也许是因为太放松了，我竟然试着用一只手扶着池沿爬行。突然，一个水波打在我的手上，我的手一个不小心松开了池沿，我意识到，这次是回不去了，但我还有很多事想做呢，我想吃妈妈做的西红柿炒鸡蛋，再去一次动物园，再种一棵小树苗……当时我不知道有多么的害怕，等了一会儿，我并没有下沉，而是轻飘飘的浮在水面上，我一看，以为我已经变成了动画片里的小天使，在天空中飞翔，但我错了，我还在水里，我听见教练在叫我：“这么厉害呀！第一次游就会离开池沿，真不错！”我明白了我的处境后，露出了两颗大门牙，冲着教练笑了笑，去一边游了。

从此，我喜欢上了游泳，并爱上了运动，在夏天，水是多么的清凉啊，于是，我努力学习游泳，并且学会了蛙泳、仰泳、自由泳三种游法。这难忘的第一次游泳让我改变了对游泳的看法，也让我拥有了勇气。
