早上还不等妈妈叫我起床，我就早早醒来，洗漱完毕跟妈妈一块来到了学校，妈妈今天专门来给我加油助威，我真是高心极了。天气也特别晴朗，阳光明媚，感觉路边的小花小草也在对着我微笑一般。

到学校后我们吃完早饭就来到了运动会操场，远远就看见我们的小方阵上摆得整整齐齐的小凳子，主席台上红旗迎风飘扬，参加第一个项目的同学们已经开始在操场上练习起来，大家个个斗志高扬。我们的迎面接力是第三个项目，金老师集合我们参加迎面接力的运动员到了运动场的中心，让大家先热热身，活动活动脚踝，跟我们讲了一些注意事项：一定要右手拿棒，并且把棒子一定要递到同学手里，不要紧张，争取不要掉接力棒尽力往前冲就好。老师讲完注意事项后就让我们又练习一番，可在练习当中我们有好几个同学都没接好棒，大家的情绪一下子又紧张了起来，老师安慰我们不要紧张，就算比赛中掉了棒子，也要沉着冷静。

终于到了我们的项目了，比赛开始了，我们第一棒跑过来就稍微有点落后，男生们接到棒后都奋力的往前跑，结果意外还是发生了，崔雅晴在给队友递棒子时 ，一紧张直接把棒子扔到了地上，结果一下子耽误了时间，李一天捡起棒子飞也似的往前冲，到我接棒时我稳稳地接过接力棒，也跟离弦的剑似的往前跑，耳边只听见呼呼的风声和同学们阵阵的加油声，我觉得自己浑身充满了力量，渐渐地我们队员超过了一个又一个对手，冲到了终点。最后我们班级得了个总分第三名。尽管没有取得第一名，但大家并没有因为这小小的失误而放弃努力的精神鼓舞着我们所有人，我也为自己能为班级出一份力而自豪，这真是一次令我难忘的运动会呀！

Every year in October, our school will have the tradition to hold a sports

meeting. It is the biggest event of the year, so all the students will practise

very hard to win the biggest honor. Relay race is the most important match,

because it involves so many students to take part in, showing the unity of a

team. Last year, our class won the second place. We lagged behind the champion

just a little distance, so we hoped to defeated them this time and won the first

prize. We have practised very hard, and every student in the team wanted to make

the breakthrough. When the match finally began, we ran very fast and kept our

space. Even though other team tried to disturbed us, we focused our attention.

The moment when our team first crossed the line, we cheer and cried. We made

it.

运动会终于来到了!

开幕式一完，各项比赛就开始了。看，跑道上离弦的箭，沙坑前腾空的一跃，操场上潇洒的扣篮;瞧，上下翻飞的毽子，密不透风的跳绳，就连小小的垒球都在空中画出美丽的弧线……一项项比赛把精彩的运动会推向一个又一个高潮。

最引人注目的是1500米长跑。运动员已经站在了起跑线上，有的在做热身运动，甩甩胳膊，踢踢腿;有的摩拳擦掌，像一位正准备接受严格训练的解放军战士一般;有的表情严肃紧张，已经做好起跑的姿势，随时准备飞奔而出;还有的非常悠闲地在和旁边的同学谈天呢，好像冠军非他莫属似的。

随着“叭”的一声枪响，运动员们如离弦的箭飞奔出去。刚开始，他们都铆足了劲抢内道。渐渐地，便拉开了距离。我们班的跑步健将杨竹天居然落在了后面!这让我们的一颗心都揪了起来。“加油呀!”“加油!”场外啦啦队的喊声一阵高过一阵。已经第三圈了，运动员们的体力消耗很大，可仍然都在坚持着。他一直不紧不慢地跑着，可到了第四圈，她突然开始爆发——用力地甩着胳膊迈开大步，飞速地向前冲，竟然一下超过了四个选手名列第三。此时，她成了全场瞩目的焦点，所有人的目光都集中在她身上。场内形势空前紧张，场外的观众都拼了命地为本班队员加油，助威声震耳欲聋。还有20米，10米，5米……她不负众望，用她的无敌飞毛腿赢得了冠军。同学们将她抛向天空，表达满心的喜悦。

灿烂的阳光洒在我们每个人的身上，快乐在我们心中荡漾。这精彩的运动会呀，我们永远难忘。

热闹欢腾的运动会，一大早，我们搬着桌椅，全校师生来到了操场，大家有安排的场地，有的整理服装，有的安放运动器材，忙得不可开交，原本安静的操场，一下子变的热闹起来。

2017年10月13日8时，老师宣布：“平阴下第四中学开幕式现在开始。”马上响起了国歌，你们知道这是干嘛吗？对是升国旗。听到国歌，每个人的心中，总会涌起一种无限振奋，无限光荣的情感，恍惚中仿佛看到了革命先烈在英勇奋战，劳动人民在辛勤耕耘，干部领导在忘我工作。

接下来是，初二的哥哥姐姐们的大型图体操表演，他们一个个班级排着整齐的队伍，大踏步的向主席台走来，各个班级表演各有千秋，他们的表演真是：队形多样、衣着亮眼、动作整齐、衣着鲜艳、昂首阔步、衣着鲜艳，展示出来初二年级独有的朝气与活力。他们的表演给整个运动会上画上了绚丽多姿的色彩，他们一个个有如春天里娇媚的花朵，夏日里的阳光，带着凉爽的秋风扑面而来，令在场的师生不能不竖起大拇指为他们点赞。

九点三十分，运动会比赛正式开始了，整个赛场上沸腾起来，加油助威声此起彼伏，一个个运动员正如矫兔一般飞离起点，像火箭一样冲向终点，引得观众们兴奋不已。不论你选手是否第一，我们都得赞美和鼓励，因为在观众心中，这些选手们都发会出了不屈不挠、顽强拼搏的体育精神。他们是运动场上的英雄，平阴第四中学的“刘翔”。

第一个上场的是尹维佳，竞走，3000米，3000米对我们来说不是一个小数目，是围绕操场走10圈，前七圈，一直是第一，但是后三圈，因为体力不支，没有拿到优异成绩，不过没有关系，走10圈，要叫我去参加比赛，我肯定走到第5圈，我就已经不行了。

跑接力的时候，在那广大宽阔的操场上，只见一个人如万马奔腾，冲向前方，迅雷不及掩耳，闪过这地，双腿中含着血红的眼神，死盯着那，闪电劈下，想知道这个人是谁吗？就是——赵忠元，他跑第二棒的时候，落别人家1公里，他就想火箭一样拼进全力去追，结果那到了第一。

姚老师对我们说：“运动员顽强拼搏，赛出了风格，赛出了水平，获得了年级第二和精神文明奖！”顿时我们班的同学，叫了起来，七班最棒，是的，我们的确很棒，以后继续加油！
