最后扣人心弦的400米接力赛开始了，我们班的4位同学调整好自己的心态，就上场了，枪声一响，我们班的“飞毛腿”小黄就像离弦的箭从起跑线射出，飞快地摆动着双腿，看，他领先了，把接力棒稳稳地传给了第二位同学——小林，小林全力奔跑，把接力棒传给了小苏，小苏超过了所有的对手，把接力棒传给了小波，眼看胜利在望，其他班的运动员都急红了眼，恨不得长出一双翅膀，玩命的追。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

下午的压轴项目是拔河，但是，在进行的时候，却出现了意外。八年纪的两个班刚拔起来了几秒钟，绳子就断了；然后又换了一根绳子继续比赛，也是只拔了几秒钟，绳子“啪”的一声又断了。比赛只好宣布暂停。

接下来是颁奖仪式，齐校长宣布比赛结束。完了后，我们就以班为单位，开始往回走。

这次运动会给我留下了很深的印象，因为它太有趣、太特别了。以往的运动会都是在学校的硬面操场上举行的。而这次却是在沙滩、在野外举行的，与其说是一场运动会，不如说是一次野外游戏，一次野炊，使大家既锻炼了身体，又与大自然进行了亲密接触，真是一举两得。真希望以后还有这样的活动。

2一次别开生面的运动会

本周五，真是个难忘的日子。因为今天将是我们进入三十五中后的第一次运动会，同学们都很兴奋，天气似乎也在为我们助兴，已经十一月了，气温还是二十多度，让人感觉舒服极了。

我们走了一个多小时，来到了我们的目的地--鱼粱洲的一片天然的沙滩上。上午8：30分左右，首先举行了运动会开幕式，陈校长宣布运动会正式开始。伴随着雄壮有力的《运动员进行曲》，七八两个年级一千多名同学，以班为单位，列成方阵，齐步前进，走过主席台。

运动会有50米短跑、推轮胎、迎面接力、拔河、愚公移山等项目。第一个项目是男子五十米赛跑，我们班参加的同学有：胡文杰、王虎。只见运动员站在各自的起跑线上摩拳擦掌，个个弯着腰，两腿弯曲，弓着身子，两眼注视着前方，紧张的等待裁判发令。所有的观众屏住了呼吸，终于，“刷”的一声，裁判员挥了一下发令旗，所有的运动员像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，全场顿时沸腾起来，都为自己班的同学加油鼓劲。我们也不例外，扯着嗓子高喊着运动员的名字。不好，王虎起跑慢了一点，虽然他用尽全力猛冲，但还是没能冲上去，得了倒数第二名；但是胡文杰在他们那个组中的了第一名，真让人高兴。

迎面50米接力这个项目最让我难忘，因为我参加了这个项目，我们班的起头是胡文杰，然后依次是王虎、余存哲等，我在第七棒，前面的同学都接得很好，只是到了朱文娟那里时接棒慢了一点，使我们班落后了。但这并不影响我们，后来的第四棒、第五棒、第六棒，都跑得很快。啊！快轮到我了，我赶紧做好准备，右腿向前弓，左腿向后蹬。为了跑得快一点，我把鞋子都脱了，光着脚板。好，接棒！我拿好棒子，用尽全力往前冲。我当时心中只有一个意念：快！快！一定要跑在前面，决不给我们班丢脸。快到了，下一个同学已经在那儿等着接棒了。给你！下一个同学又像离弦的箭一样往前跑了。结果，我们班第一个完成。可是名次报出来后却是第二名。原来，裁判说我们少了一个人跑，扣了我们分。真冤呀！

在近一个月的时间里，我们班众多运动健将们都在刻苦训练。这些都是为了今天的4月26号，也就是一年一度令我们盼望已久的运动会。

随着扬校长郑重并铿锵有力的宣布运动会的召开，便想起了激情澎湃的《运动员进行曲》。场上彩旗飘飘，阳光明媚，不禁让所有人热血沸腾，我更是激动不已。第一个项目60米跑步便有我的份，我镇定地来到检阅处，望着身旁个个都是久经沙场的精英，这种高手如云的场面让我心里没了谱。到了比赛场地，做好了热身运动，便轮到我们这一组。我两脚分开，屈膝半蹲，一手后摆，眼睛死死地盯着前方，耳朵仔细地锁定声音。“呯”!随着一声清脆的枪响，我们像一群脱缰的野马，拼尽全力冲了出去。五(4)班的胡海娟，一马当先，像足下生风似的。其他人也都奋力追赶，我更是不甘示弱，使劲摆动着双臂，双脚像两只灵活的小棒槌，急速地敲打着地面。但胜负已定，其他同学都比我快，我用尽毕生气力，奋力前追，但还是最后一个冲过终点。我垂头丧气地回到座位上，同学们都七嘴八舌地安慰我。顿时，我感到了一种不可名状的快乐，立刻把刚刚的不愉之事抛到九霄云外。

很快就是400米赛跑了，我们班的大将程思颖当然不会错过这个大显伸手的好机会。只见她胸有成竹，毫无畏惧上了场。“呯”!在这千钧一发的时刻，程思颖毫无意外的当上了领头羊。在相当于2圈的400米，运动员们像离弦的箭冲出起跑线，第一圈时，程思颖与第一名周顺柔相持不下。但到了第二圈时，周顺柔耐力十足，而程思颖体力不支了，我们拉拉队声嘶力竭地喊道:“加油!程思颖!加油!”响彻了整个云霄，充满了每个角落。程思颖听到我们的呐喊声，更是有浑身使不完的劲儿，与第一名的距离越来越远，虽然，她第二个冲到终点，但是我们升起大拇指，赞叹不已。

我马上要参加800米跑了，长跑可是我的强项，我心平气和地来到了比赛场地，做好准备运动，等待着。数分钟过后，我上场了。第一圈，我自然的当上了领头羊，第二三圈都是一样的，直到第四圈，我以为这是最后一圈，所以我发威了，“搜”一声拉大了距离，谁知还有第五圈，第五圈，就在离冲刺线还有一丁点距离的时候，黄莹莹追上来了，我不放弃，我再次发力了，我又追上了，黄莹莹又追上我了，当她追上我的时候，已经到了终点了，我也到了终点。虽然拿了个银牌，但是这个银牌很有意义!

我们班还有许多人拿到了名次(请看下表)，为班争了光。就这样，运动会在一片片呐喊声、欢呼声中结束了，真是让人难以忘怀!

随着庄重的进行曲，我们迎来了宁围四小第二届班级运动会。一眼望去我们的“战场”，根据比赛项目的不同被划分成若干区块，分别是：跳高区块；跳远区块；垒球区块和跑步区块等等。各个专业裁判都在忙忙碌碌的准备着；再望观众席，人山人海，拉拉队员们一个个都热情高昂，后勤工作的同学早已将水和毛巾等准备到齐；又望运动员们精神抖擞，信心百倍，胜利就在前方。

在比赛过程中，有许多让人感动的事，如：五年级的六十米决赛中，顾佳婧同学在起跑线上扭了扭脚，后来想加快些速度，不小心在离终点不远处摔了一跤，但还是咬咬牙坚持跑到了终点，这种可贵的勇气实在让我敬佩。再来说说我们班跑1500米的三位同学吧。1500米可不是一个小数目，跑1500你要有足够的耐心和勇气。整整绕操场跑六圈，有些人连想都不敢想，而我们班的三位同学就完成了这个巨大的使命，其中还有一位是女同学。

这三名同学也获得了不错的成绩：女子第三名，男子第四名和第五名。这次比赛不仅测试出了我们班的体育成绩，还大大提高了我们班的团结精神。当一个运动员在比赛时，大家一起为他加油打气，如过一个运动员没获奖时大家一起安慰他。我希望这样别开生面的运动会以后多办几次!

5一次别开生面的运动会

森林里四年一度的运动会就要召开了，小动物们争先恐后的去报名。小猫皮皮和小狗东东是一对非常要好的朋友，他们也报名了。他们每天除了睡觉和吃饭，其它时间都在练习跑步。终于迎来了盛大的运动会，经过层层选拔，最后只有皮皮和东东凭自己的实力赢得了总决赛的资格。

决赛开始了，这一天来了很多前来观看的人。随着一声枪响，东东和皮皮像两支离铉的箭一样冲出了起跑线，他们跑得都非常快，可正当他们跑得正起劲时，小猫皮皮一不小心摔倒在地上，这一幕恰巧被小狗东东看见了，东东好不犹豫的跑过去把东东扶起来后才又向终点跑去。当小狗东东快要到达终点的时候，回头一看：咦，皮皮呢？原来皮皮刚才那一跤摔得太重了，站起来跑了没多远腿就又疼了起来，现在正在后面一瘸一拐的走呢。看到这种情景，小狗东东连忙跑过去扶起皮皮说：“来，皮皮，我扶你走。”小猫皮皮却说：“东东，你不用管我，别忘了这可是正在比赛。”小狗东东好像没听见皮皮的话，依然固执地扶着皮皮向终点走去，最后他们终于同时到达了终点。

这时兔子裁判可犯难了：冠军的奖杯只有一个，该给谁呢？还没等裁判开口，皮皮就站出来大声说：“东东是为了帮助我才和我同时到达的，以他的实力，他才是真正的冠军!”皮皮话音刚落，雷鸣般的掌声就响了起来，最后小狗东东获得了冠军，小狗东东激动地拉着小猫皮皮的手说：“皮皮，谢谢你!”小猫皮皮却真诚的说：“说这句话的人应该是我才对。”说完他们两个都开心的笑了起来。

近几天，我校--金师附小开展了一次别开生面的运动会，这次运动会很特别，与众不同。

就说60米短跑的蔡钰玉吧，蔡钰玉全力以赴，像箭一样的冲出去，脚飞快地跑，身轻如燕，连头发都飞起来了，像在宇宙中穿越时空，对方也不甘示弱，紧逼蔡钰玉直冲而上，可巳经太晚了，蔡钰玉早已冲向前方--终点了。蔡钰玉靠她天天的艰苦训练，取得了第一名，全心全意地为我们三(八)班争添荣誉，争了光彩。蔡钰玉她是我们班上跑步速度最快的，也是整个年级组中跑的算快的。

再说跑400米的同学吧!他全神贯注地投入到跑步当中，想为班级争光，他的脚步像飞机一样飞快地跑，他牙咬得很紧，远远地超过别人。他身体倾斜，似乎要飞起来一样。三(八)班，三(八)班，冲刺三秒八。冲刺吧!用尽你全身力量，冲刺吧!为三(八)班的荣誉而加油。加油啊!一定要取得第一，加油啊!我为你加油!我在一旁兴奋不已的喊着。我全神贯注地看着这场比赛，竭尽全力地为比赛的运动员加油。

这真是一次别开生面的运动会。

7一次别开生面的运动会

今天，我们学校召开春季运动会。早8时整我校的花束队、彩旗队、腰鼓队及运动员代表在欢快的运动员进行曲中，踏着整齐的节拍参加了开幕式。随着校长的一声：“临邑县实验小学春季运动会现在开始”。顿时，整个操场上人山人海成了欢乐的海洋，就像在鸟巢一样。这次运动会设有60米、100米赛跑及扔垒球比赛项目。我们四年级四班参加了其中的两项。

比赛正式开始，在60米赛跑时，平常号称“飞毛腿”的朱传奇同学摩拳擦掌、跃跃欲试。待发令枪一响，运动员就像离弦的箭一样冲了过去，朱传奇同学也不甘似弱，他就像刘翔一样遥遥领先，只见他憋着一股劲嗖嗖地在我们身边跑过，20米……10米，到了到了，“朱传奇第一，朱传奇第一”。同学们兴奋的喊着。果然他取得了第一名的好成绩。我们班的同学纷纷鼓起了掌，跑上前去祝贺他。

扔垒球比赛也正式开始了，号称“大力士”的张卓同学正在做着准备工作，比赛前同学们都纷纷给她打气，前面的同学都扔出了不错的成绩，在看张卓同学拿起垒球使出浑身的劲用力一抛，只见垒球在空中划过优美的弧线后重重的砸在地上。大家都屏住呼吸，看老师测量。21.5米，她取得了第二名的好成绩。虽然她没有取得第一名，但是我们一样跑上前去祝贺她。因为在比赛场上他们都是英雄。

比赛结束了，我们班取得了两个第一，三个第二的好成绩。在这次运动会上同学们发扬了勇于拼搏的奥运精神。让我们深切的感受到：只有强健的体魄，才能建设我们美丽的家园。

校园里同学们见面相互提醒。你猜我们要干什么？让我来告诉你吧，我们学校召开了激动人心，别开生面的一场运动会。同学们正争先恐后地向操场赶呢。

我们伴随着激昂的《运动员进行曲》来到操场，已经有好多班级在那里等待了。我们来到指定的位置，迫不及待地期盼着运动会的开始。

一会儿，在老师一声令下，二百米赛跑开始了。我们相信我们班能拿第一名，因为有郭新宾和赵璇这两位“飞毛腿”。果然，在离终点五六十米远的地方，郭新宾突然加速，立刻甩出对手好几米远。赵璇也是如此。结果他们一起冲刺，跑到最前面。同学们激动地欢呼、拥抱，李老师和陈老师也乐得合不拢嘴。

六十米接力是最精彩的项目。男子接力时，因为李万杰的一个失误，使我们班落到最后一名。身为最后一棒的郭新宾迈开他那短小而轻便的腿，很快让我们班反超为第一。我们忍不住大喊“太棒了!”女子接力赛时，汪涵菁看到我们班落后，跑得越来越快，一不小心跌倒了。老师扶起她，让她去休息，可是她依然坚持走了下来，把棒递给了赵璇。我们都被她的精神打动了。

“加油!加油!”哎呀!又有新项目了，我得去加油，再见!

January 1st is New Year‘s Day. It‘s a great day for all the people throughout the world. As the saying goes, A good beginning is half the battle. So, many people go all out to celebrate the important day. On that day, I went to the Book City with my classmates. We bought a lot of useful reference books and interesting story books. I believe Knowledge is power. I hope I can learn a lot from these books and improve my study. In the evening, my family had a big dinner party. All the members in my family wished me a good luck in the new year.

I remember it like yesterday.We were all waiting patiently for my father to come home from the race track.He promised me and my sister that if he won,he would take us all to Rye Playland.

The minutes felt like hours.It was the longest hour of my life.Then finally we heard the car door shut.Me and my sister ran to the front door anxiously waiting for the news.He opened the door and walked in.We tried to read the expression on his face but of course he was looking down while taking his sneakers off.

The suspense was killing us.Then he looked up.No words were spoken between us and our father.He just gave us a blank stare.I didnt know what to think.I was scared to ask because I was so worried of the response.

New year new day, new year is coming, and we all preparing for it.

新的一年新的一天，新的一年即将到来，我们都在为他做准备。

This year I have learnt many things, and I wish next year I will learn more knowledge!
