Some just don’t believe that they can buygood quality commodities from Internet. As far as I’m concerned, I think onlineshopping creates lots of benefits to people.

Firstly,buying things online is a way of saving time. Compared with the traditional wayof shopping, we have no need to go out to pick up our favorite goods from storeto store. Just a click, we can have things in our shopping cart and just waitfor the goods to be delivered to us. To this extent, not only we can save thetime of finding things from store to store but we don’t need to spend time ontransportation. Thus, we can save lots of time to enjoy fun.

Secondly,buying things online can save our money. People buy commodities by Internet notonly because it saves us time, but also, we can save lots of money. It is oftenseen that some people just go to the physical store to check out thecommodities they want to buy and then they would search for their favoritecommodities online and take the order. 今天是星期三，我盼望已久的运动会终于来到了。

吃过早饭，大家早早的来到了学校。天空中下着绵绵细雨在老师的带领下，我们排着整齐的队伍，踏着轻快的步伐，来到了学校的运动场。

首先，是我最喜欢的开幕式。向左一看，军乐队人员们昂手阔步的往前走，他们飒爽英姿的排着一支整齐的队伍，真像一个个魁梧的军人。最前面的是那鲜艳的五星红旗，五星红旗迎风飘扬，活像大海的波浪。军乐队后面是花束队，各色各样的花摇着头真想我们打招呼呢!

接着，主持人宣布比赛就要开始了，要求所有的运动员到比赛场地集合，只见运动员们信心满满的迈着大步走了过去，进行自己的赛前准备。

比赛正式开始了。最精彩的是廖涵的1000跑和林龙腾的400米跑。只见廖涵精神抖擞的入场了，裁判员枪声令下，“呼”的一声，廖涵立刻像离弦的箭一样冲了出去。草坪上沸腾了，我们班大声喊着：“加油”“加油”……还有一圈了，还有半圈了，还有十米了，近了，更近了，“耶”我们班的廖涵得了第一名。

接下来，就是林龙腾的400米跑了。“啪”的一声，在一声清脆的抢声下，林龙腾风一般的冲了出去，只听见激烈的加油声，一声比一声高，林龙腾在同学们加油声的鼓励下，跑得更快了。还有五十米了，林龙腾开始了最后的冲刺。我们班得了第三名。

最后，决定胜负的拔河比赛就要开始了，我们的“敌人”脱下了校服，露出了蓝色的运动衫，真像出征的“战士”。而我们班在气势上也绝不输给他们，只见男同学个个摩拳擦掌，摆出必胜的架势。裁判枪声令下，一场精彩激烈的拔河比赛开始了，可我们的“敌人”正处于上风，最后我们只好以失败告终。

比赛注定有胜负，但是只要有不怕苦、努力拼搏的精神，才能够获得成功的喜悦因为失败是成功之母。

“加油，加油!”操场上传来一片排山倒海般的呼喊声，猛如雄狮，气壮山河，学校的运动会正式拉开帷幕。

不幸的是，青春的号角未能奏响明媚的阳光，反之，却迎来了秋日的蒙蒙雨色。

但是，这一切的一切并不能阻挡我们的努力拼搏，追求胜利，为班级争光的步伐。天时不如地利，地利不如人和，三者之中，人和最重要。

你看!赛场上的运动员健步如飞，你追我赶，像利剑般冲向终点。虽然一个个都汗流浃背，可谁也不甘示弱。蹦蹦跳跳的小袋鼠们争先恐后;实心球像飞翔的鸟儿一样把灰蒙蒙的天空装点地别有一番风味，比赛的氛围更是被推向高潮!

时隔几日，若再让我回想，那我一定毫不犹豫地选择“抢收抢种”，因为我也是队伍中的一员。

漫长的等待，比赛终于开始了。只听见“吱——”的一声哨响，第一棒同学楞了一下，随机像豺狗般扑向那堆肉，等他拎着袋子回来时，别的队伍第二棒选手已经出发了。

第二棒的同学生怕落后，抢了袋子就如离弦的箭般刺了出去。可是，拉弓射箭时，箭射的远不远不仅要看用的力气大不大，同时也要掌握技巧，考虑箭本身的重量。渐渐的，他看起来有点体力不支了，不知道是不是袋子里的实心球太重了。欲速则不达，越是心急，就越是落后。到了终点，他连如何放下实心球都不知道了，竟然一颗一颗将实心球往外掏，他那让人眼花缭乱的动作，真使我怀疑他的手在下一秒钟会不会打结。

终于轮到我了，我拿上袋子，卯足了劲地往前冲。也不知道过了多久，我一抬袋子，不禁发出了疑惑：咦?袋子怎么轻飘飘的?又往前跑了一会儿，我猛地想起，实心球忘记拿了。我一个健步，跑到实心球面前，一股脑的往里塞。这个活动看起来简单，其实其中需要的技巧可多了!我费了九牛二虎之力，才传给第四棒。他奋力直追，渴望在最后关头挽救全局，可惜，无济于事。

虽然我们没得到第一，但我们并不感到自卑与沮丧，因为我们尽了力。

运动会展示了学生的青春与风采，考验了体能与心理的具体实践。它锻炼的是体力，激活的是生命，弘扬的是个性、青春与活力，收货的是笑脸和精神风貌。所有的选手在本届运动会上，赛出了成绩，赛出了风格，在比赛中发掘了更多风采和梦想，在比赛中创造了更多的美好与辉煌!

Communication is common and important in our daily life. All of us live

with others in the society and no one can live cut off from it. Everyday, we

must talk to others to give and get information, but how can we communicate with

others? Some people claim that they don’t know what to say and how to speak to

others, strangers especially. I think first you should find a topic that both of

you are interested in. Then, pay attention to your manners, speed, pitch,

expressions and your body language. You should make others feel comfortable, so

that they are willing to talk to you. Last but not the least, being a good

listener. Listening to others shows your respect to them. Only when they heard,

今天是我们学校举行春季田径运动会的第三天，从昨天晚上开始我就又紧张又兴奋的一晚上都没睡好，紧张的是明天有我的项目迎面接力，兴奋的是自己也有机会能为班级争得荣誉啦！

早上还不等妈妈叫我起床，我就早早醒来，洗漱完毕跟妈妈一块来到了学校，妈妈今天专门来给我加油助威，我真是高心极了。天气也特别晴朗，阳光明媚，感觉路边的小花小草也在对着我微笑一般。

到学校后我们吃完早饭就来到了运动会操场，远远就看见我们的小方阵上摆得整整齐齐的小凳子，主席台上红旗迎风飘扬，参加第一个项目的同学们已经开始在操场上练习起来，大家个个斗志高扬。我们的迎面接力是第三个项目，金老师集合我们参加迎面接力的运动员到了运动场的中心，让大家先热热身，活动活动脚踝，跟我们讲了一些注意事项：一定要右手拿棒，并且把棒子一定要递到同学手里，不要紧张，争取不要掉接力棒尽力往前冲就好。老师讲完注意事项后就让我们又练习一番，可在练习当中我们有好几个同学都没接好棒，大家的情绪一下子又紧张了起来，老师安慰我们不要紧张，就算比赛中掉了棒子，也要沉着冷静。

终于到了我们的项目了，比赛开始了，我们第一棒跑过来就稍微有点落后，男生们接到棒后都奋力的往前跑，结果意外还是发生了，崔雅晴在给队友递棒子时 ，一紧张直接把棒子扔到了地上，结果一下子耽误了时间，李一天捡起棒子飞也似的往前冲，到我接棒时我稳稳地接过接力棒，也跟离弦的剑似的往前跑，耳边只听见呼呼的风声和同学们阵阵的加油声，我觉得自己浑身充满了力量，渐渐地我们队员超过了一个又一个对手，冲到了终点。最后我们班级得了个总分第三名。尽管没有取得第一名，但大家并没有因为这小小的失误而放弃努力的精神鼓舞着我们所有人，我也为自己能为班级出一份力而自豪，这真是一次令我难忘的运动会呀！
