等大人们都上来后，我便在他们的前面狂跑，任由他们追，等他们追得上接不接下气的时候，我便跑到他们面前对他们说："就这点路程都跑不完，真差劲。"妈妈却对我说："你行，你去跑吧！我们不追你了，跑丢了可不关我们的事啊！"妈妈的话音刚落，大家都起劲了来逗我、"控诉"我。

结果，我竟像"丧家犬"似的，跟在他们身后，他们也是漫无目的地，东看看，西望望，我始终如"跟屁虫"似的跟着他们。

Li Hua spent too much time playing computer games and he fell behind

others. As a good friend of his, I must do something to help him.

Firstly, I think its very important for him to learn lessons well. He

should spend most of his time on his study instead of computer games. Secondly,

I must tell him that playing computer games too much is bad for his health,

especially for his eyes. So he must give it up. I can play more sports with him

after school. Maybe he will become more interested in sports than computer

home, and listen to his stories about the interesting things that happened when

say in what way he benefits the society. In fact, his disobeying game rules sets

a bad example for young people, and his abandoned behavior encourages people to

experiment with sex and violence. Besides, his job does not require special

skills or years of training and education. Although he can entertain and excite

audience, I do not think he is justified to receive so much money and his job

can be considered essential.

On the other hand, most people in ‘ordinary’ professions like nurses,

doctors and teachers earn only a small fraction of the income of these “stars”.

However, if we give a careful look at these professions, we will find that they

not only require special skills and years of education but also help the people

and the whole society. For instance, teachers disseminate knowledge to the

society; doctors and nurses give patients good medical care and prolong their

life. They are much more useful, and actually more essential to society than

sports personalities. Without these ‘ordinary’ professions, our society would

stop progressing. Their salaries should relate to skill, education or the value

of the inpidual to society.

Things should be done to make salaries fairer. Huge amounts of money shall

be given to more deserving people. It seems that the only solution is to impose

heavy taxes upon people who earn excessively high salaries.

今天是10月15日，是学校每年举行运动会的重要日子，我是第一次参加如此隆重的运动会，这简直和奥运会差不多，开幕式结束然后由国旗手、升旗，唱国歌。随后校长一声令下运动会开始了。

visiting. We stayed there for four days. We lived in a small fishing village. On

University is consideredas the most beautiful and romantic campus in China.

终于等到了第二天，我们搬着凳子来到了操场上，没过多久，运动会就开始了。首先是开幕式，校领导致辞后，就到了初二年级的表演，伴着激昂的音乐，他们开始舞动起来，有的同学看出了他们在排大字，之后又跳起了舞动中国，舞步十分整齐。把我们的兴趣都调动了起来。

表演结束后就开始正式比赛了。第一个项目就是三千米竞走，三千米，对我来说是一个遥远的数字，可能在小学并没有接触过，所以年级里女生只有两个人，其中一个就是我们班的尹维佳，以前并没有竞走经验的她主动地报了竞走，想要尝试一下，挑战自己。

比赛开始了，只见尹维佳一开始就使了全力，把对手远远的落在了后面，但比赛要绕操场走十圈，到了后面尹维佳开始体力不支了，速度慢慢的降了下来，这时，已经酝酿好的对手开始反击了，她的速度渐渐提高，开始和尹维佳并排了。到了最后一圈，她的对手越来越快，渐渐超过了尹维佳，比赛结束，我们是最后一名。虽然是最后一名，但只要付出了全力，超越了自己就不是输。能让她走上三千米的跑道的，是坚定的毅力和无比巨大的勇气。

在运动会上还发生了令我佩服的一件事，初二男生比100米，一个穿红色运动装的同学一开始速度就十分快，快到终点了，突然他的腿一软，狠狠地摔到了地上，在他附近跑道上的同学，不顾比赛成绩，直接跑过去把他扶起来，放弃了比赛，看到这，我十分感动，为他们的友谊感到高兴。友谊第一，比赛第二。其实，比赛不是最重要的，重要的是从中得到锻炼，学到经验，增加同学们间的感情，这才是运动会应该做到的。

最后，通过我们班所有同学的努力，七班获得了年级第二的好成绩。

这场运动会，教会了我很多。虽然运动会结束了，但我永远都不会忘记这次意义深刻运动会。

“每天锻炼一小时，健康生活一辈子”这是许多人常说的一句老话。运动，可以带给我们许多，然而现在的人都有迷恋上了电子产品而抛弃了运动。

以前，我不想运动，更不敢跑步，因为以前我一跑步就会摔跤，并且会受伤，每每当我摔跤时就会摔掉一大块皮，虽然只是皮外伤，但却让我对跑步产生了恐惧感。而现在，每次跑步时，我便成了班上女生羡慕的对象，因为每次跑步，我总是班上女生中的第一名，但我认为，我的成绩还远远不够，因为在小学时，我与别班女生比赛长跑，却是倒数二、三名。其实，我跑步能取得这样的成绩，完全是源于一个故事。一天早上，天还没亮，我打算晨跑，我心想：“天还没亮，应该没有人比我更早起来晨跑吧！”于是我整理好一切，赶忙跑出家门，一到路上，却看见许多老人家和哥哥姐姐都在努力地跑着。我不解的问一个老奶奶：“老奶奶，你们为什么这么早就起来运动呢？”老奶奶回答道：“因为早上运动有利于气脉的顺畅，有助于我们的身心健康，而且我们一边跑步还可以一边观赏风景，对眼睛也有好处，何乐而不为呢？”我又答道：“哦，我知道了，我和您一起跑吧！”从此以后，我就每天开始坚持晨跑，这对我的健康有很大的帮助。在小学时，我还因表现出色被学校选中当了长绳和短绳队员呢！在一次次的运动中，我身体气色越来越好了。

运动有益我们的健康，我们应多运动，身体才会更强壮，才会更有力量，运动，带给我健康，使我更精神。
