习惯，人人皆有之，但却有高下之分、文野之别、优劣之异。勤勉与懒惰，整洁与邋遢，深思慎断与轻信盲从，默默务实与好大喜功……都会在不同人身上形成不同的习惯。习惯一旦养成，就会成为一种根深蒂固的东西，影响人的行为和人生走向。习惯、性格、命运成为一个链条，正是这种奇特的链条使得一些人或出类拔萃，卓越超群;或平平庸庸，碌碌无为。良好的习惯，可以成就一个人，其永远受益;不良的习惯，其祸害无穷，甚至可以葬送人生。

那么我们该怎么去培养良好的习惯呢?我认为应注意以下六个方面：

一要加强学习，不断提高修养。学习可以陶冶一个人的情操，提高一个人的修养，帮助形成良好生活习惯。一个拥有较高文化修养的人，必然注重自己各种生活细节。一个具有较高文化修养的人，必然懂得如何加强自我约束，懂得如何从点滴做起，因此，他就懂得如何去培养自己的生活习惯，为自己创造出一个适合自己发展的自然及人文环境。

二要从点滴做起，注意防微杜渐。习惯是一种定型的行为，是经过反复实践和锤炼而养成的思维、语言和行为方式。养成一种好的习惯不容易，但很重要;改掉一个坏习惯更不容易，却很可贵。如同逆水行舟，顶风远征，需要毅力和超越自我的能力。改变不良生活习惯，必须从点滴做起，注意生活中的任何一个细节，自觉做到见微知着，并时刻提醒自己，己所不欲，勿施于人。

三要自我鞭策，点燃上进的热情。着名教育家苏霍姆林斯基说：“自我教育需要有非常重要而强有力的促进因素——自尊心，自我尊重感，上进心。”初中时我和我的同学在自己的书桌上，都贴有各自的行动格言。如“不怕比别人差，就怕没有自信心”“只有先战胜自己，才能战胜一切困难”“习惯是一种顽强而巨大的力量，从现在做起，努力养成良好习惯”等等，这些既是我们的自我鞭策，又以此来接受别人的监督。

五要确定目标，向一个比我们自己强的人学习。上进心会促使我们和别人进行比较，以他为榜样，努力照他的学习习惯和长处去做。正如孔子所说：“三人行，必有我师焉，择其善者而从之，其不善者而改之。”这样一定有所进步有所收获。要确定一个目标，在这些比自己强的人的影响下，我们会慢慢地养成好的习惯。还要注意的是，确定目标有时就像跳高一样，定高了往往会因心理作用而达不到原来的高度;定低了，虽然能轻松过去，但往往也达不到原来的高度。所以说确定目标要切合实际。

（3）由and连接的并列单数主语之前如果分别由each, every修饰时，其谓语动词要用单数形式。例如：

（4）主语是单数时，尽管后面跟有 but ,except, besides, with 等介词短语，谓语动词仍用单数。例如：

（5） 一些只有复数形式的名词，如people, police, cattle, clothes等作主语时，谓语动词要用复数。例如：

A lot of people are dancing outside.

青春期，成了我们无恶不作的理由。我们用高傲，无所是事，自以为是的姿态在世间穿梭着。

少年们，当抽烟喝酒打架时，想想自己父母头上的白发，在旷课和老师较量谁才是老大时，想想父母在外面打拼的忙碌身影。父母是我们叛逆的受害者，时间是我们所要消耗的。这两种东西是我们不能伤害的，浪费不起的。

初二了，要面临结业了。现在的情况不允许我们再胡闹，再去大展自己的大将之风了。初一已经让我们挥霍过去，玩也玩了闹也闹了疯也疯够了吧！现在应该尽一尽学生的责任了吧。

别再让父母为我们的年少轻狂而流泪，别再让时间从我们的手中白白的流逝，别再让青春期成为我们随心所欲的理由！
