎会桃花始盛开呢?”一年后，沈括去山上，果真看到了白居易诗中的景象，便自感当年的错误。亦如苏东坡为王安石续诗曰：“秋英不比春花落，说与诗人仔细吟。”经验有时也会犯错，要在实践中检验事物的对与否。

我在寻找一种态度，一种对待错误的正确态度。这一刻我看到廉颇负荆的诚恳，我看到大将坦然承认错误的勇气，我看到英雄铮铮铁骨后谦逊的一面，堂堂的大将，勇为一错误而折腰，保一方国土，传万世佳话。我走在时代的路上，迎面看到一个人——莫言，没有万众瞩目的头衔，没有诺贝尔奖，只有一颗谦逊的心以及诚挚的道歉与感谢。世界从来都不缺成名之人，成名者是否皆如莫言——敢于承认自己的小错误。我终于明白对待错误首先要敢于承认它，然后是想法改正它，只是那最初、最重要的一步勇于承认，却也最难做到。

我在寻找一种态度，一种对待错误的正确态度。这一路跳着错误走过，我不怕，正所谓：人非圣贤，孰能无过。错误不可怕，只怕看不到、听不到，只怕没勇气面对。接受自己的错误，也是在接受进步的自己。

Often times it just seems like something too far out of reach.Nothing in

the word is difficult for one who sets his mind to it.Everyone wishes to be

successful in life.

In my eyes, opportunity is a part of success. Many great people found great

things by chance. It is true some successes can be won because of unexpected

help and findings.

Opportunities don’t come often.They come quietly and often go by without

being noticed.

In fact, many opportunities have been lost on the wan to success. so , it

is necessary that we should treat opportunities with care. An opportunity just

brings a promise but never realizes it on its own. Only by working hard, making

great efforts and getting prepared, wil we catch the coming opportunity get to

our goal.

Different poople have different views on success. Some hold that making a

great deal of money means success. Others argue that holding an important post

in the government means success. Still others believe that having a high

academic title at a famous university or a research institute means success.

In my opinion, success means brilliant achievement in our work. In other

words, no matter what we do, making outstanding contributions to the development

of our country and bringing help and happiness to others is success.

To achieve success, we should ,first of all, have a clear long-term goal in

our life. Second ,we be both perseverant and hardworking. Whatever we do, there

are always two possibilities: success and failure. We should never lose heart

when we come across difficulties or when we are confronted with failure.

Instead, we should learn from our experience, build up our confidence and work

even harder and smarter towards our purpose. Third ,we should follow the

examples of those who are successful and learn from them. Finally ,we should try

to get along well with our classmates and colleagues. We should care each other

and help each other in our study, our work and our life, because work is of

great importance in the realization of our dream.

If we can follow these principles, we will certainly achieve remarkable

success in our life.

论成功

There are no secrets of success. Success is doing the things you know you should do. Success is not doing the things you know you should not do.

Success is not limited to any one area of your life. It encompasses1 all of the facets2 of your relationships： as parent， as wife or husband， as citizen， neighbor， worker and all of the others。

Success is not confined to any one part of your personality but is related to the development of all the parts： body， mind， heart， and spirit. It is making the most of your total self.

Success is discovering your best talents， skills and abilities and applying3 them where they will make the most effective contribution to your fellow men.

Success is focusing the full power of all you are on what you have a burning desire to achieve.

Success is ninety-nine percent mental attitudes. It calls for love， joy， optimism， confidence， serenity4， poise， faith， courage， cheerfulness， imagination， initiative， tolerance， honesty， humility， patience， and enthusiasm.

Success is not arriving at the summit of a mountain as a final destination. It is a continuing upward spiral5 of progress. It is a perpetual6 growth.

Success is having the courage to meet failure without being defeated. It is refusing to let present loss interfere7 with your long-range goal.

Success is accepting the challenge of the difficult. In the inspiring words of Phillips Brooks8："Do not pray for tasks equal to your powers. Pray for powers equal to your tasks. Then the doing of your work shall be no miracle， but you shall be the miracle."

As we all known, the man who wants to be success should have a good

disposition. As the saying goes, “disposition decide to everything.” I remember

a famous motto: there are no two identical people in the world, but the success

people are similar in many ways. Exactly, good disposition is the foundation of

success. From my point of view, I deemed it success should also rely on these

factors: diligent, confident, humor. It can help us to open the door of

success.

There is no denying that diligent is the first step to the success. As the

proverb says, no pains, no gains. Absolutely, guess that a person without

diligent, how can he get achievements. Many successful people have become famous

in the world by their diligent. Therefore we should take diligence as a good

habit rather than lazy at every time.

Edison said “confident is the mother of the success. There is no doubt that

confidence is important to our daily life .If someone without confident, he will

never succeed in the end of his life. If someone trusted himself, he would

gained more chance to succeed. How could you get other’s trust if you didnt

trust yourself?

In addition, humor plays an important role in our life. It’s obvious that a

sense of humor can bring happiness to others and get involved to a group easily.

Just like my friend who is an energetic and lovely boy. The boss and staff like

him very much. Boss thinks highly of him in the company. Sometimes, we should

learn to how express humorously. A sense of humor can create unexpected

result.

From what has been mention above, a good disposition is an important factor

to our success. Therefore, how to develop a good disposition is essential.

There are no two identical people exist in the world, but most successful people are similar in many ways. Good character is the foundation of success. Most of successful people are modest, diligent and creative etc. In my opinion, being confident, honest, and persevere are the three important keys to the door of success.

There is an old saying that confident is the first step to succeed. Suppose that a person is not confident, how he gets trust from others. A singer singing in the stage without nervous means he is confident. Public speakers express their opinions to others without tension which also means he is confident. Confidence offers people courage to overcome difficulties, what’s more, if people believe themselves, they may meet more opportunities that they had never thought about.

有句老话说,自信是成功的第一步。如果一个人不自信,他如何得到他人的信任。一个歌手在舞台上唱歌没有感到紧张意味着他有信心。在公共演讲上表达自己的观点而不紧张,也意味着他是自信的。自信给人们提供了克服困难的勇气,更重要的是,如果人们相信自己,他们可能会遇到更多他们从来没想过的机会,。

The second key helps people succeed is honesty. There is no denying that most of friendships are based on honesty and most of businesses are based on friendship. Honest people are easy to get others’ respect and people often prefer to cooperate with the honest ones rather than liars. It’s obvious that no one could tolerate a friend always tell lies. China have a famous story which is about a shepherd boy who wants to play farmers and lie to them a wolf is coming. After he lies to them twice, a wolf is really appears, when he asks them for help, no one believe him anymore.

Beside what I talk about above, I consider that perseverance is an essential personality to people who want to succeed. Everyone will meet problems, but not everyone could insist. In fact, perseverance is another attitude which belongs to optimistic. A famous saying is that difficulty is like a spring which weakens in face of a strong-willed but strengthens in face of a faint-hearted.  When people run into problems, as long as they persevere, they will be closed to success.

除了上面我所提到的，我认为毅力是想取得成功的重要性格。每个人都会遇到的问题，但并不是每个人都能坚持。事实上，毅力是另一种乐观的态度是。有一句名言说的是，困难就像弹簧，你弱它就强。在人们遇到问题时，只要持之以恒，就会成功。

To conclusion, everyone has his personality. Kindhearted people make others feel warm, and humorous guys bring happiness to people; enthusiastic ones could easy be on good terms with others. Sometimes people’s personality decide who they are, even who they want to be.

总之，每个人都有自己的性格。善良的人让人感到温暖，幽默的人给人带来开心；热情的人可以很容易和别人好好的相处。有时候人的性格决定了他们是什么样的人，甚至是他们想成为什么样的人。

failure is the mother of success。 sometimes people have to cope with many mistakes and failures in order to reach the successful finals。 while others might succumb to failure， they tend to retreat and give in their efforts。 success often provides confidence and satisfaction， nevertheless failure companies with bitter， saddness， and suffering。 it seems people have to learn through each experience， as success doesnt always falls from heaven。

i remembered i used to fail on my vocabury test when i was in high school。 i had problem to memorize new words which got lloose each day。 i almost decided to give up english， but was obliged to one of my neighbour classmates who kept on sending small sheet for me。 in the end of the semester， i found i had finished my vocabulary book which became a work force in reading english。 i then realized that a new word came and left our brains for several times。 nobody is born as genius for success。 success tends to arrive after a serial of trials and failures。

of course， success brings confidence and victory。 but， life is not always easy and comfortable。 there are more difficulties than eases in the real life。 it is likely that we have to face some failures ahead。 therefore， those who learn how to deal and endure failures will taste their success eventually。

江南赋

一提天堂，莫遗苏杭。一指江南，无比周庄乌镇。

中华的文化不能不说京城的恢宏磅礴，也绝不能不提江南的小桥流水。

林俊杰一曲《江南》将世人的心随他擅长的水笛之声来到那烟雨蒙蒙的地方。 这里是水最本性的归属。源源潺潺是筝演绎的水之灵；涌涌汨汨，世琴诠释的水之魂。

古往今来，多少英豪、杰雄出自江南这一脉水。

一支毫笔，一代繁华，一世浮沉，篇篇华章说人间，看世道，史书上处处是这脉水的痕迹。一柄长剑，几道寒光，几腔热血，个个故事伸正义，护安宁，若没有这脉水最后的冷却，又何来龙泉威慑天下。一方田，富庶的江南也是由水而成就的鱼米之乡。

直至今天，江南的水已久养育着旷世德才俊，依旧坚守着江南的牌坊。水墨乌周，白绢上依旧是烟雨蒙蒙。

江南敞开了宅门，欢迎世人，融入市场，她保持着古典的繁华，然而无论他如何改变方式留存下来，那分魅力，原始的水的味道没有变化，知江南者心中有数，见江南者心中有动。

江南守住了自我又改变了自我，就像水墨变成水彩，但画的韵味一就是水的兴味。苏杭的市中心是灿烂的灯影，可烟雨依旧蒙蒙盖着，江南还是江南。 走在水迹驳驳的江南路上，人更能懂得这种守住上的改变，改变中的坚守。
