早上，我还是平常那样起床，便拿起那本菜谱，因为书上就有各种菜的炒法。

吃过早饭，妈妈给我了20元钱，让我自己去买菜。我直奔超市，哟！人还真多的，虽然我是第一次买菜，但还是装着“老当家”的样子，昂首挺胸，拎着一个空空如也的环保袋。嘿！菜的品种可真多！有活蹦乱跳的鱼儿，有水灵灵的大白菜，有绿油油的青椒，还有红彤彤的西红柿……看得我真是眼花缭乱。

我爱吃金针菇，因此要买的菜中，首当其冲，是金针菇啦！买到的金针菇，真的像是一根根戴帽子的面条，一下子勾起了我的食欲。

回到了家，我照着菜谱上讲的开始动起手来。我先锅放在炉子上，在锅里添了少量水；然后把金针菇洗干净，切成了段；把姜丝、葱丝切好。接下来等锅开了，把切成段的金针菇放到沸水里烫了烫，然后用漏勺把金针菇捞出来，控干水。再接下来，我把炒锅放在炉子上，里面放了植物油。等油开了，我就把金针菇、姜丝和葱丝一起放到锅里炒，同时再少放一点盐，等快出锅的时候再放一点点香油。

我的菜终于出锅啦！第一次做，感觉好难哇！在炒菜的时候，我就怕油溅出来烫着我。还有啊，我在切葱的时候 ，差点把手切烂了。

尝尝我做的菜味道怎么样吧。大家拿起筷子一尝，哇，真好吃！爸爸妈妈表扬了我，说我学会自己做菜，而且味道还挺美，真是难得！他们还鼓励我以后多练习呢。

我好像能体会到大人们做饭的辛苦了。不过，从中我也体会到了更多的乐趣呢！

其次，在国外学习过的学生会更加独立。学生在国外读书的时候，他们必须自己照顾自己，所有的事情都必须自己处理。因此，在国外他们要学会自己处理遇到的问题而不像在国内一样向父母求助。

总之，送学生到国外读书不仅能学到更多的知识，而且学生也会变得更加独立。

因为一次意外，妈妈扭伤了脚，看着妈妈躺在床上痛苦的样子，我决定帮妈妈做些力所能及的家务。
