know the news although it’s far from us. By communicating with others, people

send and get information that helps us know about our surroundings. We all know

在这些比赛中我最关注的是我们班石皓玥同学的比赛，她参加的是八百米长跑，八百米的跑道、八百米的角逐、八百米的较量这不仅是力与没的展现更是毅力的拼搏。这项比赛我都替她紧张，但她毫不畏惧，枪打响后，她带着我们全班的希望努力拼搏，向前冲。“石皓玥，加油，石皓玥，加油！”我们为她呐喊，加油声一浪高过一浪，在最后虽然没有得到非常好的成绩，但是她坚持了下来，她赢过了体力，我相信速度对她来说只差那么一个梯阶。

运动会以圆满的结局结束了。这是每个同学心中的美好回忆！

I am a shy girl, when my teachers ask me the questions, I will always low down my head and answer them with small voice. I have rested for 10 days. In these days, I felt very bored. I didn’t know to do what. Although I had a lot of things to do, I felt uncomfortable. I was ill because of the cold weather. I was tired, sleepy and had no strength. My parents are worried about my health. in fact, it didn’t matter. I was always in the room with air-conditioner and opened it in a low temperature. Recently, I have been reading a book named Communication Arts. In this

book, the author Doctor Li introduces many methods to communicate with others

successfully and tells readers why everyone should be a polite person. My

favorite sentence in this book is “Everyone has potential, and everyone can

determine your own future by developing positive psychological, mastering

communication arts and showing your personality charm. In that way, you can have

a wonderful life!”

During whole sections, this book tells us human should live in a large

group, since people can’t solve all problems by their own. For that matter,

human beings should learn a series of manners to deal with any situation which

might happen wherever and whenever. After that, Doctor Li makes a point that

people need to realize how to resolve disagreements between friends, families or

colleagues. There always appears this kind of situation in social life, so it’s

important to understand how to settle it. Finally he teaches us that

communication techniques not only reflect in normal talk but also within body

languages.

In each part of the book, the author takes a large number of examples in

daily life to confirm his points. These examples in daily life are easy to

understand and accept.

After reading the book, I find many shortages of my communication skills. I

used to lack of patience when I talk to others, even got mad at them. This was

impolite and might destroy relationships between my friends and me. Therefore I

would try my best to improve myself and be welcome.

Born on 7th March, 1915 in Australia, Allan Stewart got his first degree in 1936 and several years later he became a Doctor of Medicine.

In his eighties he decided to study law and then he got his master’s degree in 2006 when he was the oldest one, setting a world record. In 2012 he received his fourth degree by means of e-learning. He was always good at arranging hid reasonable time of learning, and therefore his teachers appreciated him very much.
