第二天，我和那两个男生又在幼儿园展开了一场激烈的爬杆比赛，比赛开始后，我的好朋友都在下面鼓励我，而我的心里却像十五个吊桶打水七上八下。两个男生猴子似的往上爬，可他们都没能爬到最高点。我也不甘示弱，终于我没有辜负好朋友们对我的期望，我赢了，我的好朋友都围着我为我喝彩。两个男生也只好认输。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。
