做一坛好酒，需要很多乡土元素，三担头陶瓮，竹笋壳、苎麻、羊皮纸。这酒未喝人已醉了。无论是富裕人家十几年做成的状元红，还是寻常人家酿米酒，都是一件庄重又热闹的事。隔壁邻居都会过来帮忙，有技术的出技术，没技术的打下手。糯米蒸熟后腾腾的热气把孩童们引来，偷偷抓上一把放嘴里是常有的事，惹得大人直叫“小心，别烫着！”酒酿成熟后，开缸都是甜甜的酒味，请老爷爷老奶奶尝个鲜，老人条条皱纹都流淌着笑意。
