As far as my ten-minute breaks are concerned, sometimes I take some simple exercise, such as having a walk with my classmates, or just a free chat to refresh myself. When the next class begins, I feel energetic again.

父亲，是家庭的顶梁柱，是儿女成长的靠山，一直坚强地、默默地挺立，栉风沐雨，坚忍不拔，令人震惊，令人叹服！

小时候，爸爸经常和我玩游戏，他把手举得高高的，让我在没有任何帮助下摸他的手掌心。我摸不到，就放弃，爸爸却说：“那可不行！等你摸到爸爸手心时，就说明我的女儿长大了！”幼小的我一头雾水……

长大后，爸爸对我渐渐淡泊，对我的关心更是少之又少，我总认为爸爸不爱我了，却没有发现爸爸对我其实无微不至。上学了，我的成绩一直理想，也常因此受到老师的表扬和妈妈的赞许，却从来没有听到一句爸爸的美言。但，那一次，我失败了，我也成功了……

想起成绩单上的分数，回家的步伐更匆匆了，到家了，一关门，就躲进房间反锁上，不想听到妈妈的安慰和爸爸的呵斥。望着窗外雨滴答滴答的声音，在眼眶打转已久的泪珠终于渗出来了，我哭了。一会儿，雨停了，紧接着听到父亲敲门的声音：“女儿，待会去公园走走，我们散散步。”，听到声音，又不能拒绝，想了想，考后散散步也不错！于是就和爸爸走了。一路上，我跟在爸爸身后，却好想和从前一样，牵他温暖手掌……到了公园，“这条路这么滑，怎么走啊？爸爸，我们回去吧！”。“不，一定要走！”，看着爸爸严肃的表情，我开始走，每一步都小心翼翼，生怕摔跤。过了好一会儿，爸爸说：“人生好比一条路，而这泥路就是挫路，你要迎接它，挑战它，克服它。几千年来，那位英雄名人不是沥尽沧桑而璀璨，沥尽困苦而自强，阳光总在风雨后，而这阳光是要靠你去努力，去争取，去拼搏而来的，请相信有彩虹！女儿，要记住：人生漫漫，坎坷无数，困难重重，何人不一？这也许是你的第一次，以后还有许许多多的困难需要你去克服，去战胜，去消灭，只要你相信你是最棒的，那么我的女儿就是最棒的！加油！爸爸不怪你，爸爸相信你永远是最棒的！”我呆了！望着爸爸疲惫不堪的脸，头上那苍白的头发，我第一次这样细致的观察爸爸，第一次发现，爸爸老了！我点点头，迈着自信的步伐，走向泥路的尽头，我成功了！

突然想起小时候和爸爸玩摸手掌心的游戏，此时此刻，我只想说：“爸爸，女儿我长大了！”可是他，已不在我身边，拖着清风捎去了安康……

时光时光，慢些吧，不要再让他变老了，我愿意用我的一切还他岁月长留；他，一生要强的爸爸，我能为你做些什么，女儿微不足道的关心，收下吧；谢谢你做的一切，双手撑起了我们的家，总是竭尽所有把最好的给我；我是你的骄傲吗，还在为我而担心吗？你牵挂的女儿，长大了！
