我以为凭借着高一的基础可以在高二轻松的过一回，也就是因为自信到自傲的转型，我从年级前30堕落到了269名，违背了潘老师在陈老师面前对我的评价“我从来没见过这么好的学生!”我的自尊再次受到打击，我自卑开始作祟。我向陈老师发誓，我要好好学，“既然目标是地平线，那么留给世界的只能是背影!”随着态度的转化，我变得自信，谦虚，有规律，渐渐领悟了“目标，效率，纪律”的道理。终于从269名到32名的凯旋，又从32名到达前7名的颠峰。大起大落，让我深知傲必自毙的惨剧。陈老师给了我极高的评价“自信和坚持就是一切力量，就像你“269——32——6”的轨迹，还是那句话，你是老师最想奖励的人!”走两次一样的路，我便知道，傲是再所难免的，成绩的起伏不定更是不可预测，所以我高二的最后一次考试也遗憾地以72名收场……

回顾高一高二，起伏不定，但也从一个年级倒数的无名小辈走到了年级上有些许知名度的小鬼，有同学甚至忌讳我的语文，哪怕语文只是运气的化身。无论是高一“为尊严而战”，还是“战高二，无怨无悔”，我都对得起这2句口号，唯一不同的是高一胜的轻松，高二却要以游戏做牺牲罢了。

妈妈不但在学习上对我严格要求，而且在生活上也对我的要求十分严格。妈妈锻炼我独立自主，我的事情都要求我干。从三，四岁起，妈妈就要求我自己洗袜子，口罩等小件的衣物。什么买本子买笔，买课外书之类我都要我自己做主。

张德芬的《遇》看完了，说心里话，很荣幸遇到这本书。这是一本让我安静的书，它也让我意识到内心的平静是如此可贵。

我相信，不同心境看同一本书会有不同的想法。这也是一本好书应该多读几遍的一个原因，因为你也会因此发现更多的好的东西。总的来说，我想，这是一本很特别的书，通俗却又不见得人人都能完全读懂。篇幅较短却又似乎包含整个人生。

【“张德芬的《遇见未知的自己》快读完了，其实她想说的无非是：一种生活的”唯心论“”自我论“,一种自我”重心“的认知；”亲爱的，外面没有别人，只有你自己。“:外面没有别人，所有的外在事物都是你内在投射出来的结果。”

“我想，这种自我”重心“的认知其实很重要。我们活着自我永远是不变的圆心。那么所有的一切，如爱，如情等等都应该是在这个前提下才去构建的吧。就如”爱与孤独“中所说：关于爱关于你，有了，我自然更精彩，没你我也不能去死，如果不能精彩，但起码也得开心。这样看来保持特有的”孤独“还是很必要的呀！”

当时，也跟朋友聊到这本书，提及书中的”人生马车理论“.张德芬把人生比作一辆马车，马车的构造和质量，代表命；所走的路途，代表运；命有不同，有些人天生命好，马车大而稳，即使路途坎坷，也应付得来。既所谓的”命好不怕运来磨“.但有些人则只能两个小轮子颠簸一生。朋友不屑地说：张德芬（《遇》）太认命了，相对于《高效人士的七个习惯》，我更认同后者，我们应该主动地从内在改变自己，在去影响外在的一切。而非认命。

然而，当我回过头来再次带着问题，好好的认真仔细的读上一遍后（好在此书形式比较新颖，是用小说的方式来叙述的，且篇幅不是很大。^_^）。

才发现，原来我们都没读懂张德芬，都太狭隘太片面肢解般的去误解了张德芬所说的意思了。其实，张德芬阐述的东西要比我们想象的深很多。

就拿”我“”心“”命“或者后面她提到的”臣服“什么的来说吧，要说张德芬”认命“吗？我可以说，她”认命“的！要问张”唯心“吗？我也可以告诉你，她”唯心“的！但，关键她书里认的命，不是我们”潜意识“或者说狭隘的认为的那个命。她所认的命，是经”察觉“经”认知“的，那些客观的存在，那些既成的已无法改变的事实（我们也可以说是历史，因为已经发生且过去了），是经过”真我“判别的。

同样，她唯的”心“,也是经过”真我“鉴定的，或者说这”心“就是”真我“.

最近看了本书名字叫〈遇见未知的自己〉这是一本关于都市身和心灵修行的书，看后很受启发。

在看这本书之前，我先看了作者写的序——你想要的人生，文章以一位都市白领阶级的女性为主角，经由每天都可能遭遇的种种事件，逐渐把眼光从外在的世界转向我们内在的世界，进而发先我们大多数人竟然都不是自己生命的主人，更糟的是我们是思想和情绪的奴隶。

这本书教会我们如何快乐地生活，走出困境，如何循序渐进地改变生活，使之更加美好。她以小说的形式来向人们讲解和诠释一个个耐人寻味又贴近生活的道理，感觉很特别。

在《遇见未知的自己》这本书中，主人公在一个不经遇的机会下遇到一位老者，老者就像一位智者，女主人公在一位老者的指引下，改善内在的状态，进而改变了外在的世界。最终寻得内心的平和，就像春茧破茧而出，迎风飞扬。

令我印象深刻的一点是，书中一直在强调寻找真实的自我，确实我相信大多数人对于”我是谁“这个问题的回答都停留在名字这个代号上，我也是这样认为的，我很少去认识真我是怎样的，事实上每当我想去想这个问题的时候内心是茫然的，就连自己也不知道真正的自己是怎样的，我发现认清自我也是一件很难的事，像书中所说那有一个很长的过程，外在环境影响着我们的内心世界，我们所处的社会环境和自然环境让我们容易失落真实的自我

在这个物欲横流的社会里，我们很多人都习惯戴上了很多面具，每天每天都在不停地更换着，最后失落了真实的自己，当哪一天，我们逐渐的把目光从外界世界转向我们的内心世界时，我们会可悲地发现，其实我们很多人都不是自己生命的主人，更糟的是。我们是自己思想和情感的奴隶，它时刻束缚着我们，使我们生活在了不快乐中……

正如书中主人公若菱所言”活着好累！“,以至于渐渐累到失去自我，以至于连”我是谁“这个基本问题都看不起清楚的地步。正因为失去了真实的自我，追求的是内心真实需要以外的东西，所以，占有得越多，迷失得越严重，内心就更加迷茫痛苦。所以，不管是在工作中，还是家庭中，压力越来越大，失望越来越多，因此越来越多的人常常困惑——我为什么常常不快乐？

人所有受苦的根源就是来自于不清楚自己是谁，而盲目的去攀附、追求那些不能代表我们的东西。人生，在琐碎的细节中，让天性的纯真蒙尘，不能再以纯真明亮的眼睛注视身边的人事和这个世界。

这本书我只看了两遍，还没完全融会贯通，也没进行什么具体的实践，但我真的体会到了他能净化心灵，安抚浮躁，悲观和欲望。他教会我，当我在面对生活中的悲欢离合喜怒哀乐时，唯有抱持观照内心并惜福感恩的心态，一切的真相才会自动还原水落石出。

心境决定人生，我们每个人的生活中有太多的盲点无法透析，有太多的情绪无法调节，我们蜂拥着学最热门的技能、找最赚钱的工作、报考最时髦的学科……我们总是希望以最快捷的手段实现我们的梦想。但生活永远不会和我们想象的一样，所以我们要有自己的一套方法来舒缓残酷的现实带来的坏情绪，从现在做起，从小事做起，改掉惰性与私心，珍惜时间和理想。

这本书读了之后让我受益颇深， 写的这些，其实只是书中内涵的冰山一角。这本书教会我们如何快乐地生活，走出困境，如何循序渐进地改变生活，使之更加美好。这本书里还有很多很棒的提示、指引、提问和探索。如果你的人生正在不知何去何从，不如拿起《遇见未知的自己》，它将成为你的一份人生地图。

When memory began for me, my grandfather was past sixty-a great tall man

with thick hair becoming gray. He had black eyes and a straight nose which ended

in a slightly flattened tip. Once he explained seriously to me that he got that

flattened tip as a small child when he fell down and stepped on his nose.

The little marks of laughter at the corners of his eyes were the prodnct of

a kindly and humorous nature. The years of work which had bent his shoulders had

never dulled his humour nor his love of a joke.

Everywhere he went, "Gramp" made friends easily. At the end of half an hour

you felt you had known him all your life. I soon learned that he hated to give

orders , but that when he had to, he tried to make his orders sound like

suggestions.

One July morning, as he was leaving to go to the cornfield, he said :

"Edwin, you can pick up the potatoes in the field today if you want to do that.

" Then he drove away with his horses.

The day passed, and I did not have any desire to pick up potatoes. Evening

came and the potatoes were still in the field. Gramp, dusty and tired, led the

horses to get their drink.

"How many bags of potatoes were there?" Gramp inquired. "I dont know.

"

"How many potatoes did you pick up?"

"I didnt pick any. " "Not any! Why not?"

"You said I could pick, them up if I wanted to. You didnt say I had to.

"

In the next few minutes I learned a lesson I would not forget: when Gramp

said I could if I wanted to, he meant that I should want to.

Gram hated cruelty and injustice. The injustices of history, even those of

a thousand years before, angered her as much as the injustices of her own

day.

She also had a deep love of beauty. When she was almost seventy-five, and

had gone to live with one of her daughters, she spent a delightful morning

washing dishes because, as she said, the beautiful patterns on the dishes gave

her pleasure. The bird, the flowers, the clouds-all that was beautiful around

her- pleased her. She was like the father of the French painter, Millet, who

used to gather grass and show it to his son , saying , "See how beautif ul this

is ! "

In a pioneer society it is the harder qualities of mind and character that

are of value. The softer virtues are considered unnecessary. Men and women

struggling daily to earn a living are unable, even for a moment, to forget the

business of preserving their lives. Only unusual people, like my grandparents,

manage to keep the softer qualities in a world of daily struggle.

Such were the two people with whom I spent the months from June to

September in the wonderful days of summer and youth.

A few days ago, the movie Red Sea Operation was very hot and people were

very impressive about the policemen, who saved the citizens lives in a very

urgent situation, some even sacrificed their lives as the price. We live in a

peaceful country. This is because policemen protect us all the time, and they

are the great persons. March 14th is the policemens day, people make this day

for them and show respect. They deserve the publics praise. They sacrifice so

much, such as the time to accompany their families. Many childrens future dream

is to be a policeman, as this career brings the public hope and future.

因此，在我们的世界中，成功的事不多，失败的事却也不少。即使失败了也有安慰的方法，回过头来看那些不如我的人，心里便有了无限的满足，让一切都从超越自我开始吧！只有超越了自我，才明白如何接纳自己以外的一切。

过去已成为历史，让我们把它装进行囊，小心而认真地说：“超越自己是成功的必要条件。”今天和明天才是真正该走的路。
