认识你自己对学习也有一定的帮助，知己知彼，百战百胜。在你了解对方的情况下，你要做的是充分了解自己。就拿考试来说吧，内容大体上你知道了，下一步该分析的是自己，自己哪里不懂，自己不懂的是知识性问题还是技巧性的问题。这类题我是怎样思考的，思考在哪里，我就卡壳了，卡壳是由于什么原因造成的。别人是怎样解答的，下次我该不该也这样思考充分了解自己后，你就有了明确的目标了，这就为成功打下了基础。

认识自己有可能出现两种情况，一是正确地认识自己，一是错误地认识自己。正确认识自己可以使自己更快更好地走向成功。反之，错误认识自己会使自己走向相反的路。因此，自己应该辩证地看待自己，认识自己，找出自己的优点和缺点，发扬自己的优点，克服自己的缺点，取人之长补己之短。
