金秋时节，石榴像一个个红灯笼挂在树梢上。一阵阵秋风吹过，稻子泛起一层层金色的波浪，格外美丽。这个时节是大人们最忙的时候：收稻子、收棉花``````虽然他们已经累得喘不过气，但他们脸上依赖挂着丰收的喜悦。

冬天，大地盖上了一层厚厚的棉被。小伙伴们在雪地里追逐、堆雪人、打雪仗``````真是其乐无穷!

我爱我的家乡，爱这个美丽、朴素的家乡!

我的家乡在湖北省咸宁市通山县，那儿风光秀丽，景色宜人。

通山山川秀美，风光旖旎。“我爱通羊好，青山便是城。白云深处宿，一枕玉泉声。”北宋通山县令蒋之奇曾这样歌咏赞美。国家级风景名胜区、国家级自然保护区九宫山，在宋代就以道教闻名，为全国五大道场之一；近代更以全国最大的高山寺院阿弥陀佛祖的道场无量寿禅寺而声名远播；国家级文物保护单位李自成墓，是我国唯一保存下来的农民起义领袖的寝陵；湖北首个地质公园隐水洞，刚刚揭开神秘的面纱，向世人展示其独特丰姿；太阳溪漂流今年一开漂，就轰动了华中旅游市场。还有“华中绿谷”太阳山、“鄂南漓江”富水湖、“楚天第一大夫第”王明番府第……众多美景无不令世人惊叹。目前，全县旅游大开发高潮迭起，成果辉煌，不久将成为联动武汉城市圈，呼应“一江两山”精品旅游区的后花园。

One Sunday my mother had me take my little young brother to the a trip to the country. She bade me take good care of him.

一个星期日，我母亲叫我带小弟弟去乡村游历。她吩咐我要好好照顾他。

While we were walking along the road, the sun was shining brightly and the breeze was blowing gently. We saw the beautiful flowers smile at us and heard the birds sing their sweet songs on the trees. The scenery was indeed very pretty .When we felt tired, we returned home. We saw Mother wait for us at the door.

当我们沿着道路行走的时候，太阳灿烂地照耀着，微风轻轻地吹着。我们看见美丽的花儿对我们微笑并听见鸟儿在树上唱着悦耳的歌曲。风景确实很漂亮。当我们感觉到疲倦的时候，我们就回家了。我们看见母亲正在门口等候我们。

The after-class activities in my school are colorful. Every day we play basketball, football, do rope skipping and so on. But I like the Month of Science and Technology and the Cultural Festival most. In those days, we have a chance: to show ourselves to all the students. We can invent something with some classmates. And we can act in a play or make a speech or take part in the competition of singing. I enjoy myseff in those activities.

我们学校的课外活动丰富多彩。每天我们打篮球、踢足球、跳绳等等。但是我最喜欢科技月和文化节。那时我们有机会向所有学生展示我们自己。我们可以和其他同学一起做小发明。我们还可以表演、演讲或参加唱歌比赛。我非常喜欢这些活动。
