通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

通过本次紧张而短暂的培训，让我品尝到了一顿最丰富、最美味、最营养、最有价值的“知识文化大餐”。我要重新审视自己，作为一名年轻的小学英语教师，我要不断的学习，不断的提高自己的专业知识与技能，不断的充实自己，找到自己的人生价值，在教学中通过自身的素养来感染学生，让学生从心底里信服老师。同时在今后的教育教学工作中我要努力实践、开拓创新，积极将本次培训所学的经验及方法运用到教育教学中，不断提高自身教育教育水平。同时，在这里还要感谢学校领导能给我这样一个学习的机会，在今后的工作中我会努力实践、勇于开拓，为我校的小学英语教育事业尽一份自己的力量。

With the improvement of living conditions, more and more people can live

longer. However, many old people always suffer from loneliness, which is one of

the major problems in today’s society. To make the old people live better, some

good advice must be followed. Firstly, the young should spare more time to talk

[英语作文国庆计划

现在已经放暑假了，再开学就要升六年级了。为了在六年级的学习上没有什么障碍，我特地制订了一份暑假计划，计划内容如下：

第一，语文方面。我的作文水平一直不太好，主要是因为我的思路不开阔，积累少，所以在暑假里每天都抽出2个小时读名著，总结自己的体会和心得写几篇读后感。按照老师的要求写30篇作文在作文网上发表。我的书写存在着写的字偏小、潦草等问题，在暑假里无论是写作文还是做别的什么作业，我都注意把字写得大一些、工整一些，争取在以后的考试中不丢卷面分。

第二，数学方面。我的数学成绩在班里一直是名列前茅，最大的毛病是经常出现一些小问题。为此，我打算多做一些数学题，并试着做一些奥数题，争取每道数学题都做的快速、准确。

第三，英语方面。我的英语读、写水平还可以，但在听力方面有一些差距，暑假里在学剑桥英语的同时，多听一些英语磁带，多做一些英语听力题，每天早晨拿出半个小时听剑桥英语磁带，争取在英语听力方面有所提高。

第四，课外兴趣。我在美术方面很有天赋，并且很喜爱美术。今年暑假，我还参加美术班培训，巩固提高水粉画水平。我对计算机也是情有独钟，争取争得爸爸妈妈的同意在每天按计划完成学习任务以后能够上网做一些小制作，玩一些小游戏。

第五，生活方面。以前，每天我都是过着衣来伸手、饭来张口的日子，除了学习什么也不干的，从这个暑假开始，我决定帮妈妈做一些力所能及的家务活，锻炼自己的自理能力。比如抽时间帮妈妈刷碗、洗衣服、打扫卫生等。

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. On the sports side, Im going to train the devil and go outdoor every day after dinner, play badminton, play football, and so on. At home in the evening, we should exercise more, do dumb bells, and sit up and so on. I have to get up early in the morning, the best run and do exercises. Its best to report a track and field team.

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。

那天下午，天空的太阳被云遮挡，天还算凉，于是我和姐姐来到田地捉蜻蜓。我带了两个剪开的瓶子，在田里看见了一只黄蜻蜓，他反应慢，当我悄然无息的抓住时，他才反应过来，使劲拍打着翅膀，我吓了一跳，将手猛地松开了，我看着这只蜻蜓落后被姐姐抓住了，他再一次扑打，可姐姐十分平静，一点也不害怕，看着姐姐将蜻蜓放入瓶中，我十分佩服姐姐，姐姐让我抓这只蜻蜓，可我不敢，姐姐抓起它，告诉我：”勇敢点，我敢你不敢?”我知道姐姐是在激励我，但我还是有点害怕，在姐姐抓了几次，我才紧张地抓起蜻蜓，生怕它的翅膀打伤我，当蜻蜓再扑打时，不是疼痛，而是凉爽。于是我不怕蜻蜓了，我俩一起抓，我捉就捉少见的一种，不一会儿，我已经捉了好几只，我也明白将手一下子抓，会有气流，，只有慢慢捉，才能捉到，在一根草上，有一只罕见的，我一下子扑过去，而姐姐也要捉，悲剧发生了，黑蜻蜓发现我们，一下子飞走了，我和姐姐撞在一起，“砰”的一声。这次我抓了五彩缤纷的，姐姐也是。

这次我学会了抓蜻蜓，也增加了胆量，让我感到十分有趣。

一、端正态度，卸下包袱

高考是人生道路上的一个重要转折点，是高中生最终走向成年的标志。如果说以前有家长、老师一同和我们面对问题、克服困难，但在高考考场上，我们只能依靠自己必须独自面对。我们没有理由不在自己未成年生活中的最后、也是最关键的一件大事中竭尽全力，以求不留遗憾。

同时我们也应该明白一点：高一高二的成绩已经不再具有坚定性的作用，在高三，同学们是在同一个起跑线上开始一场全新的远征。由于所有的知识点都会在高三上学期第一轮复习中被不遗漏的重新梳理一遍，原先掌握知识不扎实的同学大可以通过这一段时间的复习补上之前的漏洞;而原先学得不错的同学如果不认真听讲和复习的话也很容易掉下去。因而，不管您先前的成绩如何，请卸下一切包袱，投入到高三的复习当中去。

二、做好计划，周密准备

如果说高三是一台精密的仪器，那么这台仪器的运转不光需要老师们在讲台上挥汗如雨、同学们废寝忘食的学习，更重要的是，还有高三复习计划的制定、资料和用具的筹备、心态的调整、饮食起居和作息的稳定等等。只有考虑清每一步细节，才能在高考复习中取得决定性的胜利;也正是对高考复习过程中细节的面面俱到好精益求精，让许许多多原本看起来并不优秀的同学最终走进了理想的大学。

计划的制定：在学校安排的总体复习计划基础上安排自己的课下复习计划，根据自己的科目强弱，以“补弱”为原则对自己的课余尤其是周末进行规划和安排，争取在高三上学期结束的时候，所有科目的成绩比较平均，这样才能轻松进入二轮复习。需要提出的是，在制定计划的时候，要多和老师家长讨论沟通，听取他们的建议和意见。

资料和用具的筹备：不用买额外的辅导书，学校准备的就非常全面了。倒是应该准备足够多的笔、资料夹、笔记本、错题本、草稿本。更重要的，应该有一片专用的学习区域，专门用于复习功课和摆放复习资料。这样在整个高三中，只要进入这片区域，我们就能迅速进入复习状态，从而大幅提高复习效率。

饮食起居和作息的稳定：高三，拼的就是每个人的学习效率在总学习时间上的积分，因而不要盲目的追求每天比别人多学几个小时，而是在见缝插针地把零碎的时间利用上的同时确保自己的学习效率。因而我们需要从暑假开始培养稳定的作息时间。调定生物钟的好处恐怕只有这么做的人才能体会到，它对保证学习效率的帮助非常大。

三、提前启动，抢占高点

高三复习节奏的特点是循序渐进，学习效率会随着有效学习时间的积累而不断增强。因而“提前启动”就成为了在高三复习过程中的制胜法宝。在暑假“提前启动”，可以使我们在高三保持学习效率的优势。而且，提前复习带来的进步无疑会是我们一轮复习时的重要推动力。

那么我们“提前启动”的方式方法是什么呢?其核心就是在认真完成作业的同时，根据自己的计划安排进行“第零轮高考复习”。这一复习可以是自主完成的，也可以是由有经验的人辅导的。重点如下：

1、读教材。高考题是根据考试大纲出的，而考试大纲是根据教材制定的。因此，对教材的熟悉就显得尤为重要。同时，这也是一个梳理知识漏洞、建立网络知识的好机会，并且也是复习过程中老师不会去特意监督的环节。

2、做积累。很多东西是慢慢积累出来的，比如，语文字词、默写、作文素材;英语词汇、短句、好句子;数学和综合科目的经典题和错题。积累越早越好，只有积累上的量变，才有考场上的质变。

3、写作业。 高中最后一个暑假里，老师们使出浑身解数，为大家准备了丰盛的“作业大餐”。也正是这份数目庞大的作业里面暗含着暑假的复习方向和重点。作业不是万能的，但不做作业是万万不能。对于以前作业不是特别认真的同学，现在一定要重视作业。在高三，我们一定要相信我们的老师，他们留给我们的作业绝不是随手布置的，绝对是经过老师们仔细斟酌后才安排的，因而其质量高，数量也一定不过分(真正过分的在一摸后，那还早着呢)。因此，好好写作业，也是第零轮复习的一个重要环节。
