余秋雨先生在《霜冷长河》中说：“有水相连的遥远是忧伤，而有山峦阻隔的遥远是绝望。”家乡没有通往远方的河流，所以乡亲们不曾忧伤；虽然层层的山峦阻断了视野，但乡亲们并没有绝望，祖祖辈辈不断开拓，路，不断伸向远方。

爷爷说，路是远方和大山深处的通道，家乡的路，很久远，很绵长。即使爷爷用他的一生去回想，也描述不尽家乡所走过的路的绵长。爷爷坐在家门口那饱经岁月沧桑的老梨树下，靠着躺椅，眼神迷离地看着村口三条向外的路，跟我讲述家乡的路的历程。

爷爷小时候问祖爷爷，天有多大？祖爷爷回答：就你看到的那么大。于是，爷爷认为四周的山便是支撑天的柱子，而天就是扣着村庄的伞盖。从那以后，爷爷就渴望着找到路，爬上山顶，去看看天，但从山脚到山顶嶙峋的怪石阻碍了小小的他。待他十二岁那年，村里人组织起来翻山越岭挖了一条如蛇形的狭窄小路，小路通到了镇上。爷爷第一次牵着马儿驮着十几斤玉米籽卖了5角3分钱，花了整整一天的时间，但爷爷却激动了一个星期。

后来，日本鬼子的铁蹄践踏了华夏大地，十六岁的爷爷和同伴沿着那条弯曲的小路走向远方，走上了抗日救国的道路，把日本人赶走后，从战争中幸存下来的爷爷作文带着荣耀踏上了归途。路依旧没有改变，经历了疯狂的文革之后，忽然有一天，四周的山猛烈颤动，狗四面叫，鸡八处飞，原来是政府在放炮开路，一年半后，三尺多宽的路将深山里的村庄与外面的世界接通了。爷爷说，那是改革开放后的第十五个年头，爷爷牵着马到县探访了他的战友。2003年，群山再次震颤，伴着挖土机的轰隆声，村里的娃子们好奇地围着中午停工的挖土机转来转去。2006年，爷爷笑眯眯地搭着汽车去看望嫁到城里的小姨，回来时感叹了一次又次。爷爷看着那三条路，一条比一条直，一条比一条宽，一条比一条远，我看到他眼中饱含着一种叫做泪水的液体，他闭上眼，嘴角衔着笑说：“真想永远这样看着村里的路通往更远的地方。”

家乡的路越变越好，乡亲们的日子越来越红火，一家接一家地建起了新楼，一人走得比一人更远。我也沿着家乡的这条路，到了镇上读了初中，今天我已坐在县高中明亮的教室；明年，我即将站到了高考的门槛，我相信，我会沿着家乡的路把自己的人生演绎得更加美丽、更加精采。

家乡的路啊！是你，带给了爷爷幸福的感想；是你，带给了乡亲们崭新的希望；是你，把我带出了深山，一步一步走近我的理想，走向更远的地方。

Christmas Day is on December 25th, though it originated in the western

country, now it is popular around the world. In China, people will spend that

day happily, they will eat apples on Christmas Eve, the children will put the

socks so that they could get the presents from Santa Claus. When I went to

college, I had an unforgettable memory about my first Christmas Day.

As my major is English, I have many foreign teachers, so that I could have

access to the local culture from them. Christmas Day is a big day for them, when

the day came, they asked us to spend the day with them, because most of them

left home and did not have families around. My classmates and I went to the

foreign teacher’s home at that day, we brought some presents, when we arrived at

his house, we found a beautiful tree with shinning lights. My teachers taught us

how to cook all the cookies, we were having such great fun. I made the cookies

with many favors. We talked happily and sung Christmas songs.

I learned how the foreign people spend their big day, it was such

unforgettable for me.

The Value Of Time

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.

So I think， I should get into the good habit of saving time because wasting time is equal to wasting one‘s life. Do not put off what can be done today till tomorrow!

说起端午节，想起了小时候在家过的端午节来！

在家乡的端午节中，有很多习俗，在离开家乡的这些年里，不经意的深深回忆起来，总觉得有种尘封的感觉！掐指一算，有近10年没有过个正宗的家乡的端午节了！

在家乡，端午节的前个晚上，各家都要备一盆水，水里面泡上艾叶，然后放在外面，在端午节的早上，全家洗脸的水，都要从这一盆水里面取，人多的家庭可要节省着用了，免得有人没的水洗脸。有小孩子的人家，一大早要早早把小孩子叫起来，到外面的池塘，河里，或者湖边去洗澡，据说这样可以洗去一年的晦气，而且还有避邪的作用，为什么各家要用这样的水洗脸？小孩子要到外面去洗澡呢？据说，在端午节的前晚，月宫里的嫦娥，会让捣了一年药的玉兔，把药撒向人间，让人们洗去疾病和苦难，而且还有避邪的作用！这里面还要插上一个小插曲就是，在月宫上面，我们总是可以看到有一棵桂花树，树下有个貌似人形的玉兔总是跪着作捣药的动作，所以在小时候，晚上闹人了，老人们总会哄小孩子说，走走走，到外面看玉兔捣药去，小孩子们总是记得，月宫里的玉兔捣了一年的药，终于在5、4日的晚上悄悄的撒向了人间，所以，小孩子们在5、5的早上，总是争着去外面洗澡，觉得用玉兔撒了药的水来洗澡是件神圣的事情，而没有去外面洗澡的，只有用放在屋外面的水来洗一下脸了！当然，去外面洗澡的孩子，要身体好才行，以免感冒，因为在记忆里，5、5那天的早上，还是很冷的，也听在外面洗了澡的哥哥回来说，洗完，好冷。所以，我和弟弟只有在家用艾叶泡过的水洗脸，那样的水，泡了一夜艾叶后，颜色会变的绿绿的，还伴着一股艾叶特有的香味！用这样的水洗完了脸，心里总是有种安全感，在想：在这一年里，我又是健康的了！

其次，在5、5日的早上，各家要吃煮鸡蛋和刚刨下来的新鲜的蒜！鸡蛋和蒜在锅里煮时，水里面也要放上艾叶！经过放了艾叶的水一煮，鸡蛋和蒜都会变成另外一种颜色，煞是好看！更是有一股艾叶特有的味道！艾叶同时也是一味中药，具体治什么病，偶就不知道了！在吃早饭时，这些鸡蛋、蒜和粽子，都要摆上饭桌了，同时在饭桌上，还要摆一样，那就是酒壶，而酒壶里面的酒，和以往喝的酒要有一点不同了。有什么不同呢？那就是在酒里面，加了一味雄黄！酒也被泡成了雄黄的颜色，喝了这样的雄黄酒，也是为了避邪！有小孩子的人家，还要把喝盛的雄黄酒，擦在小孩子的耳朵上面，所以，吃过饭出去玩耍时，可以看到到处都是耳朵被抹了雄黄的小孩子，这不能不说也是一种特色吧！如果细看的话，还会发现这些小孩子的身上，都会戴了一个香囊，手、脚、脖子、手指头都会缠了五色线的，这样的香囊里面装的香料同样也是艾叶。五色线，顾名思义，就是用五种颜色的绣花线拈成的，这样的说法是为了避免蛇虫来咬，因为蛇的颜色就象五色线。戴几天后，把它取下来扔掉，就会变成了蛇，如果戴了几天还不扔掉，会变成了蛇来咬人的！

在端午节这天早上，各家还要把艾叶插在门的两天，有点象清明节时插柳枝一样，这样的说法也是为了驱病避邪。走在村子里，袅绕的炊烟中，伴着缕缕的艾叶的清香，和着露珠的清新气息，给这样一个早晨增添了浓浓的特有的节日气氛．

许多年过去了，每当这天，总是能隔着时空闻到记忆里远远的家乡，在这天早晨漂来的浓浓的艾香！也总是在这天的早上，想起那盆绿绿的艾叶水小心翼翼的神圣的轻拂在脸上的丝丝凉意，也总是在这天早上，想起那胸前佩戴着的秀美的各种各样的香囊！也总是在这天早上，想起耳朵上引以骄傲的红红的雄黄酒香，也总是在这天早上，想起吃着飘有艾香的鸡蛋直到把肚皮撑的鼓鼓的还要在兜里揣一个去上学！也总是在这一天，想起妈妈编的美丽的五色线与小朋友们比谁的漂亮时彼此羡慕的眼光！也总是在这一天，深深的，想起我的家门，想起我的父母！想起在家的幸福时光！
