星期五，按老师说的，六点二十五我们便全部到达教室，老师说：“自己搬着自己的凳子，去操场集合！”话音刚落，我们便行动起来。

到操场排好位置，运动会便开始了。

第一个项目是女子3000米竞走，我们班尹维佳上场，比赛开始，6个人迅速变成整齐的一排，刚开始，尹维佳还是第二名，但经过弯道后，就逐渐被后面的人反超了一下子从第二名变成了倒数第二名尹维佳前面几个人开始加快速度，把尹维佳和神童童甩到后面，尹维佳加快脚步，把神童童甩在后面一大截，慢慢的，尹维佳的速度慢了下来，又和神童童走到一起，到最后一圈，尹维佳可能是着急了，小跑了几步，最后还是没取得好成绩，回到座位上哭了起来，知道朱涵笑上场才停下来。

朱涵笑上场了，这是她的第一个项目：400米跑，我一直很担心她，因为她从星期三就肚子疼，一直没好。这不，用尽了全力得了第二名，回来就瘫在椅子上，用手捂着肚子，头靠在椅子背上，双腿微微发抖。我连忙打开瓶水递给她，喝点水吧，她伸出手，喝了一小口。就站起来回到自己位上，还没等朱涵笑缓过来，她的第二个项目又开始了，无奈，他只能继续上场，回来变得更加虚弱了。好在上午已经没她的项目。

中午吃过饭后，我扶着她来到16班午休，希望他能够缓过来。结果是还没好。

下午，朱涵笑又要上场了，我和班长都为她担心，情况比上午好得多，她也缓过来了，也没什么事了，这让我们松了一口气。

Everyone in our life should face something we hate,or some one we never want to face.
