“大行不顾，大礼不辞小让。”是的，在刘邦想方设法逃离项羽军营的那一刻，这种做法无疑是正确的、科学的，但是这句话所阐释的原则放到事物发展演变规律方面来看，就错了。我们不可能设想，为了干大事而不顾小节，而且是错误乃至危害社会的小节。假如小孩从小就养成一些坏习惯，而大人却不去管教，他可能会一直这样发展下去，以致于由“小恶”发展成“大恶”，最终陷于违法犯罪的泥潭。由此看来，人的成长，社会风气的养成，“细谨”还是要“顾”的，“小让”也还是要“辞”的。

积少成多，集腋成裘，小改变会成为大转变。在我们学习的过程中，这个道理体现得更为明显。一位同学学习成绩一般，他也不在意，但当老师谆谆教导之后，他痛定思痛，决定振作精神，改弦更张。于是乎，每天学到12点，把当天所学的知识一字不漏地弄通弄懂弄透。就这样一天天地坚持坚持再坚持，终于他由班上的40名渐渐升至29名，最后一跃而为第五名，老师、同学、家长都对他刮目相看。直至在高考中，他居然考上了重点院校，真是令人匪夷所思，令人为之感叹!这不就是量变积累到一定程度就一定会发生质变的典型事例吗?如果没有这位同学一天天的努力，没有他不断的改变自己，怎么会有高考中取得的“大转变”呢?
