跑完后我们回了座位区，刚坐下事情就来找我了真是不得闲啊，有人说把宣言交上了但他们不给念只念他们自己班的我当时一听就火了，凭什么啊凭什么只念他们自己班的，我上去把宣言递到何永峰的面前，没办法他不给面子我只能把话筒给抢过来自己念了，我念的时候大家正在跑接力，我在台上为他们喝彩为他们加油……

接力也获得了第一名。

虽然男生没有进入决赛，但我们知道他们已经尽力了，已竭尽所能不怪他们强中自有强中手嘛。我们班里的高富帅进入到了决赛获得了第四名……时间一点一点的过去我们却浑然不知。

不知过了多久运动会渐渐的落下了帷幕，接下来是颁奖了我班荣获第四名，而且还得了精神文明奖，当然了这是我们写稿子的功劳，呵呵。

1995 I went into taizhou junior middle school.Totally we had 7 classes,I

opinion ,she hated everyting except study,everyweekend ,she asked us to study in

参加越野跑的共有四十多人，只有前二十名有名次，二十名以外的却一无所有。虽然我平时的跑步成绩还不错，但是对于长跑我却不合适，更何况是和全年级的人比，

我的脸色渐渐发白，手心和额头也布满了冷汗，身上冰凉冰凉的，双腿也在不停地颤抖。

我突然想起一个方法可以有自信：对着自己的大拇指吹气，默念“我能行。”于是，我照做了，心里的波澜仿佛渐渐平息。

开跑了，我的前排顿时充满了人，使我落在了后面。渐渐地，人群慢了下来，趁这个机会，我立刻加速。到后半部分，我跑不动了，开始大口大口地喘着粗气，双腿像灌了铅一样。我想，走到终点算了，于是，脚步开始慢了下来。后来又一想，如果这样走到终点的话，肯定拿不到前二十名，这不毁了我一世英名吗？不行，我一定不能落下。顿时，我感到一股自信的力量充满了我的全身，我开始做冲刺的准备。离终点还有五十多米时，我听到同学为我加油，步伐又加快了。终于到了终点，我拿了全年级第十。

We take a holiday of 7 days because of the National Day.As we all

know，October 1 is the National Day of China in Gregorian calendar.

In the holiday I went to visit the Yellow River Forest Park togeter with

three of my classmates.It was very boring when staying in the bus for a long

time，which made me doze off all the time，and at some time，I nearly struck my

head on the chair in the front of me.After two hours journery by bus，we finally

got to the park.But to my disappoint，there was nothing interesting here，except

some quiet normal things. Compared with the my school I stayed in，here was very

noisy and messy.

Though the park is beside the Yellow River，the air is still a little smelly

because there are a lot of animals such as horses，cocks and so on here，which

make lots of wastes every day while few people clean them. In a word，the park is

not so good as I had expected，and I felt unsatisfied about it.

运动会上，我曾有过付出，有过回报，有过成功，有过失败。今年四月的趣味，给我留下了深刻的印象。

最后一个比赛项目是三十米迎面接力，我和参加比赛的在操场上站好队，我们分成两组，崔老师把接力棒给了另一组，裁判员一声令下，我们班的跑步健将许凤喜，像离了弦的箭一样，飞快的冲了过来，许凤喜跑得飞快，遥遥领先于其他班的，许凤喜跑过来将接力棒递给陈俊玮，可交接棒的一瞬间，陈俊伟一时没握好，将棒掉在了地上，陈俊玮立刻捡起，向对面跑去，可因为掉了棒，耽误了时间，陈俊玮被其他班的同学超过，我们心中充满了遗憾，接力棒在同学们手中不停传递着，很快便轮到我了，我右脚向前伸，左脚顶着线，做好接棒的准备，对面的王心宇跑了过来，将棒递给了我，我接过帮，飞快地向对面跑去，我的心砰砰地跳，想揣着一直活蹦乱跳的一样。跑到中间时，我的脚被石子绊了一下，身体失去了平衡，猛地向前倒去，我急忙向右倾，尽量保持身体平衡，努力追赶着旁边的同学，我跑到对面，把棒交给梅金萍，直到梅金萍握紧我才松手，我悬着的心终于落了下来。比赛结束了，我们仍是第四名，虽然是最后一名，可我知道，同学们都很努力地跑了。

今天的趣味运动会，让我们领会到了团结就是力量的道理，我们虽然没能取得第一，但我们付出了，我们努力了。

伴随着慷慨激昂的乐曲声，杨老师宣布：“开幕式正式开始!”接着，各个年级的检阅队伍分别走向主席台。同学们穿着各式各样的服装，有的穿巴西足球队衣，有的穿NBA篮球队服，还有的穿着晚宴盛装……有的女孩子手中拿着五颜六色的彩带，像一只只花蝴蝶。有的打鼓，有的敲锣，口号响亮。我们迈着整齐的步伐来到操场中间。我们升国旗，唱国歌，那场面非常庄严。

激动人心的时刻到了，比赛正式开始。我和郎政荣参加了跳远比赛，每个人都有两次机会。第一次我因为有些着急，一下子就跳了个一米九九，我对这个成绩不是很满意。第二次，我目不转睛地盯着两米一零的刻度线，奋力一跃，在空中跳出来一道优美的弧线，最后跳到了两米零五，一个不错的成绩!不仅是这样，还打破了六年组的记录，我激动万分!

接下来就是女子田径赛，最令我难忘的就是齐珈艺的四百米长跑，随着“砰”的一声枪响，运动员们好似离弦的箭一样，飞快地向前奔跑，场外的观众不断高喊：“加油!加油!”运动员们争先恐后，你追我赶，不一会功夫，场上便进入了白热化阶段。齐珈艺这时就像凶猛的猎豹一样在运动员里脱颖而出，然而她没有松懈自己，双手使劲地摆动着，终于功夫不负有心人，齐珈艺顺利拿下了四百米冠军。我们欢呼起来!女子四百米在一阵阵热烈的掌声中告一段落。

在阵阵欢呼雀跃声中，我们的秋季运动会落幕了。我们班获得了六年组第二名的好成绩，我们为能在运动会上取得这样显著的成绩而感到高兴，我也为自己良好的表现而感到欣慰!明年我们要再接再厉，争取夺冠!
