时光飞快地来到了下午。我们班不仅长跑好，男子接力也很萌萌哒！第1棒李佳，拼尽全身力气将棒准确传给第2棒的赵忠元，眼看后面被别人追上，赵忠元使劲全身力气，逆转了平常的速度，迅速递给第3棒的田乐源，赵忠元已落对手半圈，但田乐源也不甘示弱，将棒子递给第4棒的张旭。张旭接棒拔腿就跑，最后冲向了终点，漂亮！我们取得了男子接力的第一名，也获得了精神文明集体奖！

We were sitting in the classroom quietly, waiting for the invigilator. We were anxious to get the examination paper and see whether it was easy or difficult.

The invigilator came into the classroom. He first looked around. Then he counted the papers. We could only hear the papersfricative. I had a look at my watch. We would be examined in eight minutes. I felt a bit nervous. I thought to myself,"Will the exam be easy or difficult? Will the last question be very hard for me to work out?"The invigilator began to deliver us the papers. I had been ready. As soon as I got the paper, I began to write quickly. At this, the invigilator said loudly,"You cant write until the bell rings".I felt sorry for that. 早上还不等妈妈叫我起床，我就早早醒来，洗漱完毕跟妈妈一块来到了学校，妈妈今天专门来给我加油助威，我真是高心极了。天气也特别晴朗，阳光明媚，感觉路边的小花小草也在对着我微笑一般。

到学校后我们吃完早饭就来到了运动会操场，远远就看见我们的小方阵上摆得整整齐齐的小凳子，主席台上红旗迎风飘扬，参加第一个项目的同学们已经开始在操场上练习起来，大家个个斗志高扬。我们的迎面接力是第三个项目，金老师集合我们参加迎面接力的运动员到了运动场的中心，让大家先热热身，活动活动脚踝，跟我们讲了一些注意事项：一定要右手拿棒，并且把棒子一定要递到同学手里，不要紧张，争取不要掉接力棒尽力往前冲就好。老师讲完注意事项后就让我们又练习一番，可在练习当中我们有好几个同学都没接好棒，大家的情绪一下子又紧张了起来，老师安慰我们不要紧张，就算比赛中掉了棒子，也要沉着冷静。

终于到了我们的项目了，比赛开始了，我们第一棒跑过来就稍微有点落后，男生们接到棒后都奋力的往前跑，结果意外还是发生了，崔雅晴在给队友递棒子时 ，一紧张直接把棒子扔到了地上，结果一下子耽误了时间，李一天捡起棒子飞也似的往前冲，到我接棒时我稳稳地接过接力棒，也跟离弦的剑似的往前跑，耳边只听见呼呼的风声和同学们阵阵的加油声，我觉得自己浑身充满了力量，渐渐地我们队员超过了一个又一个对手，冲到了终点。最后我们班级得了个总分第三名。尽管没有取得第一名，但大家并没有因为这小小的失误而放弃努力的精神鼓舞着我们所有人，我也为自己能为班级出一份力而自豪，这真是一次令我难忘的运动会呀！

fierce and people feel great pressure. In order to improve the working

efficiency, they force themselves to work overtime. However, they are not

machine and need to slow down life pace, or they will break down sooner or

later.

lot of young people mix with working time and private time, so they cant enjoy

their life and feel depressed all the time. The smart person will find the

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

After I finishe my dash running, I went to have the long jump. Michele tried, but Jennifer jump further than Michele, Peter jumped further than the two, finally I jump the furthest.

Next we have the relay race。We have eight people to have the competition.Im the first, so I can ran as fast as I can.The other people tried their best to run, and I tried the best, so Im proud of me, finally we can just get the sixth, but Im happy say, we all tried the best.

What an interesting sports meeting that Ill never forget.

Childrens day is coming. I decided to do many things on that day.

First of all.
