比赛已经开始了，老师给我们安排了地方坐了下来，运动员就准备比赛，第一项是移动投篮，老师一发令，他们就开始投篮了，2个人拿着篮筐，站在呼啦圈的范围之内动，投篮的人站在3米界限以外，每人循环投球。设定时间为2分钟，看谁进的球多。每队另设一名队员负责捡球。运动员们都很紧张，不过他们都全力以赴着。好了，2分钟到了，我们一共投了43个，是第2名。

第二项是集体跳绳，老师带着他们练习了一下，后来比赛就开始了。摇绳者之间距离为3米。跳绳队员站在摇绳者侧后方。裁判员发令后，开始摇绳，第一名队员跳绳一次后跑到另一名摇绳者的左侧，绕到右侧；第一名队员跳绳一次后，第二名队员紧接着进行，依次进行；比赛形成8字进行。开始我们还算是很顺利的，中途死了2次，不过又很快地救活了过来。他们接得很好，142、143、144，好，时间到。裁判员宣布。哇，一共跳了144个，打破记录了。

第三项是30米往返障碍接力，由参赛队员在指定起点出发，途中穿过障碍物（跨栏架）后，绕过标志桶返回再穿过障碍物到起点进行接力，最后一个参赛队员完成为结束，看谁用的时间最短。运动员很多都是在跨栏架那里被堵住的，张桂娜就在那里摔了，她手臂都受伤了，但她还是坚持完成了跑步。我们旁边的人都为他们加油，后来我们也出色地比完了赛，成绩也还不错。

这次比赛，真开心啊！

在日照给我留下最深映现的是万平口，我们到了万平口，哗哗哗的海浪在微风的吹拂下显的海更美丽了，那真的是太美了大海的气势恢弘，汹涌的海水在海风的吹拂下，似群群烈马，奔驰着，咆哮着，向岸边卷来。一排排海水，激起如雾的浪花，化做千千万万的水珠又汇向大海。此时;我真佩服古人能写出“惊涛拍岸，卷起千堆雪”这样的绝句。我依依不舍的离开了万平口海滩。

下午，我们来到了海鲜超市，我一进去就嗅到了我最讨厌的海鲜味，在家人的劝阻下我才知道有的海鲜好吃，我一口吃了一大把。日照的海鲜很便宜长治50元的日照买5元。

在日照的两天，我们在海边赶海。捕小鱼，行程虽短但，但美景却常绕在我心中。
