二要从点滴做起，注意防微杜渐。习惯是一种定型的行为，是经过反复实践和锤炼而养成的思维、语言和行为方式。养成一种好的习惯不容易，但很重要;改掉一个坏习惯更不容易，却很可贵。如同逆水行舟，顶风远征，需要毅力和超越自我的能力。改变不良生活习惯，必须从点滴做起，注意生活中的任何一个细节，自觉做到见微知着，并时刻提醒自己，己所不欲，勿施于人。
