我出生在福州一个城乡结合区，那里以前比较偏僻，周边有破旧的民房、脏乱的菜市场，门口只有两路公交车通往市区。但如今周边发生了翻天覆地的变化，破旧的民房变成了一个风景迷人的公园。公园里到处种着各种各样的花，一到春天，姹紫嫣红，无比美丽。每天傍晚，大家散步地散步，跳舞地跳舞，好不热闹。一到周末，我也会带上我的滑板车，风驰电掣的骑在绿荫跑道上像小鸟一样飞翔，感到无比的快乐。小区门口的公交车也渐渐多了起来，想去哪里不用一直转车，等车时间也缩短了。常常听妈妈说起，自从福州地铁一号线开通后，妈妈上班路上只需花费35分钟就到单位。不然妈妈以前坐公交车都要花费一个多小时，很累很辛苦。自从福州到西安的动车开通后，爷爷每年春节回家也只需一天一夜，不用一直挤在那拥挤的绿皮火车上，讲到这爷爷脸上露出幸福的笑容。

而现在我们的学校，跟以前的比起来，可以说是天壤之别。走进现在的学校，花的芳香便扑鼻而来，让人心旷神怡。原来是校园大门中央有一个圆形的大花坛，里面种了各种各样的花，有杜鹃花、月季花，茉莉花等。校园的四周围绕着草丛，草丛里种了高大的棕榈树和椰子树，看上去整个校园生机勃勃。学校不仅绿树成荫而且还有整齐漂亮的教学楼、宽敞明亮的教室、红色的塑胶跑道和各种各样的健身器材。同学们在这样的校园读书，脸上都洋溢着幸福的笑容。学校设置了多媒体教室，使我们上课的内容更加生动有趣；学校组织了各种社团，如合唱团、硬笔书法社团等，丰富了我们课外的生活；学校举办了秋季运动会，朗诵比赛，科艺节等等，给了我们展示自己的舞台。

我们今天过着无忧无虑的生活，我知道这幸福的生活来之不易，我会好好珍惜。幸福是靠奋斗出来的，作为一名学生，我将努力学习，用所学的知识来回报我们伟大的祖国，让我们的祖国更加的强大。

Pressure seems to be a natural part in our daily life in this competitive

society. Like it or not there is always pressure of one kind or another. And it

seems there is hardly any way to avoid it or get rid of it. Moreover, as the

pace of modern life continues to quicken, pressure seems to be on the increase

all the time.

Different people have different ideas about pressure. Some hold that

pressure is something very vicious. If there is too much of it, it will lead to

the decline of ones physical and mental health. So they are always complaining

about it or trying to flee from it. They think, only relaxation, the opposite of

pressure, is what we should desire. On the other hand, others argue that

pressure is not as bad as is often thought. In fact a certain amount of pressure

is essential to provide motivation and meaning to our life. It is pressure that

propels our progress and contributes to our success.

Personally, Im in favor of the latter idea. I believe that a little

pressure is certainly an important incentive in life. It is only when the

pressure gets out of control can it lead to poor performance and bad health.

Since it is impossible to avoid pressure, certainly there is no sense trying to

do so or complaining about it.

在今年的暑假完后，我进入了初中。来到了实验中学七二班这个温暖的集体里，即将在这幸福地度过三年的学习时间。在这里，我会交到许多的朋友，认识到更多的人，学习到更多有趣的知识。激动的情绪瞬间炸开了花! 上初中了，这也表示自己长大了，再也不是家中的“小皇帝”“小公主”了。自己的事情尽量自己完成，如果实在不能办到，就请身边的人帮助。现在，我们比以往的的学习时间增多了，学习内容、难度也上升了。这也提醒了，我们与家长们聊天的时间减少了。上了初中后，学习变得紧张起来。有时时间没安排好，导致回家学习时间混乱，一下子做这门功课，一下子做那门功课。弄的自己都头昏眼花，这样下去会使自己对学习的兴趣下降。

现在，我们的生活好像是比以前自由了一些，那是因为父母认为我们长大了，他们希望我们自己能合理的安排自己的时间，做事情自己要有主见，不能总是“随大流”，别人怎么做，你就怎么做。如果在学习或生活上遇到我不会的事情，我就会去找同学和家长，他们能告诉我正确的方法。

那天，我一走进教室，看见眼前陌生的同学们一个个脸上都挂着淡淡的微笑，盼望着初中新生活的到来。我也一样，坐在自己找到的位子上，静静地等待老师布置任务。最后，学生人数到齐了，老班就与大家讲了讲班里的规矩和自己的习惯。我习惯性的看看四周，班里的每位同学都在认真的聆听，把老师所讲的话记在心里。

初中的生活里有说有笑，有哭有闹，事情有困难但也有简单。现在是初中了，我们也要学会去发现身旁边点点滴滴的小事。用心观察，你会有所收获的。

感受幸福生活，就是要以积极向上的生活信念, 乐观开朗的生活态度, 高雅的生活情趣, 从平凡的教学工作中感受生活, 享受生活, 获得职业幸福感。以平平常常的心态, 高高兴兴的心情, 去干实实在在的事情。校长的话教育的真正目的在于促进个体获得幸福体验, 提升幸福指数。教师的职业幸福感, 就是一种状态, 一种主观感受。沉浸于自己的工作中才能真正感受到职业的幸福感。在付出、理解、尊重、信任中, 教师才会感悟到自己的价值, 享受到作为教师的幸福,体味到对生活和事业的挚爱, 感受到一种奋发向上、不断前进的动力。

感受幸福，当和学生一起徜徉在美丽的校园时，我们幸福；当和他们共享一本好书时，我们幸福；当看到他们犯错后不好意思低下头时，我们幸福；当接到教师节他们用稚嫩的小手绘制的贺卡时，我们幸福；当看到课堂上他们一个个高举的小手，激动的小脸时，我们幸福；我们从学生的身上体验到教育的成就；在幸福中我们的个性得到张扬，理念得到提升，品性得到净化，心境得到调和，让我们都能做一个幸福的老师！

Punctuality is a good habit. It means to do things at the fixed time. When others are late and you have waited for a long time,you must be angry. And then you should try to be punctual. So you will win others’ trust. At the same time if you are always not punctual, you will become lazier and lazier, even fail in the life.

No punctuality is a bad habit. We should get rid of it. We should try to be punctual forever.
