平时锻炼少，玩的很累，却很开心!希望下次假期再来西湖!

日出美，日落更美、更迷人。

晚饭后，我们一家人去江边看日落。

轻柔的晚风，从江面吹来。抚摸着我的脸，使我倍感清凉，惬意极了。

起初，太阳像个大火球挂在天边，它脱掉金灿灿的纱衣，已没有了刺眼的光芒。像一个玩皮的孩子，玩累了，懒洋洋的地投上了大地母亲的怀抱，红色染红的半边天，山川红了，连匆忙骑车回家的阿姨们也披上了红纱。江水变了颜色，一半红一半绿。我沉迷这美景之中，情不自禁的呤诵：一道残阳铺水中，半江瑟瑟半江红……

慢慢地，慢慢地太阳接近了地平线。天空红的像着了火似的，红彤彤的一片。转肯间，它又像一个害羞的小姑娘与我捉迷藏，向大地母亲的身后躲去。剩大边脸，半边脸，小半边脸……越来越小。渐渐在太阳看不见了，只剩下一道余辉。我被眼前的景色吸引了，呆呆地站在那儿，目不转睛地看着太阳消失的地方。

“夕阳无限好”，只有看见它的人才能领略它的美。

我爱日出，更爱日落。

从老师手中接过成绩单那刻，我才恍惚觉得，原来，我都已经要告别初一懵懂的生活了，迎来初中生涯的第一个暑假。这个假期对于我来说，更是难忘，因为，这是一个充满运动气息的假期。

这个暑假我最大的心愿就是能够瘦下来，节食当然是不明智的选择啦，那么最好的便是运动了。伏尔泰说过：“生命在于运动。”果然是一点也没有错。打暑假第一天起，我就坚持每天下午到公园跑步。每天下午午睡醒来，强烈的阳光早已褪去，那时便是最佳的运动时间。我和姐姐换上运动鞋，在公园里跑着，一圈……两圈……时而快，时而慢，随心所欲，那是极好不过的了。汗流浃背，衣服湿透，额头上沁出了细密的汗珠，心跳加速，就感觉，全身都在燃烧，大快人心。持之以恒，“夕阳的背后，月牙悄悄爬上了夜空。”看着那片红色的云彩逐渐消散，夜晚袭来，无疑是一种满足?

自然，这个炎炎夏日最合适的运动还是游泳。一进水中，心灵仿佛被洗涤得纯净无比，一点儿杂念也没有，就如歌德所说：“只有运动才可以消除各种各样的疑虑。”再烦恼的事情，都迎刃而解，那一瞬间，觉得整个世界都明亮了，都是蓝色的。

今年八月份，可算盼来了期待已久的第__届奥运会——里约奥运会。熬夜早起只为不错过直播，为了喜欢的运动员，“夺冠时激动不已，败了陪你东山再起”。尽管还是会有遗憾，还是会有不希望的事情发生，但那26枚金牌，正是我们中华人民共和国运动健儿用了“洪荒之力”才得到的，来之不易，胜利，何时来得容易?小将张梦雪气步枪夺得首金，龙清泉男子举重打破纪录，孙杨力抵诋毁自由泳夺冠，中国女排历经12年圆了冠军梦。夺冠时，奥运健儿欣喜若狂的热泪，看直播的我们随其哽咽，铺成一曲奥运赞歌，永存。李晓霞，张继科，何姿，林丹……这些运动员即使没有夺得金牌，但是他们能够坚持下来，能够用尽全力，为国争光，那就足够了，“鬼知道他们经历了什么?”他们，也是我们中国人的骄傲!

这个暑假，有意义的事情太多，想说的太多，期待的也太多，期待下一届奥运会，期待下一个假期，期待……但必须说的是，这两个月的时间里，没有遗憾!每一天都很精彩!
