既然决定成功的要素中80%都来源于态度，似乎，我们已经可以得出解个结论：成功是因为态度。然而，你也许会认为这一结论似乎有些牵强，因为还有20%非态度因素，或许它们才是起决定性作用的关键要素。

现在，让我们来研究一下“技巧”。

再者，让我们继续来探讨“其它”因素。
