广播操音乐的余音还在操场上回荡，我们便进入了第一个项目——垒球。这是我要参加的项目。深吸一口气，我走向了垒球场。那里有一个又大又高的跟网相似的东西。一打听，原来球得扔过“网”才算成绩。“天呐，我可是第一次运动会上扔垒球，还得高过网，远了才能拿名次，这下可完了!”我心想。大家一个个全都扔得又高又远。我心里更紧张了，象热锅上的蚂蚁左走走，右走走，盘算着怎样才能扔得高一点，远一些。终于轮到我了，用已经紧张得都是汗了的手拿起球，往前助跑几步使出全身的劲儿奋力向上，向远处一扔——球虽然过网了，但是，球就像一个懒惰的小孩越过了网后不再往前而是急于落到地上……幸运的是，垒球比赛能投三次，后两次至少不会像第一次那样零点几米的距离。

在看台上看着一点也们飞快的身影，滔滔不绝的加油声一直持续了好久，又一次令人激动的时刻——接力赛马上就要开始了。坐在看台上的我早已忐忑不安，如坐针毡：我本来跑步就不是很好，而且这次是四个班一起比，万一掉棒那可怎么办……就要到四年级了，我走到了跑道上，感受到自己沉重的心跳。“嘭!”一声触人心悬的枪声一响，排头立刻飞奔了起来。一个人又一个人，轮到我了。我做好接棒的动作，犹如一支马上要被射出的弓箭一般准备一触即发。“嗖——”我飞也似的奔了出去，耳边只听到看台上的`喊声和阵阵风声。很快，我成功地交接了棒。激烈的比赛还在继续，突然，我们队掉棒了，大家心急如焚，大声喊道：“快点跑啊!赶上别的班!”别的班则幸灾乐祸。还好我们后边还有两位“飞毛腿，赶上了进度。三班和一班已经落在了后头，接下来是我们和四班的巅峰对决。“加油!加油!”最后一名同学从对面冲刺过来。“耶!”我们和四班几乎是同步接到了棒，但是我们抢先了零点一秒。胜利的喜悦一直传到很远很远……
