每天吃素食或者无糖食物，规律吃三餐的人改成以往食量的2/3，不规律吃三餐的人要少食多餐。如果想吃饭，就必须吃素，一点肉蛋鱼都不能碰。吃素看起来比较自由，但是每餐所吃的白饭不能超过半碗。如果想吃肉，就不能吃面或者面包等淀粉类食物、甜食物或者饮料、奶类。水果可以吃，但是不能吃太甜的水果。

吃无糖食物

在这一周里必须吃无糖食物，不能吃素食。如果你吃了淀粉，那前一周的努力就白费了。在这一周必须找一天在家，早上喝一瓶酸奶，帮你煮清肠胃。在这个星期你可以吃肉、蛋以及蔬菜，但是就是不能吃淀粉。

减少食物摄入

要想减轻体重，无须放弃喜爱的食物，重要的是要加以控制。如果偏爱某种食物且食用量大，那就要注意减少每次的分量。不是每周4次，每次200克肉的食用量，而是每次100克，这样就可以少摄取1200千卡的热量，可在大约7个半月的时间内明显减少体重。建议减肥者在厨房放一个秤，贴一条提示标语，注意提醒自己摄取食品的重量。

饮食上合理安排再加上健身运动，相信吧，暑假过后我肯定会减肥成功的。

The new semester has begun. In this semester, I plan to have a plenary English time, so I made the following plan which is considered perfect.

I will preview the new lessons for 30 minutes to 1 hour on the day before the English class. In class, Ill try my best to understand every point.
