第三天，女生4×200米令人大为振奋。第一棒是朱端仪，只见她双手握拳，身体向前倾着，右手拿着接力棒。发令 枪一响，跑道上的4名选手冲了出去。朱端仪立刻超越了三名选手，一路遥遥领先，随后的选手也不甘落后，奋力追赶，但还是被朱端仪远远甩在后面。第二棒是方佳仪，她以百米冲刺的速度，把其他选手抛在后面一大段。第三棒的吴乃嘉也发挥得不错。最后一棒是我们班的“飞毛腿”缪可妍，她像一阵风冲了出去，漫开两条长腿，让对手的距离相差了半圈。缪可妍拿着接力棒冲破了终点。我们胜利了!我们胜利了!我们班的上空传来了震耳欲聋的欢呼声。

应杰真不愧是我们班的长跑健将。1500米的长跑，应杰一口气跑完了;冯开源的跳高一点儿也不赖，拿下了一块银牌;方佳怡的800米，为我们班争得了一块来之不易的金牌;陈奕霄的垒球让我们传出了一阵阵惊叹;陈杨熙举起千金实心球，投出了地五名的好成绩;王张睿为我们班争光受了伤。

This Is Me

My name is Li Xing, a boy in fourteen years old. I come from Dalian, Liaoning Province, which is a beautiful and energetic city. Every year, thousands of tourists visit there. There are three people in my family, my parents and I. My parents are doctors who work in a big hospital in my city. I have many interests. Swimming, reading and movie are my favorites, which bring color to my busy study life. In study, I am good at Chinese and English, while math is my weakness. I work very hard to improve it, but it doesn’t work very well. Besides, I am easygoing and likely to make friends with others. Friendship is an important part of my life.

学习计划 Study Plan

At the beginning of this term, I made a plan for my study. Now, I find that I carry it out well in the past month. I was poor in Chinese and English last semester. Therefore, I put the two subjects in the priority and I spent much time on them. Happily, I made progress in the two subjects this semester. Besides, math and physics is not so hard for me, but I must do many exercises to improve my knowledge. Half of an hour for each is necessary and I have always been doing so. The other subjects are easy for me. As long as I carefully listen to the teacher in the class and do some reviews, I can do well in them. While, it does not mean that I attach no importance to them. I make plan for my study to ensure the efficiency of my study.

开学之初，我给我的的学习制定了一个计划。现在，我发现在过去的一个月我能够很好的实行。上个学期我的语文和英语很差，因此我把这两个科目作为我的首要任务并花很多时间在上面。很高兴的是，这学期我这两科取得了进步。此外，数学和物理对我来说不是很难，但是我必须多做练习来增加我的知识。每个科目花上半个小时是有必要的，我一直都是这样做的。其他的科目对我来说很容桂。只要我课堂上认真听课，课后复习我就能够把它们做好。但是，这也不意味着我不重视它们。我给我的学习制定计划以保证我的学习效率。

We can live in this beautiful， wonderful world， because our parents raised

us. They taught us the life every one of the first， is the first step they

taught us to walk， is they taught us that the first sentence， is they taught us

to recognize the first word... If without our dear parents， there is no us.

One time， I got acute disease， just the heavy rain that day， mom and dad

are very worried， they take me to the hospital together， dad behind my back that

day， mother behind his umbrella to us， because it was late， we only have to walk

to the hospital， the mother to the hospital to register， with my dad， waiting

for the doctor to see a doctor for me， that we always stay up till midnight， see

SNOW At dusk，the weather became colder while the sky was gray，and the cold wind was blowing strongly.It seemed that it was going to snow soon. A moment later，the snowflakes began to fall quietly.Soon the land before my eyes was all white，like a beautiful blanket.Then it snowed more and more heavily.The trees were all covered with white quilts.The whole city became a silver world. The quick and easy access to the Internet hasbrought much comfort and convenience to ourdaily life, and a growing number of people today prefer to do their purchase on line rather thanleave for the real shops.

Despite its obvious advantages, online shopping can also be a recipe for “troubles”. In thefirst place, you can never have a real contact with the stuff you want to buy while shoppingonline as you do in a real shop. Thus, occasions are not rare when buy something that doesnot really fit you or suit you. What’s more, if you are not lucky enough, you are likely to betrusted into the hands of some dishonest sellers, bringing home fake goods.

In my perspective, we should first develop a better sense of judgment while doing onlineshopping, and at the same time, more supervision systems are supposed to be built to ensurea more reliable and pleasant online shopping environment.

The olympic games

The Olympic games are held every four years. The winter Olympics are usually held two years before the summerOlympics. The old Olympic games began around the year 776 B.C. in Greece. After about the year 393 A.D., the Olympic games stopped. The first Olympic games in modern times took place in 1896. 311 competitors took part in the games. In 1992, more than 8000 competitors from over 150 different counties went to Barcelona for the 25th Olympics. There were 250 different sports in the games. In Barcelona, the Chinese team got 16 golden metals of which 12 were won by women.

In our life, some people love sport while others hate it. However, most of the time, sports are good for us. Different sports have different benefit. Players get healthy bodies when doing sports.

Such as basketball, players get to run a lot and exercise their flexibility. One thing all the sports have in common is they all promote team spirit. Players become sole mates with each other as they work as teams. Sport is also a way of releasing. Releasing energy and all the bad stuff in your body and mind can make you feel better.

Sport doesnt mean restless exercise. Its just another way to build up your body and have a healthy life.

Because the Spring Festival is the most solemn traditional festival of Chinese folk. In the first month of the summer calendar, also known as the lunar calendar, commonly known as "New Year", "New Year". Every year, the streets are covered with red lanterns and colorful flags. The mall is a sea of people, buying New Year goods, but lively. Grandma prepared a hearty meal, with a lot of "bam, bam, bam" on the outside, and the guns  . Kung Fu Panda is the lastest project from Dreamworks. It’s a CG-animated comedy about a lazy, irreverent slacker panda named Po Po (Voiced by Jack Black), who must somehow become a Kung Fu Master in order to save the Valley of Peace from a villainous snow leopard, Tai Lung. Prophecy said that Po is the “Chosen One” to save the day. But he appears to be the laziest of all the animals in ancient China. A group of martial arts masters are going to need a black belt in patience if they are going to turn this slacker panda into a kung fu fighter before it’s too late.I like the movie because it is very interesting and funny.The monkey is voiced by Jackey Chan who is my favourite star!

As the only child in my family, I know how much effort my parents put upon me, therefore I want to do something for my parents .I can give them hugs and kisses when they get home after a day of hard work. Then, I will take their slippers for them. I cant cook, but I can always help my mather wash the dishes. I cant read that much words, but I can always fetch my father his glasses whenever he needs them. In the evening I will make beds for them before they go to sleep.
