此外，刘关张三人中的刘备，张飞就是涿州人。涿州还出宋太祖赵匡胤、东汉政治家卢植、六祖禅师慧能、易学大师邵雍以及唐代诗人卢照邻、贾岛等。几乎所有姓卢的人，他们的祖籍都应是涿州。难怪清朝皇帝乾隆御笔到：“日边冲曜无双地，天下繁难第一州。”“天下第一州”的美誉也就此而来。

This winter is freezing cold. I didn’t have any desire to go out for play.

我们的家乡在短短的几年里，从窄小的石子小路变成了宽敞的水泥大道，从没有电视变成了有电脑，从旧泥屋到高楼等。这一年一的翻天覆地的变化，真是日新月异。

我常常听奶奶说起以前，人们十分困难，连一日三餐都吃不饱，还要起早贪黑地干活，逢年过节能吃上顿面饭就不错了，更不要说鸡鱼肉蛋、生猛海鲜了。

从前没有电，家家户户都用煤油灯照明，住在低矮的茅草屋里，晚上做作业、读书都看不清楚。就拿我们邻居来说吧，以前住茅屋，每天吃二三碗稀饭，即使这样，家里还揭不开锅，改革开放以后，他用自己勤劳的双手慢慢地建设自己的家园。他天天省吃俭用，钱积攒下来。经过了很长一段时间的劳动，用自己的血汗钱盖起了一幢三层小楼，外面贴上了别致新颖的瓷砖，里面装璜得的非常漂亮；还摆着新颖时尚的家具。现在家里变得焕然一新，这一切都是改革开放和好的辛勤劳动创造的结果。

从前的路又小又窄，还有坑，一点儿也不平坦，运输只能靠拖拉机、手推车以及农民肩挑背扛。每逢集市道路还经常堵塞，非常不方便。我记得，小时候的一天，我跟着奶奶回老家，路上天突然下起了大雨，我一不小心被石头拌了一脚，跌到在地，弄了一身泥巴，看着自己漂亮的衣服弄成了这个样子，我哭着扑进奶奶的怀里。

近几年来，靠好政策和人们的勤劳，家乡发生了翻天覆地的变化。

宽敞明亮的房子里，电视机、电冰箱等高档家电一应俱全。人们在工作之余，渴了，可以打开冰箱从里面拿出饮料；累了，靠在沙发上收看电视。鸡鸭鱼肉更是家常便饭。家乡人民的生活真是富裕了。

随着科学技术的发展，我相信，我们家乡在不久后的将来会变的更加美丽，更加富裕！

3月24日，我和爸爸妈妈、小叔小婶和哥哥扛着锄头，拿着袋子和柴刀到奶奶家后山竹园挖笋。

小叔眼睛一亮，发现了一个“尖尖头”，他扛起锄头，用力一挖，一棵尖尖的笋就出来了。紧接着，小婶和哥哥又发现了，急忙跑过去挖。过了很长时间，我还是一无所获。我问小叔，挖笋有什么窍门呢?小叔说：“笋一般都长在比较松和潮湿的土里，还有，挖的时候要小心，不要把笋割破了。”我按照小叔的话细致地找了起来，不一会儿，我就在小草丛中发现了一棵刚破土的笋尖，我欣喜若狂地跑过去，用锄头使劲挖，可那棵笋纹丝不动，哥哥跑来帮助我，他使出了很大的劲，终于把笋挖出来了，原来是一棵大春笋。我高兴得跳了起来：耶!我挖到了一棵大笋!”回到家里，我就把它放到秤上一秤，足足有4斤多重!

快到中午了，小婶小叔就把我发现的这棵笋剥去笋衣，放进高压锅里煮起来了。

大约过了二十几分钟，锅里就传来了一阵阵香味，我问小婶：“怎么做的?”她说，笋块加上过年的腊肉，再放一点咸菜加水煮，就这样简单。”煮熟后我一吃，味道特别鲜。我又问小婶：“笋为什么这么鲜?”她说，我们村有一句俗话，叫“上塘鱼，落山笋”，刚挖下山的笋烧起来特别鲜。

我吃着自己挖的笋，特别鲜，心里美滋滋的。觉得这次挖笋收获特别大，特别有趣!

High school life is so wonderful for me, and I have made many good friends.

We fight for our future together. As there are so many subjects for me to learn,

I spend most of the time studying knowledge. But deep in my heart, I like sports

【看视频】我们播放了早准备好的辽宁省沈阳市147中学初一学生马鹏飞同学的介绍视频。在马鹏飞6个月大的时候父母相继离家出走，奶奶成了他唯一的亲人是奶奶把马鹏飞带大，祖孙俩生活虽不富裕，却也能维持生计。然而祸不单行，在小鹏飞5岁的时候，身患糖尿病的奶奶得了糖尿病合并症：双目失明、颈椎病、心脏病、末梢神经坏死。为了治病，奶奶不得不卖掉仅有的房子，开始了漂泊的日子。还在懵懂之间的小鹏飞，就不得不挑起生活的重担。那些无比艰辛的日子，小鹏飞至今记忆犹新：“5岁时，我第一次炒菜，炒的是干豆腐丝，炒糊了;油也溅到了脸上。奶奶很心疼，流着泪，都吃了。”奶奶身体越来越差，住进了医院。看着幼小的鹏飞，奶奶感到说不出的绝望。小鹏飞24小时陪护着奶奶，困了就在病床旁趴一会。

为了省钱，从9岁起，小鹏飞学会了给奶奶扎胰岛素，成了奶奶的“小医生”。 走进小鹏飞的家，虽然家徒四壁，却非常整洁，一尘不染、干干净净;立柜里面，锅碗瓢盆，整整齐齐。“孩子爱干净，家里的一切都是他拾掇的。”小鹏飞的奶奶说。为了防止奶奶吃错药，鹏飞在床头上放了急需的速效救心丸、地奥心血康等心脏药;床头柜上摆着预防脑血栓的脑洛丁和阿斯匹林;桌子上放着维生素B1、B6、B12和维生素C。这些药分别治什么病，什么时候吃，每天吃几回，吃多少，小鹏飞记得清清楚楚。14岁了，小鹏飞只过了一回生日，还是在奶奶身体好时。“也不想过，费钱;过生日就一个形式，过不过，都会长一岁。”小鹏飞说。可奶奶过生日，小鹏飞总是变着法让奶奶高兴。他从电视里学会了红烧鲤鱼。今年3月30日，奶奶的生日那天，他做了老人最爱吃的红烧鲤鱼、烧茄子。他将鱼肉夹在小碗里，弄碎，一点一点地挑鱼刺，喂奶奶吃。直到奶奶吃完饭他才肯吃。奶奶让他吃鱼，他却只吃里面的姜和葱，用菜汁儿拌饭，把剩下的大块鱼肉留给奶奶下顿吃。奶奶让他吃，他却说：“奶奶，我吃肉的日子在后头呢!我将来一定能考上好大学，挣很多钱，让奶奶天天吃肉，吃个够!我要好好学习，我要考上好大学，我要带奶奶去上大学。”看完视频同学们的眼睛湿润了，不约而同的鼓起了掌。

【学生发言】 爱是承担，我们来到寿光一中求学，就是要考进好的大学，父母将我们送来一中不是让我们来享受，也不是让我们来嬉戏玩闹，是让我们走进大学的校门，我们一定要通过自己的努力去实现自己承担的那份责任。我们已经是成年人了，要承担起这个责任，不能辜负家长老师的期望。与马鹏飞相比我们条件更好，14岁的孩子能承担起的责任，我们应该能够做的更好。

I always think there is not enough time. For example， I have just taken a three-day holiday. But when I look back， I just feel that it‘s only one day. There goes a proverb， “Time is money”。 Now I want to say， time is more precious than money， because when money is spent， we can earn some more again. However， when time is gone or lost， never will it return.

Time goes without being noticed. The time for our study and work is usually limited. So I think we must make full use of our time. But it‘s a pity that I am always not aware of the importance of time until it’s too late.
