4.初三备考是重中之重，加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《中考说明》、《导引》和中考试卷分析材料，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读、写作和应试能力的训练，力争顺利打响中考第一仗，争创中考英语成绩新辉煌。

5.加强科研文化建设，让研究成为习惯。研究能改变教师的生存状态，努力创设研究文化。本学期积极响应学校的科教研活动，开展一系列有关有效备课专题的活动：听说课的有效备课、阅读课的有效备课、复习课的有效备课。

6.继续建设本学科的资源库。建立学科的资源库，确实是一个利人利己的好举措。不断地添入新的资源，不断优化和建设资源库。

7.继续开展多样的学生活动，吸引学生的眼球,使学生更关注英语学习，营造有利于学生健康成长的学习环境。

总之，在校长室、教研室的带领下，我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

对于不同的人来说，现实和想象的距离是不同的，有的人只要稍加努力，便可使想象成为现实；而有的人无论怎样努力，到头也终是竹篮打水一场空。

我没有想到，真的没有想到，那一时的玩性会带来这样的后果……

那时候，我刚学会了一款游戏，游戏中有一个水池，参与者只要围着水池两圈，就可以穿越到一个岛屿，在那个岛上执行任务、尽情玩耍。我酷爱这款游戏，每当有空时，就会浮想联翩，幻想着自己也能进入那个“岛屿”。

终于等到机会了，有一次妈妈带我出去吃饭，旁边有一个人工湖，水不深，里面有灯，闪烁着光。酷似那款游戏的“入岛湖”，这可乐坏了我，吃了几口饭便兴高采烈地冲向了人工湖。

随妈妈一起来的一个妹妹也跟着我跑过来，我一心只在人工湖上，想来她跟着也无妨，便默认了她同我一起“入岛”。

我迫不及待地踩上台阶，开始绕圈走，心里十分激动。走了一圈半了，哈哈！我快“入岛”啦！我开始加速度……

——“扑通”一声，只听得人群一声“啊”的尖叫，我以为我进入“岛屿”了，却发现周围越来越多的人往这儿围观，我下意识扭头一看——妹妹不见了……落水啦！……我脑里一片空白，一个阿姨眼疾手快把妹妹拉了上来。接下来我只记得妈妈和妹妹的妈妈闻声赶来时焦急、惊讶的脸……

事后，我懊悔不已，立马退出了那个游戏，并且无数次幻想如果当时不去人工湖，或者不玩那款游戏，又该是怎样的结果，可惜那只是幻想，无数的人想得到后悔药，把一切想改变的事从头再来，可谁又真正如愿过呢？

再看看现实——在妹妹落水被救起后，（当时是冬天）、妈妈和阿姨用一条大毛巾把妹妹包得严严实实，妹妹仍不住地哆嗦，嘴里一直重复着一句话：“妈妈，我不打针，妈妈，我不输液！”我们安慰她：“没事儿，不会的”。

事与愿违啊！妹妹口中一切拒绝做的事情，全都来了——妹妹发烧了，先打了一针退烧针，葡萄糖点滴挂上，随后还开了一大堆中药西药。那中药的苦气围绕着我，我的表情仿佛也喝了一剂中药——难看极了。

回家的路上，我没受到责备，只得到一句“赞扬”：“你啊，上次跟妹妹玩儿，她踩到沼泽里去了，还好杨叔叔把她给拉上来，这次倒好，又把妹妹带到水里去了，你这姐姐呀，真挺好的哈”！我无言以对，只有红脸的份儿。却又禁不住扪心自问：“如果我沉迷那款游戏，事情应该不会那么糟吧”！已经发生的事，怎么回得去，已经发生的结局，又怎会让你随意改变呢？我呆了……

现实和想象，一个是我们必将不可挽回、也会发生的；而另一个是悔恨地想挽回错误的幻象？又或者是对美好未来的憧憬？反正我只知道——那不是真实的，真实往往恐怖得多！

在两者之间，我们都喜欢想象，但面对咱的只是现实……

Dear Mr. Wang,

Thank you for a rapid response to our invitation. Enclosed you will find an outline of events to take place during International Week here at the University of Montana. I will also list a number of possible speaking engagements so that you can choose those things in which you are most interested. As far as topics are concerned, the topics for classroom visits are generally determined by the professor, but most professors are very flexible. We have approximately thirty-five faculty members that teach courses in Asian Studies, ranging from language and culture to history and economics.

Here is a tentative schedule:

Sunday, April 8th

10 am - Cultural Exhibition opens

12 am - International Festival begins with a speech by the university president and an introduction of visiting dignitaries

1-5 pm - Opportunity to visit festival, interact with student performers, taste foods

6 pm - Dinner with Director of Mansfield Center Phil West, Ambassador Mark Johnson, and staff of Mansfield Center

As you can see, there is tremendous interest in China here at the University of Montana. Please let me know if this outline suits your purpose, and if not, please dont hesitate to offer any suggestions for changes. We can arrange as many or as few speaking engagements as you have time for.

Teacher is a great job in most students’ eyes. When they are asked what

they want to be in the future, most will say they want to be a teacher and make

a contribution to the society. Indeed, we have access to the teachers all the

time and they have great influence on us. So being a teacher is a ideal job for

most students, but for me, I want to be a librarian. I like reading books so

much and once I have time, I will be immersed in these novels. Books broaden my

vision, though I can’t travel to the places, I can still know about these famous

sites from these books. Being a librarian can make me have a lot of time to

read.

I like to do all kinds of sports, in the morning, I will do some jogging

and in the evening, sometime I will go to the gym with my friends. My favorite

sport is playing tennis, tennis brings my life so much happiness, I can watch

the match while talking to my friends happily. To do the sport will improve my

health and make me catch up with the time.

When I was small, one day, when I went home after school, I felt bored and

opened the TV, then I saw the tennis match. Two beautiful girls were playing

intensively, the game was so excellent, I couldn’t move my eye away from the

match. From then on, I started to fall in love with tennis, I watched many

matches and got to know more about the game.

Tennis sport is the combination of power and asthetics. The tennis players

dress the beautiful clothes and their power make the ball fly quickly. The other

tennis players will return the tennis ball with their rightly power. The game is

so wonderful, if we watch the match alive.

There is no doubt that I am a big fan of the tennis sport. I find so much

fun from it, it enriches my life.

First of all,I need to greatly improve my English in this semaster,for I’m already in Junior 2 now,and there’s no time to waste.

I’m really not good at English,and I think there’s a long road ahead of me.I am thinking about taking a TOEFL course on weekends to prepare for entering college.Besides,I need to learn something from my life,for example,I can read some kind of English books,watch some Enghlish movies etc.

On another hand,I wanna improve my spoken English,cuz its a kind of language which is used to communicate with others,but not just a subject that can prove I am a good student.My plan for the future is to study abroad,so the skill of spoken Enlish is really important to me.

My hometown is not what famous tourist attractions, but with its unique

charm; My hometown is not green hills and water, but with a languid brook; My

hometown is not gorgeous, but pure and fresh and natural.

Spring is a season for revival, at this time, in the home of individual

trees, there are many wild flowers with their own kind of flowers, fruit trees

sprout, so fresh green, then the living green, the flowers are also unwilling to

lag behind, scrambling to open, the flower is not as good as the odd coloured

different grass in the city there as jiao qi, precious, but show their vigor and

vitality, breathing the sunshine rain and dew of the field, it seemed to be very

satisfied, it revealed in plain ordinary people feel pure and fresh feeling.

I love my hometown, the hometown of green, the beauty of love home, love

hometown more vigor and vitality!
