运动会开始了。最精彩的比赛项目是迎面接力.。我们班的运动员们做着充分的准备,而我们这些拉拉队员们就手上抬着运动员们脱下来的衣服，为他们做好后勤工作。比赛终于开始了。枪声一响，我们班的运动员拿着棒子像一支离弦的弓箭一样射了出去。我们班领先了!拉拉队员们使劲喊着“加油”，为运动员们打气。可是好景不长，在陈莹子同学和另一个女同学接棒的时候掉棒了。我们班一下子就落后了。可是我们班的运动员不服输，大家一个比一个跑得快，拉拉队员们也不停地大声呼喊为他们鼓劲。在大家的共同努力下我们一点点地追上了其他班级，又一次领先了。最后，虽然没突破记录实在有点遗憾，可是却夺得了第一名，还不是我们这些运动员和拉拉队员的功劳?这让我明白了一个道理：团结就是力量。只要我们齐心协力，什么困难都可以克服。我想对运动员说：“你们都是最棒的!只要你们尽力来比赛就都为班级做出了贡献。我祝愿你们在明年的运动会上取得更好的成绩!”

Seeing my whole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite

teacher is only one. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head

teacher. He is about fifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a

little bent. He always wears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in

study. He always thinks us before everything. His class is very interesting and

full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is very strict to us in

study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us without hesitation.

Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takes the place of

a kind father.

In my life I have met many people who are really worth mentioning.But perhaps the most unforgettable person I have ever known is my English Teacher.

It is his special quality that is always kept in my memory.

For one thing,I was attracked by his wide range of knowledge.I remember that we students always attended his class with great eaherness because his lectures were humourously delivered,and he never failed to give us valuable advice.Nothing seemed difficult to learn after his explanation.

校运第一天上午是100米预赛。我的心里压力真的很大。因为，我根本不知道自己能否通过预赛，没想到竟然跑了小组第一!其实我知道，4班徐鹏鹏，没有用全力。下午，是200米预赛。庆幸的是，我那组的对手都不咋样。不过看到第一组的比赛十分激烈，这也迫使我要尽力去跑。结果很轻松，又是小组第一。接下来是20人接力比赛。刚跑完200米，我已经有点体力不支了。20人接力中我们班的女生，经常跑错位置，右边接棒，偏偏要跑到左边来!无奈无奈，到我接棒时，是最后一棒，什么都不管了!撒腿向终点跑去!终于，我们不是倒一，这证明，我脚抽筋是值得的!哈哈哈哈

第二日，才是重头戏。上午，有我的100米，200米决赛。陈嘉明跟我说，不要想那么多，尽力!不要看别人!真的很感谢他。

一大早，我就换好裤子准备了。比赛时，由于太紧张，裁判老师还没发枪，我就跑了一点点，第二次又是这样。不知道老师是不是在开玩笑，等我平静一点时，他就开枪了!害得我还在起点呢，别人已经跑了。说时迟，那时快，我也不要老命了，追赶上去，可能是由于昨天脚抽筋了，可能是追得太猛了，所以仍落后了一点点。终于，我超过了6班的选手，与徐鹏鹏并争第一，哈，结果还是输给他了。到终点后，他很友好的跟我握手“谢谢你，放水了(没尽力)”。友谊第一嘛，呵呵，我也很满足了。

11点时，200米决赛终于来了。对此，我有十分的把握，我们班前三名有2个，结果怎么样都很美好。加油!哈，最后，不负众望，冠军--我的;季军--鸿哥的，早说2班包揽前三了!哈哈哈哈!

下午，最后一项，就是4*75接力了。我是最后一棒，看着前面已经落后，真想快点接到棒，冲到前面去。然而这个梦想还是破灭了。3班已经有人接到最后一棒了。没法子。不过，还是让我追上一个。哈哈，不过到终点还是摔了一跤，幸好没事。

这次运动会，我没有遗憾了。

The first snow came. How beautiful it was, falling so silently all day

long, all night long, on the mountains, on the meadows, on the roofs of the

living, on the graves of the dead! All white save the river, that marked its

course by a winding black line across the landscape; and the leafless trees,

that against the leaden sky now revealed more fully the wonderful beauty and

intricacies of their branches. What silence, too, came with the snow, and what

seclusion! Every sound was muffled, every noise changed to something soft and

musical. No more tramping hoofs, no more rattling wheels! Only the chiming of

the sleigh-bells, beating as swift and merrily as the hearts of children.
