Second, keep the balanced diet. Most people are picky about food. They only

choose the food they like and lose the balance of nutrition. For most kids, they

like to have meat and refuse of the vegetables and fruit. It is not good for the

growth of their bodies.

The healthy lifestyle helps people live the harmonious life. Besides having

enough sleep and keeping balance diet, taking exercise is also in need.

同学们，当我们坐在宽敞明亮的教室里学习的时候，有谁想过我们现在的生活是怎么来的？王二小为什么要在山坡上放羊？雨来为什么不去学校上学？刘胡兰为什么17岁就献出了自己的生命？

我们伟大的祖国有着5000年地历史，灿烂的文化，我们拥有960万平方公里的国土，蕴含着丰富的资源。由于近代清政府的腐败无能，赢得国外列强纷纷伸出贪婪的魔爪，对我国进行烧杀抢掠，广大劳动人民饱受凌辱，生活在苦难之中。中国的希望在哪里？1921年7月，中国党成立了，从此，中国人民在党的领导下，为争取民族独立和人民解放进行了28年艰苦卓绝的斗争，终于取得了胜利，建立了新中国。人民站起来了，中国获得了新生，人民能吃饱穿暖，逐渐走向了繁荣。欢歌代替了悲叹，笑脸代替了哭脸，富裕代替了贫穷，友爱代替了仇杀，健康代替了疾病，智慧代替了愚昧，到处都是日新月异的进步。

好好想想吧，同学们，我们天天吃的是美味佳肴，而以前的人们一年也吃不上一回肉；我们在明亮的教室里学习，以前的小孩子只能上山放羊割草；我们在沙发上看电视，以前的孩子只能坐在土堆上数星星；我们的城市车水马龙，以前只能看到孩子们的嬉戏，大人们在田里耕耘。

我们今天的幸福生活来之不易，是多少仁人志士用生命换来的。我们是祖国的小主人，现在，我们一定要好好学习，德、智、体、美、劳全面发展，时刻准备着，为建设我们伟大的祖国贡献我们的智慧和力量。

迈入校园，望向天空，还是那个校园，还是那片天空，不过，当年的那个孩子已成为了一名初中生。

开学之初“喜”事多

仿佛在昨天，原先的同学还聚在一起玩耍，而开学之初，已没有了多少要好的同学在身边。我怀着孤独与沮丧踏入了开学之初的军训。

我们顶着烈日，扯着嗓子喊着口号，迈着整齐的步子，一次又一次的训练，累得我口干舌燥，汗流浃背。终于等到了休息时间，我抢先一步走到大树下的休息区，拿起水瓶一看：没水了。沮丧之际，一瓶水伸过来，抬头一看，是一个可爱的女孩，她长着圆圆的脑袋，大大的眼睛，笑眯眯的。“谢谢！”我感激地说。于是，我交了开学以来的第一个朋友。

而从此以后，我一改原先的“内向”性格，主动和新同学打招呼。很快融入了这个新班级体，又成为了班上的班干部。军训上的那笑容，照亮了我的第一个初中珍贵的回忆。

开学之初真可谓喜事多多啊！

悲“哀”之中“愤”努力

第一学期期末考试中我取得了第二，只差一点就能赶上第一名。现在又要期中考试了，我带着沉重的心走进教室，透着一些的不甘心。

初一，语文增加了阅读量，阅读理解很难拿到满分，总会有自己理解不透的地方，作文的40分，我只能拿到30多分。数学不再是简单的计算，而是一些代数几何。英语要考虑时态、动词人称等语法知识。史地生政要靠大量的背诵。

我原本引以为傲的成绩，现在却像山峦一般起伏不定，难以保证自己能考多少。老师来鼓励我，同学去安慰我，可未来的路终将是我自己走。不如把压力换为动力，向前吧！

加油，离胜利并不遥远。在悲哀之中发愤努力才能成功！

趣味课堂“乐”翻天

初一的课堂生活并不是枯燥无味的，相反的，有一些调味剂使得课堂妙趣横生。首先，我们有一位会闹，会玩，会吓人，会搞怪的的幽默老班。其次，我们班还有一群贪玩，爱出风头，渴望自由的无厘头学生。于是，搞怪老是碰到了无厘头学生，好戏开始喽！

“来，大帅，你来回答这个问题！”于是，教室里同时站起了两位学生，老班一惊：“我叫的是王帅，怎么连刘运昇也站起来了？”刘运昇一脸的无辜：“我的小名就叫大帅啊！”全班同学都哈哈大笑起来，老班一脸的尴尬与无奈，于是说道：“王帅，你叫小帅吧，把大帅让给刘运昇好了。”

有时老师会与我们开玩笑，而我们也会肆无忌惮地笑出来，以至于笑得肚子痛，似乎把一年的笑声都用完了。

推开窗户，望向夜空，星星朝着我笑。还是那片夜空，还是那些星星，而我也快结束了我的初一生活，我又长大了。
