盼望已久的运动会终于如期举办了，我兴奋不已。穿上漂亮的校服早早得来到学校，等待着运动会的开始。伴随着音乐的响起，运动会开始了。走上看台，为我们班的体育健儿们呐喊助威，为他们加油鼓劲儿。最令人感动的是1500米运动员——松松。1500是一个多么遥远的距离，对于女生来说是一个多么严峻的考验。为了我们班的荣誉，松松第一个挺了出来，要求跑1500米。我十分惊讶，真是对她另眼相看，她真了不起。

只听“啪”的一声，1500的比赛开始了。运动员们开始了漫长的比赛，她们犹如离弦的箭一般冲出起点。松松被落在了最后，她并没有放弃，一路朝前跑，马上就要超过前面的人了，我为她捏了一把汗，为她加油。好的，超了过去，松松你真棒！一圈，两圈，三圈，第四圈也过去了，她依然在咬牙坚持着，累得气喘吁吁的她额头上已满是汗珠。

每当她跑过我们班的位置时，同学们都会为她加油，给她鼓劲儿。松松抖擞精神，速度不但没有放慢，反而越跑越快，落在最后的一位同学都急红了脸，恨不得长出一对翅膀飞过去。随着终点的临近，拉拉队的呐喊助威声也越来越高，一阵盖过一阵。松松依然保持着自己的位置直到最后。虽然她只是倒数第二名，但她在我心中永远是第一。因为如果没有她，班里1500米名单上就会是空缺；如果没有她，我们班就会被其他班笑话；如果没有她，就会让别的老师认为我们班是胆小鬼。松松，你真棒！

通过全体运动员的努力，我们班获得了全年级第三名的成绩。汗水和笑容流淌在同学们的脸上，荣誉传动在大家的心里，虽然这次运动会大家都非常的累，但大家都非常的高兴。

一天的运动会就这样结束了，又哭又笑。有花有果。有苦有甜。这次运动会使我明白了一个道理：要做一个勇敢的人，要时刻为班级着想，为他人着想；不要以自己为中心，要以班级为一个整体，要以班级为荣。

这次活动虽然结束了，但是这次运动会情景却深深留在了我的脑海里。我想：只要尽力，不慌张，人生道路上还有许多“第一次”我没有经历过，我一定要把握好“第一次”的关口，为以后打下基础。

一片黄叶，被风吹起，在风中飞舞着。是落叶纷飞的秋天，我们学校迎来了热烈的秋季运动会。

学校的早晨，我搬着无比沉重的椅子来到操场，却见广阔的操场上红旗飘扬，主席台上贴着“2017季秋季运动会”几个醒目的大字。哦，秋季运动会，一整天都不用在教室里学那些无聊枯燥的知识。想到这里，手上的重量轻了些，我带着满怀期待的心情走向班级区域。

开幕式后，运动会比赛开始了。跑道上，运动员英姿焕发，像欲展翅飞翔的雄鹰；跳高场地上，横杆不断升高，运动员也不断提升着自己的极限；投掷区，“手榴弹”不断飞向蓝天，落向远方。到处都是紧张的比赛，到处都是热烈的掌声。

第一个项目是3000米竞走。3000米！这个数字在我心里一震。在小学，400米我小跑下来就已经“苟延残喘”了，“3000米”那是在我基础上的8倍还要有超出他人的速度，无论成绩怎样，我都不禁对那些参加竞走的运动员有了一分敬意。那些竞走的同学，一个个大汗淋漓，却用最快的速度坚持了下去。

紧接着是长跑。长跑要在有足够体力的基础上拼速度。“砰”枪声一响，运动员们像离线的箭一样飞了出去。我们班的王昊同学遥遥领先，四面响起了有节奏的“加油”声。耶！赢了！周围响起热烈的掌声和喝彩声。

马上又到了接力比赛。枪声响起，第一棒运动员们健步如飞，你争我抢地向前冲刺；紧接着，第二个运动员拿到接力棒，风驰电掣般地继续向前冲去；第三棒险象环生；第四棒最关键，运动员全力以赴，此起彼伏，反败为胜。

夕阳西下，运动会在音乐声、欢笑声中结束了。我们班的运动成绩并不太好，我却对那些运动员们有着深深的敬意。运动会不仅是体能的考验，更是心灵的考验。不能急于求成，要沉着应战；还要信任队友，这样才能配合默契。泰戈尔在诗中说，“天空没有翅膀的影子，但我已飞过。”；艾青对朋友说，“也许有人到达不了彼岸，但我们共同拥有大海。”或许我们班没有显赫的成绩，但运动场上留下了运动员们的足迹；或许我们班没有荣耀的奖状，但老师与同学心中留下了运动员们拼搏的身影。

回家的路上，风很轻，周围一切都很恬静。我的心却是躁动的。

Protect our environment

In the last several decades, our earth has been extremely polluted, such as air pollution, water pollution, noise pollution and so on. In recent years, the extreme weather becomes more and more frequent. Winter gets colder and summer becomes hotter and it rains more frequently. All of these warn us that protecting the environment is a serious and emergent event. As our general people, we should build proper lifestyle. We should pay attention to water and light saving. When we go out, we should firstly choose the public transportation. The most important is that we must realize that we can do a lot of things to protect our environment. Its our duty to make our home better. Let’s change from ourselves.

Unlike Martin Luther King’s, my dreams are fair and plain, and there are

many of them. I have a dream from the first time I sit in a car—I want to

drive.

Driving is like running without foot, racing without strength. It’s the

most meaningful way to meet human being’s desire of “faster”. When driving, I

have to put all my spirit to. Operating a car at ease will cost years of

experience.

Driving will take me to my wanting destination, no matter it rains or snows

or winds. I never am afraid of shoes wet, umbrella broken or ears frozen. A car

is rather like a moving house, which protects me completely and helps me rush

directly to the aim hanging ahead. That suits my nature perfectly: love to take

risks conservatively. A smooth ride in a good car is an enjoyable satisfaction.

Seeing rows of trees moving backward rapidly, a feeling of stepping forward will

fill fully in my mind. With music hovering, breeze blowing, my soul flies in the

air.

I was always sick when took a ride of a car, especially when I was young.

Father told me that a driver would never have carsick. That may be one of the

important reasons for me to desire driving.

This summer I am going to learn driving and get my car license. The dream

with all my heart will follow the promise it had made.

学校组织了一次趣味运动会。刚听到这个消息时，我以为只是学校为了让我们放松心情、缓解压力。而现在回忆起来，却使我受益匪浅。

我共参加了三个项目：螃蟹接力、越野跑、勇攀高峰。

参加螃蟹接力和勇攀高峰时，我都较有把握，这两项比赛我都得了第一。但越野跑时，我心中却没有了自信，认为自己必定不能取得好成绩。

参加越野跑的共有四十多人，只有前二十名有名次，二十名以外的却一无所有。虽然我平时的跑步成绩还不错，但是对于长跑我却不合适，更何况是和全年级的人比，

我的脸色渐渐发白，手心和额头也布满了冷汗，身上冰凉冰凉的，双腿也在不停地颤抖。

我突然想起一个方法可以有自信：对着自己的大拇指吹气，默念“我能行。”于是，我照做了，心里的波澜仿佛渐渐平息。

开跑了，我的前排顿时充满了人，使我落在了后面。渐渐地，人群慢了下来，趁这个机会，我立刻加速。到后半部分，我跑不动了，开始大口大口地喘着粗气，双腿像灌了铅一样。我想，走到终点算了，于是，脚步开始慢了下来。后来又一想，如果这样走到终点的话，肯定拿不到前二十名，这不毁了我一世英名吗？不行，我一定不能落下。顿时，我感到一股自信的力量充满了我的全身，我开始做冲刺的准备。离终点还有五十多米时，我听到同学为我加油，步伐又加快了。终于到了终点，我拿了全年级第十。

经过这次运动会，我从一个不自信、不相信自己的人变得自信，在遇见任何事时，我想，我都会对自己说一声：“我能行！”
