期中考试已经结束了，这次考试是对于不少刚刚接触英语的初一新生而言是一次重要的考试，是全面衡量学生这段时间学习情况的一次考试。下面我主要从以下几个方面来分析：

一、考试质量分析

1.试题方面

就整个试题而言，考点分布均匀，覆盖面广，考题难度适中，大部分试题能够体现目前注重基础、体现能力的考试命题要求。

2.试卷方面

本次考试题型，分为听力部分、辨音、单项选择、阅读理解、完形填空，词汇运用，阅读表达，翻译句子和写作几个大部分，各部分难易程度不同。大部分题都比较基础，和平时的练习比较起来相对集中一些，更能反映出学生在这一阶段学习中的问题。

此次英语考试的听力部分，内容为与日常教学相关的材料，与所学教材难度相当，较为简单。朗读速度适中，对平日教学的听力训练有着良好的导向作用。但在第一节中还是有部分学生容易犯书写不规范的错误，也有些学生“g”、“j”不分，“r”、“l”混淆，因而造成较多失分。这学期对学生在听力方面的练习不是很多，除了在课堂上少量练习外，平时课下学生几乎得不到练习。

单项选择，突出了课本和平常练习中较基础的知识，学生训练较多，此部分得分较好。

完形填空，对于我校大部分基础较薄弱学生而言觉得难度较大，因选项具有大的灵活性，而学生在平时对单词的记忆和对句子的积累还不够牢，而且也没有掌握好做题技巧，没有联系上下文推测出正确答案，以至于此部分得分较低。

翻译句子，由于平时练习较多，且反复强调大小写及单词、字母的正确书写，因此这部分得分比预计要好。阅读表达学生在此题得分较少，不是多了这个就是漏了那个，答的不好，得分非常低。

写作部分大部分学生书写较差，只有极少数学生在这部分未动笔。

二、分析原因

教师方面的原因：

这段时间由于课时多，时间紧，因此对学生部分知识掌握情况的落实不够，这也是这次考试成绩不高的原因之一。从这次考试中应该吸取这样的教训。在以后的英语教学中，加大管理力度，提高学生在课堂上的学习效率。

学生方面的原因：

1.部分学生的基础知识不够扎实，且大部分学生毫无学习习惯而言，记忆知识极难，遗忘知识快，过去滚瓜烂熟的东西一段时间不用就忘了。

2.学生的应变能力有待提高，不能正确写出单词的正确形式。

3.理解能力不强，完形填空、阅读理解失分较多，不能理解通篇大意。

4.不能熟练运用学过的句型。很容易漏掉be动词。

三、今后采取的措施

抓好单词、词组过关，狠抓知识落实。在进行单词和词组教学时，首先让学生读准音，然后反复读单词和词组，并找出同义词、反义词、类似用法的词一起记。在进行句型时，以小组合作等方式举一反三，反复练习课堂上学习的句型。平时督促学生多听录音磁带，一星期集中训练两次听力，在培养学生的听力技巧和听力能力上多下功夫，提高他们的听力能力和听力技巧。

在阅读教学中，设计一些问题，通过学生自读文章找出其答案，在整体上感知文章内容。而且讲解文章时，注意生词在句中的运用、注意文章里出现的词组，注意对关键句子的理解。针对学生阅读能力差的问题，将通过大量阅读来培养学生的语感以及通过上下文捕捉信息的能力，还要注意文化背景知识的学习，拓宽学生的知识，开阔学生的视野。

有人曾问：在自然界，谁的力气最大？”回答是五花八门。有人说是大象，因为它可以把大树连根拔起;也有人说是鲸，他可以撞翻一艘远洋货轮。而我则认为，力气最大的是蚂蚁，它可以举起它体重十三倍的东西。原因很简单，其他动物都在想如何超越别人，而蚂蚁超越的却是自我。

其实我们人类也一直在超越。同行之间，你死我活的战场就是商场，这是一种彼此的超越。不同点有很多，而相同点只有一个，那就是超越别人。

在生活中，我们总为自己定一个很近的目标，一旦侥幸超越了自己所谓的目标，便开始洋洋自得，不求上进。殊不知山外有山人外有人，直到不久后目标又超越了自己，才开始慌慌张张的追赶，就这样反反复复的恶性循环着。

因此，在我们的世界中，成功的事不多，失败的事却也不少。即使失败了也有安慰的方法，回过头来看那些不如我的人，心里便有了无限的满足，让一切都从超越自我开始吧！只有超越了自我，才明白如何接纳自己以外的一切。

过去已成为历史，让我们把它装进行囊，小心而认真地说：“超越自己是成功的必要条件。”今天和明天才是真正该走的路。

impressed by its sophistication and beauty.I would like to share some

fascinating aspects of the tea culture of China.

In a country with the history of five thousand yearsthe Chinese tea

我是一个很普通的女孩，但在他们眼里我有些不一般。

我的外表不好看，但还对得起观众，同学说初次看一般，但是越看越好看，他们说这叫“耐看”。而我也不在意我的外貌，所以我的穿着也很普通，休闲或运动装，通常是全身白色，包括鞋袜。

我是个农村长大的孩子，小时侯爸妈不在身边。记忆里没有清晰的事件，但我记得那时常被其他小孩会欺负的感觉。我是和爷爷一起生活，爷爷是个知识分子，所以我即使被人欺负，爷爷也总只会告诉我要隐忍和包容。可是我觉得很委屈，想他们为什么可以告诉爸妈，要爸妈护着，而我却不能。我觉得他们很可怕，他们会很大声地喊我“野种”，而我每次都只会哭

我开始畏惧人，开始恨我的爸妈，我想不明白为什么我不可以像他们一样。我因为畏惧人而尽量避开人，即使在路上遇见认识的邻居我也不会打招呼，只顾低头往前走。所以直到现在，邻居总还是会说小时候的我很不懂礼貌。而我也从未向任何人解释过那时是因为害怕。小时侯的我便这样慢慢变得孤僻、胆小，记得小学时第一次被老师叫起来回答问题，我刚开口眼泪便掉下来了，同学都在笑，那时我觉得他们更加可怕。自从那以后每次老师叫我回答问题，不管我知道不知道，我都是一直站着沉默，这种状态到初二才改变。但我依然容易哭泣。

我的家庭不很和睦，我不喜欢我的爸爸，我曾深深地恨他。十岁那年他打我妈妈，我用剪刀戳了他的手臂，而我被他一耳光****在地，流鼻血了，耳朵里嗡嗡响，这也是我有一只耳朵听力不好原因。我在家是个很沉默的孩子，不喜欢外出，也不喜欢和亲人说话，喜欢一个人在房间看书，并且我有个习惯，我会将我的房门反锁。我喜欢文字，喜欢音乐，喜欢书法，喜欢中国画。初一开始自学吹笛和箫，还有学着写格律诗，后来又学习填词。初二的时候这些都基本上学会了。所以我的孤独与寂寞都有了可以依托的东西。

我很简单，也许我只是坐在窗前看着窗外的花开叶落，直到泪水润湿脸颊，也或许是独自倚在窗边吹箫抒怀，任箫声吹断人肠，又或者按照那些平仄规格填上一首诗或词，把所有寂寞都写在文字里。

我是个完美主义者，又是一个浪漫主义者，更是个悲情主义者。我很喜欢石评梅，因为她是个性情与黛玉很相似的人，而他们说我的性情又恰似黛玉。其实我更像石评梅，因为我的文风也像她。我会将我所有的感情都融进文字里，而那些多是凄凉之辞，暂不敢自诩凄美。我经历过童年的孤独，经历过高二的初恋直到失恋。我总有自己写不完的忧伤

我是个很爱古典的人，所以我偏向古典文学。特喜欢诗词和戏曲。在同学眼里我像个古人，这也是他们认为我不一般的原因。也许吧，在这年代还有几个和我一样整天痴迷于“之乎者也”和那些平平仄仄的人呢？

我的外表很冷漠，但事实上我很随和，同学说接近我之后才发现我并不难接近。所以我的朋友很多，而且都对我很好。

总之我是个很爱文学、也很多愁善感的人。我有冷漠的外表，但内心实则比水还柔。我也是个很难走出阴影的人同学说我最大的特点就是至情至性，但这也恰是我的致命伤！
