7月4日的早晨，我和妈妈还有我的朋友任禹城一起来到了游泳馆学习怎样游泳。

到了游泳馆，我们就和教练张老师一起换好衣服去学游泳。我们先和张老师做热身活动，做了热身活动才不会在游泳的时候腿抽筋。做完热身活动后。老师让我们带好游泳眼镜，“我们要准备下水了。”老师说道。下了水，张老师让我们练习漂浮、呼气等等其他动作。练了一会儿，老师让我们上岸来到躺椅旁边，我和任禹城趴在躺椅上练习收、翻、蹬夹。练习好了，张老师让我们下水拿着浮板练习。

快要下课了，我学会了蛙泳的踢水方法和换气，一个半小时的课程就这样结束了，我和妈妈恋恋不舍的离开了，下节课我要继续好好学习游泳，让张老师为我的进步感到惊讶!

今晚热得很，我坐在门前纳凉。抬头仰望天空，只见天空就像平静的海面，湛蓝、静谧。月亮好像月盘，它周围的星星有如镶嵌在天空中的一颗美丽的珍珠，闪烁着的星光，像顽皮的小孩在眨眼睛。

地面处，小草微微地点着头，叶子上的露珠滚动着，晶莹闪亮;草丛中，蛐蛐在唱着动听的歌;池塘里，青蛙在伞似的荷叶上为蛐蛐伴奏着。

大地慢慢的静下来，生物界的成员已经进入梦乡。月亮和星星仿佛也受到了感染，慢慢地睡着了。我不忍打扰它们，便轻轻地起步，默默地向它们告别。

啊!多么美丽的夏夜!

今天我和爸爸妈妈一起来到了我一直期待见到的白水寨。因为我的同桌去过那里，他说这里的风景不仅很美还能够看到极其雄伟壮观的景象。

我们走在一个山脚下，一条像丝绸一般的带子从山上飘下来，那般轻柔自由。爸爸说那是瀑布我并不相信，可是后来走近一看才发现这真是一条瀑布。这是我第一次看见从这么高的地方流下来的瀑布。真是美丽极了，精彩极了。

来到了门口，我看到了五个大字，上面写着：“天南第一梯”，下面写着：9999，意思是总共有9999级阶梯，我立刻吓得不敢去了，但我并没有被这点小事所屈服，而是自告奋勇地去挑战白水寨。

经过我们努力，我们来到了“瀑鸣台”，这里是第1425级了，到瀑鸣台，可以零距离地接触瀑布，感受它奔流直下的磅礴气势。

由于体力的限制，我们来到第2199级阶梯时已经气喘吁吁了，这里是“亲瀑台”，它是第二个零距离接触瀑布的地方了，我感受到瀑布的壮美，瀑布飞泻而下，水花溅到我的身上，好爽啊!

但是由于我妈妈实在走不动了，我和爸爸不断地鼓励下，经过两个多小时的努力下我们终于登上了第4099级的仙姑天池了，它是一个美丽的大湖，也是瀑布的水源，据说瀑布的落差有428.5米。我站在高处，再往下看，看到了连绵起伏的山岭，我们刚才走上来的山路弯弯曲曲的，蜿蜒在山中，犹如一条在山中盘旋的骏龙。不久，我们便带着好心情坐在巴士上沿着弯弯曲曲的山路下山了。

这次来到白水寨，让我感受到瀑布磅礴的气势，我体会到了自然的美，同时让我感受到“飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落九天”壮观。

national day plan

with the coming of national day, i have a one week holiday.

i really expect to it, because i want to have a short trip during these days.

i will travel tojiuzhaivalleywith my parents for three days.

i have heard that the scenery ofjiuzhaivalleyis very beautiful in autumn and it’s the best time to travel there.

When i was in high school, I had to study all the time and hardly had spare

time to do what i wanted to.Besides, I had to focus on my textbooks and doing

exercise again and again. Therefore, I had little time to read magazines and

novels and watch TV. what was worse, I couldnt play with my friends a lot, which

I couldnt stand the most. In a word, all i did in high shool should be

considered for the College Entrance Examination.

However, my college life is totally different from the life in high

school.I can arrange my time freely. I spend most of my time reading in the

library, where I can open my eyes and broaden my mind.In my free time, I also

join some clubs,where i can make a lot of friends of different majors. My

teachers in college are so kind and knowledgeable that they not only teach us

knowledge but also how to be a person and how to get on with others. In

The winter holiday is coming. I am very excited. I want to better my

I’m going to read some books and listen to music and relax for a few days

first. On the fifth day, I’m going to do my homework. Of course, I’m also going

暑假到来了，我总是在纠结我的暑假究竟要做什么呢?我要怎样才可以过一个有趣，愉快，精彩的暑假呢?我往年暑假都是在做些什么呢?

暑假生活的天数与寒假生活的天数相比是要来的更多一些。所以有许多的人们都选择了外出旅游，借此假日去欣赏祖国各地的大好河山;有些人则选择了给自己“充电”，补充自己的知识面。总之，在这2个月的暑假里每个人都独自享受着自己的生活。 对于身为学生的我来说，经过了一年的紧张学习，暑假的来临给我带来了更多的喜悦之情。在这个暑假里，我把自己每天的生活都安排的非常充实。

在刚刚放假的七月份里，我尝试了我人生中第一次的打工生活。整整的一个月打工生活，虽然十分的辛苦，也碰到了许多平时没有碰到过的大大小小问题与麻烦。在这短短的打工日子里，我学到了很多东西，也明白了父母们的工作艰辛。但是我却十分的开心。因为每次打工结束，我都会有一种欣慰感、自豪感以及成就感。当然，在体验社会的生活里，我也选择了一些自己比较感兴趣的书籍来“充电”，以此来扩展我自己的知识面。暑假里难免少不了和三、五个“死党”结伴去街上逛逛。欣赏着上海的变化、时尚的潮流、大自然的风情。不时，我们也会坐在繁华的步行街旁，在清闲淡雅的茶坊里谈天说地，做着属于我们少女们自己的“白日梦”。

暑假的一个星期六上午，我想让房子变得更加干净明亮，给爸爸妈妈一个惊喜，所以就在家里做家务，扫扫地，拖拖地。

第一项工程是扫地。我拿出扫帚，眼睛在家里看来看去。呀!沙发下面好多灰啊!我就从这里开始吧!不过，这要把风扇关掉，不然扫出来的灰尘会“长了翅膀”的哦!如果还会有灰尘四处飞扬，那就洒点水应该可以了。

我拿着扫帚，趴在地上，一点一点把里面的灰尘向外扒着，灰褐色的灰尘就一点一点被我赶了出来。我真没想到，沙发下面居然藏了这么多不速之客。说实话，灰尘它们真像一群小魔鬼，一会儿在地上，一会儿在天上，一会儿飞起来，一会儿落下去，甚至空气中都还有肉眼看不到的灰尘。最后，这些灰尘“偷渡者”一起住进了它们的住所--垃圾桶。

第一项工程完成了，接着是第二项工程--拖地。我先把拖把放入卫生间的水池中，让它浸湿，再踩干一点，拖把似乎怕痒，每踩一下，都“咯吱”笑一声，等拖把不滴水了，我就将拖把拿出来，从客厅开始拖起。我从门口开始工作，我推磨一样，推一下，扯一下，一直拖到最后一个地方--副卧室的电脑桌那儿。在电脑桌下面，有一块黑黑的东西，不知道是什么，我得好好地拖一拖。不过，我用拖把在上面碾了好几下，发现处理它很困难，因为它粘在地面太紧了。不过，再难我也要试试，我可不想半途而废。我把拖把放在黑色东西上面，用脚踩在拖把上，死劲用脚蹭了蹭，终于把黑色的东西蹭掉了。我仔细一看，居然是一块口香糖!这是谁干的好事啊!我猛然记起，这不是我上周吐在地上的吗?我立刻脸红了。

干完这一切以后，我已经汗流浃背了，而且手臂酸痛不已。原来做清洁那么辛苦，我才做了一次清洁就累得像狗一样，可妈妈几乎每天都要做清洁，妈妈啊妈妈，您为了这个家付出了多少劳累啊!以后，我一定要多帮妈妈分担家务，让妈妈减轻负担。

爸爸妈妈回到家，眼前一亮，看到家里那么干净，给了我一个灿烂的微笑和大大的拥抱，我的心里也暖暖的!

我盼啊，盼啊，总算是盼来了，总算是盼来了梦寐以求的暑假。终于可以放松放松了!可是由于英语期末考试成绩不好的原因，我又从看电视、吹空调、吃冰棍的美好生活，一下子掉进了写作业、挨骂、上补习课的无尽深渊。屈指算来，距离开学还遥遥无期，这个痛苦的暑假该怎么过啊!

痛苦，痛苦啊!我又沉浸在写作业与不写作业的纠结之中了。写吧，虽然我的大脑强烈要求右手动笔写字，但它却极不配合地想去拿漫画书。就连眼睛也在作业和电视之间犹豫不定，恨不得立即冲到电视前看个痛快。去玩吧，脚催促着我。可作业在规定时间内写不完怎么办?还不快写作业!老妈如雷贯耳的吼声轰然响起，惊得我瞬间六神归一，马不停蹄地奋斗起来。

痛苦，痛苦啊!英语成绩不理想，我必须要上补习课。英语老师在前面眉飞色舞地讲课，我却死死地盯着面前的试卷，一句话都没听清。天、天啊，这是我做出来的试卷吗?试卷上到处都是枪子儿，血流成河;连分数也一点面子都不给——63，才63分啊!着鲜红的数字刺痛了我的双眼，一股悲怆之意油然而生。夏思远，这个单词怎么读?啊?这个是......是读......我支支吾吾，始终说不出单词来。站到后面去听!老师火冒三丈。唉，真倒霉啊!

痛苦，痛苦啊!从暑假开始，我几乎天天听到这样的话：怎么考得这么差?做题目一点都不细心!成绩又比别人差!成绩论英雄!差一分也许就上不了好学校你懂不懂!你要不要考好初中了?要就给我好好学习，不要管学校里那些乱七八糟的事!......老天，我不是考不好的啊!如果苍天有眼，就让应试教育随风而去吧!我们这些莘莘学子完全是为了分数在卖命啊!

在长达两个多月的煎熬之后，我终于等来了开学的那天。哦，我可以回到学校和亲爱的同学们一起上课了!背上书包，迎着和煦的阳光、轻柔的微风踏进校园，我如释重负，迈着轻易的步子向着教室走去。

“光阴似箭，日月如梭”转眼间暑假已经快过完了。

暑假里我每天坚持七点半起床，不光完成学校的作业，还坚持天天阅读、锻炼。刚放暑假就去学而思学习了半个月，还去报名参加了小初升的刷题班。

我还看完了《西游记》原著，里面的孙悟空不怕困难、坚韧不拔，英勇无畏。唐僧慈悲善良。猪八戒的好吃懒做、迷恋钱色、重感情、讲义气。沙僧的忠厚老实。我都非常的喜欢。还看了《小英雄雨来》，沈石溪的动物小说《最后一头战象》《第七条猎狗》《导盲犬》等一系列书。

暑假里我还观看杂技表演。小丑送礼物、大蹦床、走钢丝表演、自行车技、死亡轮还有魔术、高空皮条。他们的表演之所以精彩，是因为他们平时付出了勤劳的汗水。没有随随便便的成功，每个成功背后都要付出努力。“台上十分钟，台下十年功。”我们也要向他们学习，

暑假里我还去了沙漠，沙漠的景色可真美，一座又一座的沙丘，有高的，有矮的，有平的，有尖的，凹凸不平非常壮观。还看见了平日都很少见的动、植物比如霸王花，沙鞭、小沙蜥、纳米布甲虫等等。沙漠里还有一个令我向往的运动项目——滑沙。我非常喜欢滑沙，我滑了许多次，每次都惊险又刺激，我还从滑沙悟出一个道理：人生道路犹如“滑沙”，不是一帆风顺的，其中有惊险、挫折、但只要勇于前进就一定会战胜自我，获得成功。

我还参观了《银川世界岩画馆》。岩画被分为五种，分别是人面像岩画、狩猎岩画、畜牧岩画、动物岩画和符号岩画。每一种岩画都线条流畅、形象鲜明、用笔夸张。我还亲手制作了镇山虎岩画拓片。

这就是我丰富多彩的暑假生活。

暑假里的一天，妈妈带我去了辛庄镇人民政府，我高兴极了。我还从来没去过呢!

一来到镇政府，映入我眼帘的是“为人民服务”五个金光闪闪的大字。停车道上都停满了汽车，有来上班的和来办事的。我走进大门一看，里面有草坪，草坪两边种满了各种各样、五颜六色的花，好看极了!镇政府正前面有一个庄严的国徽，四周是雪白的墙壁。我抬头数了下，镇政府有6层高。

我走进镇政府大楼，进门后就是中央大厅，地面是用大理石的，可以映出人的倒影来。大厅有四个柱子，也是用大理石做的，所以叫大理石柱。中央大厅的墙壁也是雪白雪白的。天花板上有一个大吊灯，中间是大灯，大灯周围是小灯，就好像是人民团结在一起。

大厅两边是楼梯，走上去每个楼层都有不同的部门和会议室。每个村的集体会议都在这里召开的。我一层一层地参观着……

我想：我要好好学习，以后也要为国家作出贡献。

期待了很久，终于到了暑假。妈妈说带我去江西__山玩。我们全家很早就起来了，7点出发坐上高铁火车，2个多小时后，我们到了鹰潭。爸爸开车接上我们，继续向__山行进，半个小时左右，我们终于到了。

首先我们到了__山的观光站，买好票进门，然后坐上观光车，观光车载着我们一路往旅游景点前进，“快看，左边的像不像只大象的鼻子

。”爸爸说道：“是啊，那长长的往下垂的确实像大象的鼻子哦”!

我往象鼻山望去，真的像极了一头大象，在左边的山很巨大，是象身，右边的山却比它细小，而且长长的往下延伸着。活脱脱的一只大象在哪里处着。

然后，我们来到天师府，看到许愿树上有好多的彩带，妈妈告诉我那是游人来此地游玩时，许愿后挂上的。

接下来,我们听说泸溪河边有竹筏坐，我便迫不及待的来到码头，不巧，刚刚走了一班，下一班要二十分钟以后，在等船的空隙，外公给我和弟弟买了水枪，我和弟弟用水枪打起水仗来。清凉的溪水溅在身上，怪舒服的。竹筏来了，导游引我们上去，穿好救生衣，船工用长长的竹篙轻轻一点，竹筏顺势向前漂去，清清的溪水由毛竹的缝隙漫上来，浸到了我的光脚丫，我兴奋地大叫：“好舒服呀!”，我们全家坐在竹筏感受着大自然的清净，顺着泸溪河而下，阵阵凉风迎面而来，凉爽极了。两岸秀丽的风光随着竹筏的前进，都让我看的着迷了，两岸青山一片绿，山峰千奇又百怪，有的像一只没有尾巴的兔子，有的像一把大勺子，还有的像带着紧箍咒的孙猴子，看着又像一个满脸皱纹的老婆婆......

当我们看的眼花缭乱的时候，船工们说：“我们的船要上岸了……”我们许久都还沉浸在这优美的大自然风景中。

我们为了记住这些美丽的景色，我们拍了很多的照片，__山你真美啊!我爱你__山!

日月如梭，转眼间，盼望已久的暑假终于又如期而至了。怎样度过一个充实而有意义的暑假呢？高尔基说过：“書籍是人类进步的阶梯。”即将步入三年级的我打算，在这个暑假里读许多许多的课外書，来提高我的作文水平。下面是我的读書计划：

一、读書有选择。图書馆的書架上摆满了各种各样的课外書，让我们眼花缭乱。有成语故事、童话故事、历史故事……特别是名著。書是我们的朋友，是我们的精神食粮！

二、读書有计划。每天至少要看一个小时的课外書，这样就可以培养成良好的读書习惯。当然，读書时要坐端正，这样才能保护好我们心灵的窗户——眼睛。

三、读書要做到“三到”：心到、眼到、口到。我们要用心去读，用心去悟。吸取書中丰富的营养。唐代的大诗人杜甫说的好，“读書破万卷，下笔如有神。”精彩语段，妙词佳句，反复诵读，熟记在心。每天和爸爸妈妈分享读書的快乐，交流一下读后感吧！

四、看書时做好读書笔记，归类摘抄好词好句，名人名言。在書上做批录，同时养成写日记的好习惯。另外，还得多看些工具書，比如，成语词典、新华字典、俗语大全、谚语、格言警句等。

書可以把我们带进知识王国，让我们乐此不疲。同学们让我们一起行动起来吧！

暑假终于来了，我天天盼望这暑假，终于把它给盼来了，我的心情整个都处于一种兴奋的状态。

今天是暑假第一天，我刚从睡梦中醒来，迷迷糊糊地抓起手表一看，可把我吓醒了：不可能的啊，怎么会已经十点半了呢?

我揉揉眼睛一看，果然是十点半，那手表上的表针“滴滴答答”地走着，好像在嘲笑我似的，我无奈地起了床。

到了一楼，我抓起一本书心不在焉地看了起来，就在这时，妈妈出现了，我急忙跑过去，询问午饭的菜单。“今天中午吃毛豆烧鸡。”这时，我的肚子又不争气地叫了起来，为了早日填饱我的肚子，吃到毛豆烧鸡，我只好到厨房里去侯着毛豆烧鸡了。

果然不出我所料，妈妈正准备做菜呢!她先把毛豆洗干净，然后把毛豆的壳给剥了，只见她手指轻轻一动，里面的小娃娃就出来了，看见毛豆剥起来那么简单，我也上前帮忙，如果说在妈妈手中的毛豆是小绵羊，那我手中的就是大老虎了，我指甲都痛了，才勉强剥了几颗。

到了真正做菜的时候啦!妈妈先把鸡肉倒进锅中，翻呀翻，翻呀翻，等鸡肉熟一些的时候，一群“调料兄弟”也不甘寂寞，争先恐后地“跳”进了锅中，到了鸡肉七成熟的时候，小毛豆们也和它们作伴了，当我正想歇一会儿的时候，妈妈叫了起来：“菜好啦!哪只小馋猫要来吃啊?”我跳了起来，以百米冲刺的速度冲了过去。
