Such a movie called “Growing Pains” seems full of knowledge and experience.

So it does because all of us have growing pains and also growing gains in our

lives.

Growing up is not a very enjoyable time. It means I have to work hard in

studying and in family. There’s always so much homework given by teachers and so

many arguments between the parents and me. The time is fair, but it seems it

gives pains three quarters and only one quarter to gains.

But gains give me power and confidence. Successes and friendship make me

happy and enjoyable. We played with snow in the winter that seldom snows, we

flew kites in the night that usually belongs to homework, we ate several ice

creams that almost made us cold. We picked up leaven that no longer high up!

Although pains are always more than gains, I believe both of them make my

life more colorful.

I dont think our school life is colorful. Because weve got so many classes every day. I wonder whether we can change our school life someday. You see, from Monday to Friday, I have to stay at school. the only relaxation is to listen to the radio or play ball games. At weekends, we need to go to school to have classes, too. 一名虔诚的佛教徒遇到了难事，便去寺庙里求拜观音。走进庙里，发现观音像前也有一个人在拜，那个人长得和观音一模一样。“你是观音吗？”“是。”那人答道。“那你为何还拜自己？”“因为我也遇到难事。”观音笑道，“可我知道，求人不如求几。”

读完罢，却感到心头有一股热涌上。我不曾想起了那时，在我遇到挫折和困难是，一个劲得抱怨，只是百般寻找理由、借口，而不是去寻找办法去战胜挫折。到头来，就已经一无所知，无理无智。若不惊叹，何以用来释放我的心声，若不铭记，何以用来战胜挫折，若不沉思，何以用来埋藏我的错误。细细回想，自己也懂了许多。与其怨天尤人，等待别人的帮助，还不如整理衣襟，抬头向前走去，用智慧和勇气去战胜挫折。我看到，前方的那一抹阳光，散发出点点晶亮，虽然刺到我的眼睛，也同样刺到我的心，但是它的耀眼却让我看到了希望。于是，我鼓起勇气，踏步向前，身后留下了一道又一道的深痕脚印。

不论怎样，当你遇到学习的挫折，或是事业的失败，或是家庭的不和，你绝不能等待老天来救你，若是这样，世上有那么多人遇到难事，都虔诚地期待老天过人们的帮助，那老天岂不是忙得团团转了？当你徘徊在人间，迷茫而无所得的时候你何不振作精神，去面对挫折与失败，吸取教训，这才是你应该做的，当你成为智慧与勇气的结晶，无论再大的困难，只要依靠自己，总能挺过的。你可以面对镜子，默默的对自己说：“加油！”，依靠自己的力量去战胜困难，何乐而不为呢？愁眉紧锁，岁月的蹉跎，你会遇到许多难事，当你想突破挫折与困难，自己的力量才是现实的，鼓起勇气、信心，去战胜那渺小的挫折，去拥抱明日的阳光吧！

到此，本应该结束了，但我还想说一句：“人生挫折在所难免，重要的是如何战胜它，不管怎样，面对人生，面对自己，振作起精神，鼓舞起勇气用眼神反射阳光，用手指绘出彩虹。最后，请铭记：求人不如求己！

Some students agree with the idea. They think, if so, they wont feel

lonely and there will always be someone to play with. Besides, if their parents

child comes to the family. Whats worse, they may not get along well, or even

Last night ,I dreamed I became a very beautiful brid.I dreamed that I was in a forest. In tht forest,there were a lot of animals.Then,an old bird told us,"we have a very beautiful forest,we should therefore protect it from pollution."All the animals agreed with him.

But the second day,people came into our forest.Many animals were caught.The people wanted to build house and parks in our forest.Many old trees were felled.And then suddenly,nothing was left standing.

I was so shocked and then I bursted out crying.I woke up at midnight.It was only a dream.
