Today, I was so excited because I finally became a high school student,

which meant my life came to a new chapter. On the first day, my parents went

with me to school. They brought my luggage and helped me to finish the

most of us carried nothing at hand, but our parents did the job. We are almost

still wanted to go to war with Iraq and the main target is Sadam Hussein. The

war was just like the quiet battle between France and China in 1800s.It was said

that a relation of Sadam betrayed him.

I think war is not just a matter of two persons or two-family fight. It is

related to so many victims’ inrerests . As a leader, one must always think for

al

the people, so will his country be prosperous for always.

This is our school library . It s openfrom 8:30 to 11:30 in the morning

and from 1:30 to 4:30 in the afternoon . It s not verylarge . It has only

three assistants and about two thousand books . The assistants are friendly and

the books are interesting . So we often come here after class . From thelibrary

, you can borrow two books at a time , and keep them for two weeks . In its

reading room , there are tables and chairs . There you can do your homework or

read the magazines .

Our Librar is a busy place.It is open every day from8:00--12:00 in the

morning and from 1:30--5:30 in the after-noon,except on Sundays.

The library contains a large variety of books. in it you will find both

literary and scientific and technical books in Chinese and in foreign

languages.In this building too,are reading-rooms with newspapers and

magazines.Perhaps English books account for over a half of those in foreign

lanuages.

We often go there to look for books which we want to borrow or to read

articles which we like to consult.Our library provides all useful reading matter

and reference materials according to our needs.Although we do not subscribe to

any magazines or newspapers,we are well informed about the recent developments

and new trends in the world as well as in our country.The library plays an

important role in our college life.
