There was once a little boy that loved to play, but the only thing he

read a book, but to play video games. One day his parents became sick of this

habit and so thought of a plan to make him like reading.

And so one day when school was over, the boy’s parents went to his school,

and found his teacher and said, “Dear teacher, I am wondering if by any chance

you could help us with a little small problem.”

The teacher agreed, and so they told them their problem. The teacher

remembered all that she needed to do, and waited until Friday arrived. When it

was the last class of the day, she told the whole class that each one of them is

going to put on a show for the whole school. The little boy thought that that

was a great idea. After he had finished school, he immediately ran home to get

materials which were toys and prepared the other things too. When he was ready,

he began to make up a routine. But he couldn’t think of anything except playing;

when it was the day before it was time to put on the show, the little boy still

didn’t come up with any routine; and so he thought and thought. When his parents

said that it was time to go to school to put on the show, the little boy was as

nervous as a chicken in a forest with a wolf beside it.

His parents said that if he couldn’t think of any routine then he will just

have to read a book. The boy had no choice, when he finished he came up with a

routine he went to school just in time for the show.

He loved making a routine by then, from that time on he loved reading, and

when he was bored of playing he began to read.

光阴似箭，一转眼我们都已经退休了。今年是我们大家进入金江中学50周年，1964年夏天的某日，我们第一次在曹杨三中的一个教室报到，从此我们走到了一起，开始相互认识，相互熟悉。初一时期的班主任是忻鼎孟老师，他是教语文的。初二的上学期的班主任老师是李少奎老师，她是教数学的;下学期的班主任老师是薛玲珍老师，她是教语文的。另外还有体育老师许绍荣，音乐老师戴平宣，外语老师郭淑英、潘天民，数学老师余慧文，历史老师宋毓秀，美术老师赵立松，政治老师吴宝华，物理老师黎汝言，还有叶丹武、骆厚昆等，都曾经教过我们。

中学时代应该说是美好的，这个时期是我们的青春期，朝气蓬勃，充满活力。在初一时期，我们班在一次全校的体育运动会上得了一个团体总分第一名的好成绩，引来了全班同学的热烈欢呼，令人难忘!那个年代除了上课学习，每个星期还要参加半天的劳动课。好像是每星期四下午去劳动，基本上都是到学校附近的一个生产队(那时叫四中一队)干活。除了每星期半天的劳动，有时还有集中劳动，我们曾经到过一个“笔胆厂”劳动了两个星期。到真北路那里的蔡家桥农村也劳动过十几天，这些都是那个年代的教育“特色”。到了_时期，在1968年的6月份，我们全校同学倾巢出动，浩浩荡荡地到嘉定县朱桥公社参加“三夏”劳动，长达半个多月。

中学时期，我们的心灵都是纯洁的，大家相互间还是很友好的，老师和我们也是和睦相处，我们也很尊敬老师。有一首歌叫“同桌的你”，很好听，我一听到它，就想起自己当年的同桌女同学，当时我们的距离虽然很近，但是却从来也没有说过一句话，没有像歌里唱得那么浪漫，那么感人，现在想想有点遗憾!当然这也是由历史造成的，那个年代还是比较封建，并且还要突出政治，男女同学之间的正常交往可能被怀疑“不正常”，只好“规规矩矩”，否则可能会有麻烦。“同桌的你”这首歌由高晓松创作，受台湾校园歌曲风格影响，比较轻松实在。我们当年在这方面却有点沉闷，但是我们读书学习的人生道路还是正常的，还没有出现危机。不幸的是后来发生了_，产生了许多混乱，师生之间，如同仇敌;同学之间，相互排挤，美好的学习环境彻底崩溃。从1966年的下半年到1968年的下半年，在这两年时间里，我们处于学校停课、无书可读的状态中，我们的校园里也一片混乱，在无政府状态下，许多门窗、玻璃、课桌椅等损坏严重，如同经过一场战争，真是一场浩劫。到最后毕业分配时，大家为了自己的前途又一次“殊死搏斗”，最后结果是不欢而散，各奔前程，同学之间的友情也严重受损，现在想想令人痛心!如今我们都已进入花甲之年，当年的伤痛可能还在个别人心中隐隐作痛，这些都是历史造成的，只能痛恨那段历史。我们相互之间还是应该宽宏大量，不计前嫌，为恢复当年的同学情谊出点力。由于历史的原因，我当年没有机会留在上海，最后只好去了遥远的黑龙江下乡务农，这一去就是十年，吃了不少苦，真是一言难尽!尽管当年毕业分配时“你死我活”，我明显处于下风，但是我后来还是原谅了这段历史，我不责怪部分同志，_时期受到伤害的人有成千上万，还有很多人失去了性命，能活到今天已经是“不幸中的大幸”。

往事已经远去，历史不能重现。如今我老了以后有浓厚的怀旧感，这次春节前我带着照相机来到我们的母校，拍了一些照片，这次在信中寄上几张给大家留作纪念。我们的母校曾经变过多次，我们读书时是金江中学，到了_后期改成怒江中学，八十年代改成“曹杨九小”，直到现在成了一所高级中学。我们当年的教室是在四楼朝南的中间一个教室，我这次还专门上楼来到我们当年的教室里，里面空荡荡的，没有课桌椅，据说现在学生不多，班级也不多，只用教学大楼下层的教室，上层的教室都空闲着。我在里面拍了两张照片，一张是在后面对着前面拍的，前面就是老师教学的地方。还有一张是前面朝后面拍的，后面墙上也有黑板，我当年还曾经负责经常在上面出黑板报。

take away our money, house, car, or even our clothes and we can survive. But if

our health was taken away, we would surely die. That is why we always try to eat

从宣传活动上，我知道了你们那里的学习和生活条件都特别困难，你们的爸爸妈妈为了生活，常年在外打工赚钱，不能跟你们生活在一起，你们的生活没有人安排，你们的学习没有人陪伴，然而你们还能那么的优秀，可见你们是一群渴望求知的孩子;从网上看到了你们的一些图片，有在操场上集合的、在教室上课的、有排队领取学习用品的……你们是那么的有纪律、认真、懂事，这些事情，我可能没有你们做得好。这是我要向你们学习的地方。

下面我来向你们介绍一下我们的学校吧。我们的学校有两栋教学楼，一栋在山下，一栋在山上，我们操场像真正足球赛的绿菌场，教学楼内部环境也很好，我们学校还为我们准备了很多的活动场所，比如乒乓球馆、篮球场等等。我们学校最常见的活动就是班级足球对抗赛。我们学校是一所获得足球荣誉很多的小学，也是一个足球培训基地。有机会你们到我们学校来参观一下吧。

我很希望通过我们两所学校的联系，多给予你们一些我的帮助，我还希望我们成为好朋友，让我们共同学习，共同成长，好好学习，天天向上。

你们好!

时间真快，你们已经初二了。

当你们接到段老师的这封信时，一定会觉得很惊讶吧?因为老师有很多心理话想说。我觉得这样和大家交流比面对面的效果要好一些。从开学至今，让我感触最深的是你们对学习的变化，对自己的放松，对未来没有希望。也许初二的学习对大家来说困难些，一方面学科知识难度的增加，另一方面学习心理压力负担过重。不管是什么原因，现在我觉得你们都不算男子汉(或巾帼女侠)，因为人生的道路上会有很多困难事，难道我们都要放弃吗?那么我们的人生还有什么意义!

有些事情是我们无法选择的，既然结果已知，那么我们为什么不改过程呢?我们改变不了天气但可以改变我们的心情。我们改变不了生命的长度但我们可以改变它的宽度。学生学习是已知的结果，那么我们为什么不改变学习态度和心情，与其痛苦难受不如逆来顺受，改变心情开心面对，做好每一天的自己。

同学们!上学期看到你们这样的学习，真的替你们担心，担心你们以后该怎么办呢?除去一些确实智力有缺陷的孩子之外，大部分孩子都是因为习惯不好导致成绩差，各方面都跟不上，导致在学校老师批评，在家家长吵的局面，而且越差越差，越差越吵这样的一个恶性循环里!导致你们对自己彻底失去了信心，最后只能破罐子破摔!其实在老师眼里你们都有闪光点，知识学习目前欠佳。原因很简单：没养成好习惯，自己管不住自己，所以想要改变这种局面，养成好的习惯才能从根本上解决问题!

有时候看到有的你们上课不听，作业不交，只知道玩，我就想告诉你们：“同学们啊，你们知道父母不能陪我们一辈子，我们要自立、自强，靠天靠地靠父母不是好汉。所以，孩子们，现在你们的出路就是改变自己的习惯，从现在做起，把成绩提上去，考上大学，提高自己综合素质过自己想过的生活!

我知道那么多年的习惯一下子改了，肯定不是那么容易的，你们一定要对自己有信心，从一点一滴做起，今天能上课不说话，能完整的听一节课，能自己写一道数学题，能按时交作业，这样循序渐进，逐步改掉你们身上的坏习惯，我相信总有一天，你们会受到老师的表扬和家长的夸赞，我会在成绩单的榜首找到你的名字。

目前相信你们在学习上有很多困难吧?有些人为此也努力过，但收获不理想吧?你们平时经常受到同学的嘲笑、老师的歧视、爸爸妈妈的训斥吧?你们觉得学习得很累、很苦、很没劲吧?你们觉得自己很没用，再也找不到自信了吧?你们觉得学习很难，学好更难吧?你们觉得别人叫你“差生、后进生、班级里拖后腿的”很难听吧?……其实，事情那么严重，不信?现在就教你几招，让自己摆脱困境，昂首挺胸的做一个快乐的学生!

一、阳光面对。

面对困难和批评，你也许会意志消沉、情绪低落。可是你知道吗?越是这样，情况越不会得到改变，你需要的是微笑，对自己，对同学，对老师和家长。让困难在笑靥前变得渺小，让自己在笑靥前变的自信，让老师家长在你们的笑靥前对你们充满希望。生命呼唤笑意，就像人生需要明媚灿烂的阳光一样。

二、拥有自尊。

有的同学说：“我得到了别人的很多帮助，可为什么还是没有进步呢?”答案是：帮助一个人，是要从精神上帮助的，拥有自尊才是最重要的。当得到了表扬、鼓励，你就会在别人面前有自尊，有了自尊，就可以做成很多事。如果只是一味降低题目的难度和要求，你就会觉得别人在可怜你、在歧视你，你就会在别人面前抬不起头，那你也许真会成为一个“后进生”了。所以，你需要的是自尊，相信自己，“我能行的!”

三、做好自己能做的事情。

你知道吗，学习上有很多事情值得我们去做，当然，你的力量是有限的，在很多情况下都会显得很茫然、无助，但是，是就此罢手，还是尽力而为呢?你不能在考试中考到“优秀”，但你可以争取考到“及格”呀;你不能在班级比赛中当一名为集体争光的选手，但你可以当一个出色的拉拉队员呀;你不能改变全部，但你却可以改变局部;你不能解决所有，但你却能改变部分;你不能保证永久，但你却能保证现时;你不能改变别人，但你却能改变自己。而且，更为重要的是，谁又能否认，兴许，我们就改变了一切呢?所以，从现在开始，踏踏实实地做好自己能做的事情吧。

四、勤能补拙

勤劳的小蜜蜂要不怕苦不怕累飞出很远很远的山野树林，找到花儿后，就快乐的跳着舞在这朵花上吸点花蜜，再到那朵花上采点花蜜。小蜜蜂采集了百花的精华后飞回家，再经过精心的酿造，最后不仅为自己的生存提供了甘甜的蜂蜜，也为别人奉献了甘甜的蜂蜜。其实学习也是如此!不论是在家，还是在学校，在社会;不论是父母，还是老师，同学;不论是哪一本书，只要我们善于观察，善于提问，善于思考，我们就可以获得很多的知识学问和生活经验。老师希望你象勤劳的小蜜蜂一样，能快乐的在不同的地方汲取知识，丰富自己的头脑，这样你就可以成为知识财富的拥有者了!

五、勇敢向前冲

你喜欢那蔚蓝的大海吗?小河也喜欢大海，并向往投进大海的怀抱。于是小河就不停地向着大海的方向流去。一路上，小河唱着歌快乐地流淌。越是遇到了阻碍，小河的歌就越响亮。它总是用智慧饶过阻挡它前进的岩石，高山，向前，向前再向前，最后终于投进了大海的怀抱。李宇同学，在你的心中，可曾树立了远大的理想?老师希望你也相信你会象小河一样，心存理想并为了实现自己的理想，不停地努力向前向前，遇到困难不退缩，而是用智慧解决。请你记住成功永远都是属于那些努力而不退缩的人。

六、老师是你们永远的朋友。

还有一点，你们得记住：老师都是爱你们的，是你们的知心朋友

好了，同学们解决问题的法有很多，有的也要因人而异，上面的几招对你们来说灵不灵，还要经过你们的实践、努力才知晓。新学期开始了，新的学期意味着新的起点，忘记以前的所有的成功与失败，因为老师不在乎你们的过去，只在乎你们的今天，期待着你们的崭新的明天!
