人们常说：“生命在于运动”，我也是这么认为的。运动不仅能使我们身体健康，还能使我们心情愉悦。

清早，我打开窗户，屋外是朦胧的薄雾，天已经微微亮了。我穿好衣服，飞快洗漱完毕，轻快地朝楼下跑去。刚出门，雾气缭绕，如临仙境般。

因为我每天都要很早起床去上学，所以晨跑就成了生活中的一大乐趣，并且我也很喜欢它。我慢跑在山间小道上，呼吸着新鲜的空气，感受着周围环境的变化，真是一大享受啊！这是一条充满生机的林荫小道，天空被粗壮的树干和茂密的枝叶遮挡住了，不时传来清脆的鸟鸣声，心情顿时愉悦起来。

跑出小道，便来到了大马路上。农村人一般起得比较早，他们纷纷打开自家大门，站在大门口甩甩胳膊、扭扭腰。一位七十来岁的老爷爷吸引了我的注意力，只见他时而摆摆手，时而踢踢腿、时而弯弯腰，虽然有些吃力，但他并没有停止。做完后，他似乎对自己的身板很是满意，开心的笑了。看到这位老爷爷的举动，印证了“生命在于运动”这句话，我的额头上已经冒出了滴滴汗珠，但我依旧继续朝学校跑去。

拐过一个弯，就来到学校门口，我放慢脚步，理理头发、整整衣服，抖擞的走进了学校，开始了新一天的学习生活。“生命不息，运动不止，”同学们，为了我们强健的体魄，让我们一起运动起来吧。

My dream home is located in a small town,there s a lot of mountain around it and a small lake beside it.The sky is blue,the air is fresh and the bird is flying in the sky. There are three rooms in it,a dining room,big and bright.A bedroom clean and warm.A study which is full of the book I like.

My favourite room is the study.Because I like reading very much.when reading,it seems like I am a visitor who followed the wirter to view his own world.
