第一个项目是3000米竞走。3000米！这个数字在我心里一震。在小学，400米我小跑下来就已经“苟延残喘”了，“3000米”那是在我基础上的8倍还要有超出他人的速度，无论成绩怎样，我都不禁对那些参加竞走的运动员有了一分敬意。那些竞走的同学，一个个大汗淋漓，却用最快的速度坚持了下去。

紧接着是长跑。长跑要在有足够体力的基础上拼速度。“砰”枪声一响，运动员们像离线的箭一样飞了出去。我们班的王昊同学遥遥领先，四面响起了有节奏的“加油”声。耶！赢了！周围响起热烈的掌声和喝彩声。

马上又到了接力比赛。枪声响起，第一棒运动员们健步如飞，你争我抢地向前冲刺；紧接着，第二个运动员拿到接力棒，风驰电掣般地继续向前冲去；第三棒险象环生；第四棒最关键，运动员全力以赴，此起彼伏，反败为胜。

夕阳西下，运动会在音乐声、欢笑声中结束了。我们班的运动成绩并不太好，我却对那些运动员们有着深深的敬意。运动会不仅是体能的考验，更是心灵的考验。不能急于求成，要沉着应战；还要信任队友，这样才能配合默契。泰戈尔在诗中说，“天空没有翅膀的影子，但我已飞过。”；艾青对朋友说，“也许有人到达不了彼岸，但我们共同拥有大海。”或许我们班没有显赫的成绩，但运动场上留下了运动员们的足迹；或许我们班没有荣耀的奖状，但老师与同学心中留下了运动员们拼搏的身影。

回家的路上，风很轻，周围一切都很恬静。我的心却是躁动的。

星期五，我们学校举行了一年一度的趣味运动会。各个年级的运动项目都不同，我们三年级要参与的项目是“螃蟹爬爬爬”。

趣味运动会开始前，操场上人声鼎沸，同学和老师们都在各司其职地做着准备工作。老师们有的在准备道具，有的在与小选手讨论战略，还有的在维持秩序。同学们则像打了鸡血一样，精神抖擞：要参与比赛的小选手们忙着做热身运动和制定战略，一个个眼中都发出了耀眼的光芒，像准备上战场的小战士，充满了斗志。没有参与比赛项目的观众们，则早早开始喊起了加油口号，为自己班里的同学鼓劲。各个班之间无硝烟的战争，仿佛这时就已经开始打响。

在所有人的屏息期待中，趣味运动会正式开始啦!只听“嘭”的一声，信号枪发出了信号!一瞬间，“加油”声冲破了云霄。此时，参与“螃蟹爬爬爬”的“小战士们”早就已经做好了准备：瞧，两个人一组，他们背靠着背，双背之间夹着一个气排球;他们手挽着手，十指相扣。听到信号后，他们的双腿就像螃蟹的几条腿一样，非常默契地向终点走去，步调一致，却速度飞快。不得不提一句，在此过程中，他们还要保证气排球不能落地，这可是一大难点啊!我正担心着，忽然“扑通”一声，只见一个气排球落在了地上，我不禁为这组“小战士”捏了一把汗。但是他们丝毫不慌张，两人同时蹲下身子，齐心协力地捡起排球，并稳稳地放在背上，然后继续比赛，从容不迫地走向终点。我由衷地佩服这些参赛的“小战士”，佩服他们的团结和强健的心理素质，也佩服他们毫不气馁和坚持不懈的精神。

看见这一幕后，同学们的加油声、呐喊声喊得更带劲了。烈日下，我们的欢呼给运动会增添了热烈的气氛。在一阵又一阵的助威声中，“小战士们”一组一组陆陆续续地冲过了终点线。冠亚军最终被选出，一场妙趣横生的趣味比赛落下了帷幕。

这次趣味运动会，不仅让我们锻炼了身体，也让我们懂得了要团结一致和坚持到底的道理!
