感悟：有两次单元检测，我考虑到时间的关系，就不要求他们作文，没有想到他们自动请缨。我的感觉是：喜从天降，何乐而不为！写作是语文教学的重点和难点，次数训练是基础，所谓量变导致质变嘛。学生都懂这个道理！

14、抓好预习，利用多种机会养成学生自学的习惯。

感悟：教学的最高境界就是：教是为了不教。好的学习习惯会让他们受益终生！“地球人都知道”！

15、不准对学生瞪眼睛，不准大声批评学生，不准打断学生的发言，不准拐弯批评学生。

感悟：学生是聪明和敏感的，我们每个老师都要当心呀！

老师您是辛勤的园丁，我们就是一棵棵小树苗，您不断修剪我们的枝叶，让我们健康茁壮成长。

我们的英语老师，有一头乌黑乌黑的头发，特别的开朗，活泼，记得在我上三年级下学期的时候，老师眼看着快要到学期末了，为了让大家考好成绩，就不断的出卷子，让我们做卷子，多见见题型，这样我们就可以考好成绩，可每次我都考不好，我打算放弃不在练老师发的卷子了，老师这个时候走过来，说：“不要灰心，不要放弃，要时时刻刻的提醒着自己，我一定行。”在老师的话中我有所感悟，并知道了老师对我的希望，老师鼓励我每做一份卷子，她检查一份，当我做了数不清的卷子时，我终于考了一个100分，期末考试到来了，我怀着一颗紧张的心来到了考场，考试开始了，当时卷发的我说了的时候，我大吃一惊，心惊胆战，这么难的题，我能考100分么？就在这个时候，我的心里突然想起了老师的那句话，就是，加油、加油一定是100分，啊！老师谢谢你对我的鼓励，当考试结束后，我果然是100分。

老师谢谢你，我爱你张老师。

星期天早上我正在赖在床上睡大觉时，奶奶把被子摊开，我冻得动也不敢动了，奶奶大声朝我嚷嚷：“小懒虫，起来帮我干活怎么样？”我想干活应该是很容易的事吧！我爽快地答应了，前提是先把被子给我盖上，奶奶帮我盖上被子后，我急忙穿衣起床。

见我起来了，奶奶对我说：“我今天感觉不舒服，头昏昏的，今天的家务事就交给你了，我到床上去躺会儿！”我信心满满地就说：“奶奶，快歇着去吧。”“一会儿我会起来你，如果偷懒的话就打你小屁股。”我吃惊不小，可既然答应了也就别无选择了。只好催奶奶赶快去休息。我先卷起袖子洗碗，一刷一刷的，等洗好碗，我的小手都冻的像红红的胡萝卜了。然后我开始洗衣服，幸好只有一些臭袜子，我先在洗衣盆里倒了点洗衣液，再放热水和冷水把臭袜子，放在盆里泡了下就开始洗了，说实在话，我也不知道洗没洗干净，胡乱搓一下就开始清洗，感觉可以了就把衣服放进洗衣机里甩干，晾好。

上午的活都干光了，奶奶也起床了，我就可以休息了，奶奶烧好饭，我们一起吃完，我又得洗碗，我本来以为可以做坐下来看书了，可奶奶说还要去喂鸡。我看了会书，帮奶奶喂鸡了，因为鸡窝里太脏了，所以我用食物把它们引到门口来吃，喂完了鸡我又终于可以回到房间里看书了，可这时觉得眼皮好酸，好累，只想睡觉。心想我才第一次像模像样做家务，看看事情不多，可也蛮累人的。想着想着，很快就迷迷糊糊了，要不是村上的小伙伴来敲门喊我出去玩，估计我就真的睡着了。

这次体验让我感受到了奶奶平时一天到晚在家做家务很不容易，放学时还要去学校接我，爸爸妈妈要上班，原来，做好每件事都是很不容易的！

Today,I still went to my mothers office.My mother was very busy as well as my father.They always live in Beijing.They must get up early.Because they will manage the factory.So I know they are very laborious.I should save my money.Although I cant do something useful,but I think I should share the work with them.I am one of my family member.In the future,I will take a job and work.Its time for me to begin to learn how to work.

题记：人的一生中，最重要的感情莫过于亲情。父母们都还年轻，然而，外公外婆在世上所剩下的时间却不多了，我们所能做的，就是在外公外婆还在世的时候，竭自己所能，表达自己的孝心，让他们感到快乐……

我的外公是一个曾在抗战时期当过红军的老战士。抗战结束后，又在农田里辛苦了大半辈子；外婆是个全职的家庭主妇，替外公拉扯大了4个孩子。

现在，外公外婆年纪大了，身体也大不如前，腿脚也不那么灵活了，而妈妈工作忙，不能常侍俸在两位老人家身边，小小的我，就常常去外公外婆家，敬敬我这个孙字辈女儿的孝心。

这天，刚好是“老人节”，外公外婆结伴去半山腰的庙里烧香，顺便活动活动筋骨，锻炼一下身体。趁着这个机会，我来到外公外婆家，打算帮外婆做家务，当做送给外公外婆”的老人节“礼物。扎上头巾，围上围裙，我打量着外婆不是很大，却处处透着温馨的房间，心想：一定要给外公外婆一个最舒适的住房。

“加油！努力！”我给自己打着气，开始进行我的“卫生清扫工作”。

拿着扫帚，将灰尘赶出外婆家；握着拖把，在地板上顽皮地写起“大字”；拧着抹布。为窗户擦干净脸，直到我可爱的面容出现在玻璃上，讨厌做家务的我，竟觉得这是一件很美好的事，丝毫不感觉累。虽然其中为了扫地扬起的灰尘蒙了我一脸；拖地板时不小心摔了一跤；为了擦干净窗户，努力克制自己对高的恐惧~~~~但是，我还是觉得这一切都美好极了，因为这是我自己，用自己的双手亲自为外公外婆送上的一份“礼物”。看着干净的地板，明亮的窗户，整洁的房间，我开始幻想起外公外婆回来时高兴的样子……

当外公外婆回来时，看到亮光闪闪的房间时，还有坐在中间脏兮兮的我时，傻了眼。外婆一把搂过我，眼中似乎还闪着晶莹的泪花，宠溺地对我说：“看看，这个屋子里最脏的恐怕就是你了！”我听了，幸福地笑了！
