With the harsh competition in todays society, more and more people

complain about their stress in their daily life. Stress mainly comes from our

work, study and families. When we feel stressed, we often have bad moods on the

day and cant sleep well at night. Thats too bad for our health. To help ease

stress, some good ways are suggested. Firstly, we can chat with our parents and

friends. Maybe they can give us some good advice. Secondly, we ought to do some

exercise, which can help us have a nice sleep at night. Moreover, we are

supposed to balance our life with more outdoor activities, so as to make our

life more colorful and vivid.

People always complain time is limited, they want to have more time to do more things, but the time stops them. Actually, I once feel my time is less while others have a lot of time to do what they want. I start to think about myself, I realize that I always waste my time on playing computer games, so I decide to not to play computer games.

人们总是抱怨时间是有限的,他们想要有更多的时间做更多的事情,但时间阻碍了他们。实际上,我曾经觉得我的时间很少而其他人有很多时间去做他们想做的事情。我开始思量自己,我知道我总是把时间浪费在玩电脑游戏,所以我决定不玩电脑游戏。

“3元怎么样！”老师又问。

我想了想，说：“成交！”接过老师的钱，我心里乐滋滋的。

我和妈妈先狼吐虎咽地一下吃掉30个饺子，还没够，又吃了炒三丁和马兰头炒豆腐干，和着馒头、包子一咽，实在是过瘾。外公还拿出我最爱吃的蒸红薯，香甜诱人，还有这么多的好菜，我们不禁嚷着来点喝的，助助性子。就这么一口口地津津有味地吃下去，吃得大家撑得肚子都圆滚滚了，才意犹未尽地回家。

要我说：这一顿饭吃得比年夜饭还舒服!

pressure to others but to seek help and support to solve problems.

Of course, there also are some other ways to cope with stress, such as

readjusting goal and expectation, playing games to relax, even shopping or

eating. But no matter how, solving the problem that causes stress is the best

way.

我把翘起来的一片叶子按下来，并用绳子用力的扎紧。成功啦!我按照前面的方法，包了好多个。现在就要下锅了，先是把水烧开，然后把粽子放下去。

过了一会儿，粽子煮好了。大家四人坐在桌子旁，吃起了粽子。

我把绳子解开，正想把叶子摘掉，可我一碰，就被烫着了。姐姐看了，哈哈的笑了起来。我吹着吹着，把让热气吹走了。我再次小心翼翼的将叶子掀开，吃起了自己亲手做的香喷喷的粽子来——白白胖胖的糯米中间，包着一团鲜汁可口的肉馅，放入口中，不油不腻，又有嚼劲，感觉太好了!

那是暑假里的一天中午，天气闷热，知了在树上“知了、知了”地叫着，好像在说:“好热呀！好热呀！”院子里的母鸡热得拍打着翅膀，树木热得低下了头。妈妈从街上买来一个大西瓜。我一看，心里乐开了花，想：妈妈真是善解人意。我匆匆忙忙地跑过去，抱住妈妈的大腿说：“妈妈，快切开给我吃。”妈妈摸了摸我的头说:“乖孩子，等爸爸下班回来一起吃。”我听了很不高兴，嘴巴翘得高高的。

过了一会儿，妈妈去厨房做饭了，心里暗暗欢喜，真是天助我也。我趁妈妈在做饭时，假装摔了一跤，把桌子一推，桌子上的西瓜滚来滚去，“啪”的一声，掉在地上摔破了。我高兴地捧起西瓜，对妈妈说:“妈妈，西瓜摔在地上，现在可以吃了吧？”妈妈笑着说：“淘气鬼，我真的拿你没办法。”她拿来刀，把西瓜切开，对我说:“馋猫，吃吧！”我拿着西瓜，像只小白兔似的蹦蹦跳跳地跑开了。后面传来妈妈的声音:“这调皮的孩子！”

你说我调皮不调皮？爸爸妈妈说我调皮极了，我觉得自己很调皮。因为我是个天生的调皮蛋。

是谁，在祖国受到践踏和侵犯的时候，挺身而出?是谁，在敌人面前表现得那样不屈不挠?是谁，用自己的鲜血和生命拯救了水深火热的祖国?……是平凡的战士们，是无畏的英雄们!他们虽然已经离我们而去，但他们却永远活在我们每个人的心中。 who is trampled and violated when the motherland is trampled and violated? Who is it, who is so indomitable in front of the enemy? Who is it?Life has saved the deep water of the motherland? ... It is an ordinary warrior, a fearless hero! 我心目中的英雄是为了祖国抛头颅，洒热血的:像刘胡兰，她因被石五则出卖，而被敌军所捕，但任凭敌人使用什么时候招数，如威胁、哄骗以及毒打和恐吓，她仍然坚定而有力地从嘴里吐出三个字:“不知道!”，最后她从容地躺在铡刀上，就这样，15岁的她壮烈牺牲了。

还有江姐，她因被叛徒出卖，而被押进监狱，她面对敌人的酷刑，始终未吐露一丝情报，最终同其他二十名难友一道牺牲了。多么视死如归的英雄呀!……我心目中的英雄是舍已为国的:像董存瑞，他在一次解放隆化的战斗中，因解放军被敌军的暗堡所阻，想炸掉暗堡，但却找不到火药架。

他为了保证整个战斗的胜利，毅然身托炸药包，炸毁了敌军的暗堡，英勇地献出了自己年轻而宝贵的生命，为解放军们开辟了一条大路，拿下了隆化，为解放事业作出了莫大的贡献。为此，朱德元帅曾为他题词:“舍身为国，永垂不朽!”。

再说黄继光，在那千钧一发之际，毫不畏惧地用自己那宽大的胸膛堵住了敌人那喷身着火舌的火力点……我心目中的英雄是乐于助人的:像雷锋，他的大名可是家喻户晓的，民间流传着一句话:“雷锋出差一千里，好事做了一火车。”是呀，他到了哪里，好事就做到哪里，心中只有他人，唯独没有自己。

他在自己的日记中曾这样写:“如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地?如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一分黑暗?如果你是一颗粮食，你是否哺育了有用的生命?如果你……你既然活着，你是否为未来的人类生活付出你的劳动，使世界变得更美丽?

我想问你，为未来带来了什么?在生活的仓库里，我们不应该只是个无穷无尽的支付者……在生活中，还有许多普通的人，在自己平凡的工作岗位上默默奉献着:感动一座地市的孟祥斌，奋力抢修的电力工人，奋抗风雪的战士们……

他们也是我心目中的英雄，和平时代的英雄!他们都在为社会，为人民默默无闻地奉献着……今天是清明节，我要向他们每个人都献上一束鲜花，因为他们都是我心目中的英雄!他们的名字将深深地刻在我的脑海中，他们的品质将永远在我们每个人的心中闪烁……

一年一度的春节到了，家家户户都喜气洋洋，乐意融融。春节有许多习俗，比如：贴春联、贴“福”字、放鞭炮等等。让我们一起了解他们吧。

春联，俗称“门对”、“对子”，雅称“楹联”。喜庆的大红春联就是对联的一种，在春节时张贴，故称春联。这是古代汉族民俗文化，表达了汉族劳动人民的一种辟邪除灾，迎祥纳福的美好愿望。今年春节来临之际，我为外公外婆和几个舅舅舅妈，还有几个邻居阿姨送上我亲手写的大红春联，并送上了我的祝福。

“爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。”在中国，爆竹声响就是辞旧迎新的标志。记得我很小的时候，每次听到窗外噼里啪啦的声响就吓得哇哇大哭。等大了些，我和姐姐总喜欢趴在窗口看爸爸放烟花，五彩缤纷的烟花照亮了半边天。再大了些爸爸会带我们一起玩鞭炮，我们总是玩得不亦乐乎。

如今，我们了解了许多烟花爆竹的危害，会造成空气污染，会产生很多垃圾，也可能造成人身危害，所以，我希望大家可以减少燃放烟花爆竹，为我们美好的生活环境出一份力。

我们还有许多过年的习俗，守岁、发红包等等。在新的一年里，祝大家万事如意，天天开心。我又长大了一岁，愿我在新的一年中努力学习，天天向上！
