would be unethical. Appropriately adapt messages to others means carefully

editing and shaping your responses so that your messages can be understood by

others and you can achieve your goals.

Last but not least, try to interpret nonverbal messages. As we all know,

unspoken messages can express powerful ideas or emotions with greater impact

than mere words. You should try to observe others facial expressions or

movements and give correct responds to others. You can see the emotions or

attitude from one’s gesture stops. Be sensitive and appropriate interpreting

others.

Most people learn communication rules from experience, by observing and

Hello everyone.Today Im glad to be here to give a speech about my fresh

experience in China Agriculture University.

First I must say the campus life is really different from what I have

experienced in high school.For instance,I used to lean upon my dormitory teacher

to wake me up on time.But now I have to set several alarm clocks to make myself

could hear them in the morning otherwise I would miss my class.And then even

worse there would be nobody remind me except my teacher!So the differences are

everywhere and I could easily find them.The change of life is great and its

wonderful:I have more time of my own and the rights to decide how I live.

My campus activities are rich and colorful.Learning English has become a

habit to me cause I plan to study abroad in next few years.Playing Guzheng is my

favorite activity.I have kept on practising it since I was a little girl and I

wish to win more competitions in my campus life.

Our university has the first level equipments and the most experienced

teachers,also has the best students(laugh).I consider it to be a honor that Ive

got a chance to study here and I sincerely hope that we could live wonderful

lives in our campus!

Let me tell you about it. First I have a great eating habit. I eat

vegetables and fruit every day and I drink yogurt twice a week .Although I like

junk food very much I try to eat it once a week because it is bad for my health.

And I also eat less meat. Then I hold on to playing sports every day. I jog 2

kilometers and jump 2 hours. Next I go to bed early and get up early. I keep

sleeping for about 8 hours. Having a great eating habits and doing exercise can

help me get good grades.

As you can see having a healthy life is important for everyone. Let’s have

昨天完成寒假作业的时候，完成一道阅读习题的时候，看到了关于“刘胡兰”一篇文章。

阅读题里，写了英雄姐姐被敌人逮捕并折磨的情景，我气愤填膺。那么小的孩子，能承受这么大的痛苦吗？

带着疑问，我到网络里搜索关于英雄“刘胡兰”。原来1947年1月12日，阎军突然袭击云周西村，刘胡兰因叛徒告密而被捕。刘胡兰在威逼利诱面前不为所动，被带到已连铡几人的铡刀前，怒问匪军：“我咋个死法？”匪军喝叫“一个样”后，她自己坦然躺在刀座上。刘胡兰烈士牺牲时，尚未满15周岁。毛主席在战争途中知道了刘胡兰的事迹后，心情不能平静。后来亲笔题词：“生的伟大死的光荣。”

同时，我也想到在学校每周一升旗的时候，看着徐徐的升起的鲜艳五星红旗，那是无数的先烈用生命换来的，我们没有理由不珍惜今天的幸福呢？

前人栽树后人乘凉。我们今天的努力也要为我们的后人能留下些什么呢？努力，在努力，珍惜当下的时光，不辜负每一寸光阴，做有意义的事情。才能对得起先烈。

I often go to see my grandma and grandpa during winter vacation. They are both seventy years old and live in the country happily. I can do many interesting things there. I am used to getting up early in the morning and breathing the fresh air in the countryside. After snow, I would like to skate and ski with my friends. 总忿忿然以为，世界欠我良多，每每在我最想得到的时候让我失之交臂；一次次在我攀爬将至顶峰的欣悦，瞬即更置成坠落谷底的沮丧。风吹干思念凄楚的泪眼，雨打湿寂静孤单的心，总有挥不去的雾，总有抹不了的殇。却不知，幸福其实一直存在于我们触手可及的空间里，却往往视而不见。

何以，人生总是烦恼无数，幸福却是少之又少。又为何，幸福总是围绕在别人身边，而烦恼却总是纠缠在自己的心间？我想，这应该是大多数人都有过的念想吧，我亦不例外。直至有次，一住校朋友用艳羡的目光对我说：“你真幸福呢，每天都可以回家，每天都能拥有家的庇护和温暖，每天都能与家人打照面而毋需饱尝思念之苦。”我不禁哑然失笑。

其实苦痛谁都经历所以，请不要总感叹自己是世界上最糟糕的人，不要自怨自艾的愤慨幸运女神予以自己的吝啬，不要感时伤怀的将自己推向忧伤的沼泽里，处处如履薄冰、举步维艰。也不要习惯性地去渲染自己历往的苦难，总“自信”地以为自己所承受的灾祸是无与伦比的，而别人的那些风浪跟本就不算得了什么。如同北岛所云：“人总是自以为经历的风暴是唯一的，且自诩为风暴，想把下一代也吹得东摇西晃”。而现实却是另一番光景：放眼望去，芸芸众生里遍地开满了挣扎不屈的生命之花，倔强的在生命中绽放笑靥，而我们，也只是丛林花海中的一枝，然非独秀。

我叼着装着玉米种子的小纸袋跑向了农村，找到了一片空地，把玉米粒种了下去。从这以后，我每天用从农民家垃圾桶里捡来的小汤勺去给玉米浇水。几天后，玉米长出了绿油油的小苗，我非常开心。有时我也会去附近牛场拿牛便便去给玉米苗们补充营养。

秋天到了，出去偷东西的老鼠都被人打死了，而玉米因为我的勤奋而长出了果实。在我把最后一个玉米搬回窝里时，有几只被人追杀的老鼠来投靠我。我这时候明白了一个道理：只有劳动才能获得果实，真是一分劳动一分收获。
